I found many customer complains about purposely misliding product pictures and descriptions from Gump's. I was one of the victims. If you plan for a lawsuite, let me know

The picture and decription are purposely misliding. I learned in the hard way: always check merchant history and rating before buying. I bought the cheesboard from Gump's 3 months ago. It came without a knife. Gump's refused to reimburst the charges! It seams that Gump's has such misleading and mistreating policy as a norm (because I found a number of customers complains about same). If anyone plans to file a lawsuite, let me know

We bought the vacuume cleaner from Costco less than a year ago,
and the belts break every so often. I wonder why. We never had to change belts when we were using Hoover's.

Ok, I have had my upright for about 3 years and go through a belt a month. I have it in right, and even took it to the shop to let them put it in, and it still breaks or burns up in a month. I don't blame it entirely on just the belt, I'm sure the sweeper plays a part.

Minus the shipping charges, Amazon does have a good price on them.

This ... Interplak toothbrush is posibly the worst item I have ever purchased from Amazon, unfortunately I threw out the packaging before trying out the product the next morning, and now I cannot get my money back! I changed the batteries a number of times but the brush head moves too slowly to clean any teeth. My ... Crest Spinbrush is much better than this.

This is possibly the worst product I have ever purchased...and at such a high price, no wonder it is no longer manufactured! My $5 Crest Spinbrush works 5 times better than this Interplak product, which cost me 5 times more! I threw out the packaging immediately b/c I had faith it would work and now I can't return it and get my money back! The brush and motor work extremely slow and do not clean properly...it is totally worthless....

The first time I used this shaker, the top half got stuck on the bottom half, and only a day later was someone able to get it unstuck. The next time I used it, it got stuck for good. The shaker is horribly designed--closing it even a little too tightly jams it completely. This was a complete waste of $30--I now have to spend that much again to get a shaker that is physically functional. Do not buy this product.

This stool, albeit well-made, is DEFINITELY not made from cherry. Maple or birch would be my guess. If you want a cherry stool to match cherry cabinetry, bypass this stool and look elsewhere.

After ironing clothes since I was 10, I have now experienced the worst iron I've ever used by far. This iron takes an infinity to heat up, the "smart" steam system that's supposed to sense how much steam you need, is pretty stupid - translate - nothing needs steam unless you shake the iron first. Heavy and cumbersome to use, it really doesn't even remove the wrinkles at the appropriate settings and burns at higher settings. It also spits and stains materials. The angle for water access is also difficult to use. Even when the iron is turned off, it has an annoying ticking sound that I can hear across the room and I'm hard of hearing! I've tried giving it a couple of months and I hate it even more. I would have returned it if I had been smart enough to save the box. I've just ordered a new iron and I won't even give this one to Charity - that would be an insult..

This thing is listed as a blender. It purees, chops ice, and all that stuff according to the description. It sounds like a self-contained and complete BLENDER. But it's not, despite its hefty price. It has to be used with other Bosch kitchen machines that cost upward of [$$$]. Otherwise it's worthless. If you want a REAL blender, get one that actually has a motor.

I bought a brand new torch. The top cap is sitting loose on the tank portion. Very cheap plastic construction and poorly designed and executed. Do not buy!!

The plastic Eastman frying oil funnel and filter work poorly. At oil temperatures high enough to allow the filter to work, the funnel plastic deforms. Not recommended.
