I was given this item as a gift. I have a Bosch compact kitchen center that starts with MUM 4, so it should have been just fine. But it didn't fit the machine and it didn't come with the disc holder either. It was quite a disappointment for both me and the giver. Cindi

I have the Bosch Compact Mixer. I had trouble getting this to connect to the mixer. I called Bosch customer service in CA and discovered how to attach this. You must put the cover on the processor and snap it in place just as if you were going to process food. This moves the plastic tab on the bottom out of the way so it will attach. Works great once you know the secret!

I just bought the food processor attachment last Christmas for my Bosch compact mixer and have had no problems attaching it to the machine and it works great, just like all the attachments for this machine.

This item does not come from Amazon. It also does not come from Office Depot as calimed in the ad. It comes from Tech Depot - an Office Depot Company.

What is hidden from you here is that this ITEM IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
Even if it is still sealed in the package - Tech Depot will not take it back.

So make sure you have the correct filter, and forget about the claim that Amazon and Tech Depot want to make sure your shopping experience is a good one and that you are satisfied. And good luck in finding a customer service phone number.

As Honeywell produces these Air Cleaners and Filters for Sears, under the Sears brand name, cross referencing the units back to their Honeywell filter numbers can result in a great savings on expensive replacement HEPA filters and pre-filters.

We have one unit downstairs and another upstairs and realized a definite improvement in dust and other particulate deposits on the furniture. The air quality within the home is much better and, with a newborn in the home, it really does make a difference.

Pick these units up here for a definite cost savings over the exact same unit at your local Sears store. The airflow design, which is a change from the original Honeywell air cleaners, results in a much quieter unit.

Before ordering a replacement HEPA filter for your Honeywell (or other brand) Air Cleaner, be sure to check the model number on the unit. This filter is for the larger of the two upright units with handles (Model 17400) and for two Enviracare Models (62500, 12520). I replace my HEPA filter every year because I am very allergic to cigarette smoke, pollens, dust, molds, and other allergens and irritants. Honeywell suggests that you replace your HEPA filter every 1-3 years. Also, this HEPA filter has pre-filters which wrap around it, so you may want to order a box of those, too. The pre-filters should be changed every 3 months.

Let me get this straight - 2 filters for $15? Who do they think they are, Hewlett-Packard selling print cartridges??? The coffee pot works just fine (actually BETTER) without a filter. You can buy a Brita filter pot and pre-filter your water if it needs it, for a lot less money than $7.50 each for the Krups solution. Like P.T. Barnum, said, there's one born every minute....

Where are the filters for a model #458, these are more of a straight line filter rather than having a curve to them?

I own the Krups coffee machine and this filter is excellant for filtering your water prior to brewing the coffee. I have had problems finding replacements but am pleased to see that amazon is carrying them.

I was very disappointed with this teaball. It is not readily a apparent from the picture but this product is actually shaped like a small cylinder, 3cm high with ~ a 6cm diameter. The cylinder twists apart in the middle to open. The problem is that first of all it is not tall enough to grasp firmly and has no 'handle' points, and second the actual locking mechanism is simply based on a push and twist design, but the metal parts do not fit together properly and are very hard to twist. Wrenching the teaball seems a good way to get tea all over the floor.

In fact, this first day I received the teaball I practiced several times opening it and eventually it became stuck, I was unable to open it until the next morning. Even if my particular product was somehow bent I cannot see how this mechanism could hold up to repeated use.

Hopefully amazon will another teaball soon.

This tea ball makes it simple to enjoy loose teas. The stainless steel design and little hook make it a cute ornament for the utensil rack when not in use. The large size makes it perfect for brewing a pot of tea, but a little impractical for a single mug. Cleanu-up is a snap - just twist, dump, and rinse. It's about as wide as a soda can, so you might want to check out your favorite tea-pot's mouth to be sure it will fit.

This item is a must-have for someone who enjoys tea. The chain and hook are perfect for use in either a single cup of tea or making an entire pot. It is also just the right size for the most of the tea leaves I prefer to use. I highly reccomend this particular teaball.

This product gets hold of almost every label made and pulls it off cleanly 99% of the time. Great for collectors of wine labels.

I have had no problems using label off. If the directions are carefully followed, the label comes off quite easily within a few minutes. The trick is to make sure that there are no air bubbles or not enough pressure exerted when applying the label off. I use a wooden spoon to flatten out all possible air bubbles. I will order this product again from a wine magazine that carries it.

I found label off in a winery in Sonoma. I peeled off three labels in 10 minutes with no trouble and am looking forward to building my collection of labels. Unfortunately I can't find anyone who carries Label Off anymore. When I do I will not hesitate to buy them. The secret to Label Off is not only pressure, but lifting the edge of the label with your thumbnail on the side you are going to start peeling from.

I've used Zelco's booklights for years, and discovered early on that their bulbs burn out quickly - no doubt a nice profit center for the company since replacement bulbs cost about a dime each when bought in bulk. The problem is that four 1.5 volt batteries (or the AC adapter) produce 6 volts, and, while called 6 volt bulbs, these things actually work optimally at 5 volts (which 4 rechargable NiCad batteries would produce, but that's another discussion). The solution is to hit Radio Shack or a similar vendor (maybe amazon has them?) and buy 7.5 volt replacement bulbs (they're about a buck each at full retail). You get very slightly less light, but a single bulb has now lasted me almost 3 years of nightly use, because the filament in the bulb is burning at a lower temperature. So only buy these 6 volt bulbs if you like replacing bulbs frequently and/or need the extra 7% of light they squeeze out of their overworked, overheated filaments, or are using NiCad rechargable batteries (which, although they're called 1.5 volt batteries, only produce 1.3 volts).

You might still be able to read with the bulb in your "Itty Bitty Book Light" but the truth is, if you notice the light
dimming, it is because the bulb is darkening from the inside. I found that my bulb had turned a nice mercury color and that explained why I was having trouble reading in the dark.

So, it might be essential to change the bulb even before
it stops working.

The Zelco Booklight Replacement Bulbs are by far the best replacement bulbs that I have encountered and you can bet your sweet bippy that I have seen my share of replacement bulbs. These are great bulbs for the "Kremloc illuminated hat". The only problem I've encountered is if you have 4 or more bulbs hanging off the front visor you might get a bit "snowblind". This happened to me while I was driving my cab unfortunately for a family of geese that were crossing the road. Ah well, say la vee.

Anyhoo aside from that fowl incident (yuk yuk) I can't say enough about these light bulbs except this: They work best at night or in areas of minimal lighting.

A long sad story: we ordered this wine cooler at the beginning of January and it was supposed to be delievered in middle January. Well, they shipped the WRONG cooler (Haier HVFO60ABL 60-Bottle). We complained at Amazon.com and I have to say they promissed to replaced it with the right one. Today ...they delivered... only that this model is HORRIBLE: temperature setting works randomly, the cooling unit is extremely noisy: we can hear it from upstairs and our house is really big.

Folks, my father, when asked by someone why he is buying expensive things, he answered simply; "I am too poor to buy cheap things!". Too bad I myself forget these very deep thought sometimes.

PS Too bad that Amazon does not have start the star counting at minus infinity. That's where this piece ... is at. And too bad Amazon is doing business with these kind of companies.

As others have stated, the unit is noisy when the compressor kicks in, but this does not last long since it cools quickly. A new unit needs 24 hours for the temperature to stabilize, but after that it is very accurate. I keep two thermometers inside at different levels. It is within one or two degrees of the LED
readout. I have it set for red wine and keep white wine at the bottom where it is about 8 degrees cooler.

It is a very elegant piece with the brushed steel handle and the black front with see-thru.

The stated capacity of 60 bottles is optimistic since it requires putting one bottle sideways in front of the five bottles facing forward on the top 9 shelves. This will not work if you have any longer bottles on a shelf, but with most bottles it works fine. Overall, an excellent buy.

im very satisfied with this unit! i had been shopping around for an affordable - stylish - serviceable unit for some time and found it here! as other reviews indicate when the cooling unit switches on there is some "sound" - sort of like a quiet whoosh of wind/water.. the unit maintains its temperature well and you cant beat the elegant looks. the only problem i encountered was with the shipper (i opted for the free delivery) in arranging the delivery.. they messed that up indicating delivery had been made.. (ever try to misplace a 5 ft 125 lb box in a 12 unit apartment building... ) when it had been returned to the loading dock.. after a day they found it and successfully made the delivery around my schedule. other than that inconvenience id buy it again! (with the way im raking up wine - i may have to, too !!)

I got this as a holiday gift and was excited to have a larger processor (we've had a small Cuisinart chopper and love it). Used it once to make a bean dip and was disappointed because it didn't seem to move the ingredients around very well. The blade spun and chopped what was in its path, but it wasn't able to keep everything moving to really smooth things out. I ended up transferring my mix into the chopper, but my mix was so dried out from the Oster, it wasn't really edible.

The second time I went to try it, it wouldn't work. My husband said he got it to work but had to press a button in using a the end of a chopstick.

I'm either getting a KitchenAid or Cuisinart. I won't be able to buy as big of a processor, but at least I know it'll work. Buy what you know!

This food processor looks great and handles a lot of food. The 10 cup capacity is great. It has a powerful motor and easliy grates a lot of cheese very quickly. I would highly recommend it.

This is a cool and large capacity machine. It looks great and has bigger size than other models I looked at.

I was shocked to find that this decanter is made of a thick plastic material! No wonder the product description says practically nothing... buyer beware!!! It is worth $5.00 MAX. I can't believe they charge so much for it! And the photo is not accurate. The bottom is NOT rounded, it is a flat plane and the the sides of the decanter join the bottom at a sharp 45degree angle. I'm so disappointed. I sent it back, but Amazon makes ME pay for the return shipping ($7.35!), despite the fact that the item is awful and that is not my fault!!! Amazon should be held responsible for the low-quality items that it tries to sell for high prices!!!!

I love this decanter!! It is heavy, good quality glass, but still easy to pour. I get all sorts of compliments on it, and it looks great on the table or in a china hutch. I had origally ordered the version without the handle, and was shipped this one by mistake, but I have received so many compliments on this one I think I will keep it.

Size makes it easy to handle and is very attractive.

I bought this item as a holiday gift. It is a very beautiful piece and is artisitcally designed well. When we went to set it in its stand, however, the lip of the neck brushed the wire frame and chipped! I was shocked that it broke so easily. It's possible that they connected at just the right point and it was mere coincidence, but I am not getting another one to find out. Beware!

Attaching this decanter to its stand is like trying to solve a Rubik's puzzle. The solution is rather less graceful, however, and I think I came within a hair of shattering the thing into a million pieces -- it did get scratched. Recalling the metaphysical injunction against disturbing a solved Rubik's Cube, I intend to keep my decanter and stand attached forevermore.

Once assembled, the unit has almost the ideal design for its purpose. The angle at which the stand holds the decanter leaves ample space for a candle underneath to highlight sediment when pouring. This angle and the shape of the neck and mouth prevent any splashing outside the decanter unless one pours very vigorously. (Unfortunately, however, the decanter is prone to dripping when poured from.) The most pleasant aspect of the design is that the arc of the neck manages to keep all traces of sediment in the decanter through to the very last drops of wine.

The price is right because the decanter is glass rather than lead crystal. Although it is thicker and perhaps less elegant, this appears a wise alternative given concerns that have been credibly raised about beverages leeching lead from prolonged contact with lead crystal.

I purchased this item last christmas and have used it to airate many red wines. I have had no issues with the decanture being delicate. Infact we machine wash it after each use. The only issue I have had is when we first recieved the decanture we had difficulty placing the dacanture in the stand correctly. Other than that it is a wonderfully stylish piece of glassware when not being used and a quality redwine decanture.
