Received this as a gift last night and if you own this, I hope yours works better than mine. Charged the battery overnight as directed and this afternoon I attempted to use the "Professional Nail Salon." It fits nicely in the hand. That's the only positive I can say about this product. Yes 6 "heads" are included, but not even one would remain in the "Professional Nail Salon" for even a minute. The suckers repeatedly flew out of the tool, flying all over the room and driving me nuts. I think I'll pull out my Dremel flexible shaft and try that instead to finish the job I tried to begin today. At least I know the drill bits remain firm in that one until I want them removed!

I would first like to say. If you order this product and it does not work for you be sure and return it before 30 days from date of purchase. Not from the date recieved. I bought this product on November 26th for my son for Christmas. When he returned and said he followed instructions and it doesnt work I immediately called for return instructions. I was informed that the 30 days had passed (which the date I called was Janurary 1st) I explained it was a Christmas gift and we just now found out it doesn't work. I was told I could not recieve a refund because the 30 days had passed. I feel that with the holdiay season I should get some slack. I talked with the President until he finally agreed to give me a partial refund. I am still out 57 dollars plus what it is going to cost me to ship it back. He claimed the patches even though they have never been opened are not refundalbe. I would like to hear from people who have used this product and it does work.

For 12.99 you only get 2 filters and another handle (which you don't need). That's over a dollar a week to filter your water. Better off without.

This is not a 2-ounce/1 ounce jigger. This is actually a 1.5 ounce(one shot)/ .75 ounce (1/2 shot) jigger. Anybody looking for a 1ounce/2 ounce jigger, look elsewhere.

Silly me, I didn't do more research on this item. I thought that it contained some magical element that would help clean my jewelry, but it is nothing more than a piece of cloth. Apparently, now I have to buy another product in order to really clean jewelry. I wish that the product description was MORE descriptive than it is.

Have a Kitchen Aid Heavy duty mixer. Love it.but am disappointed in the flat beater. The enamel or covering is breaking and peeling off. This mixer is used often,but never abused. Wanted to comment as I contemplate purchasing a new beater.

www.Amazon.com recommended this in my Gold Box. I like to work out and I like the ability to read my heart rate while I do various exercises. I currently use a Nike watch which requires you wear a band around your chest. I bought this item thinking I could quickly put my thumb on the pad on the watch and read my heart rate without wearing the Nike heartband.

This worked probably 20% of the time when I tried to read it. I tried different levels of pressure but still had no real success. In addition, this is [not the best] constructed watch I have ever seen. Not to mention that it is big and cumbersome destroying your desire to wear it while you exercise.

I made a big mistake by not immediately sending this back. It's poor quality material plus lack of sensitivity on the pulse gage should make you run for cover and NOT take the chance to buy this watch. Trust me, I'm doing you a favor.

It has been very frustrating trying to get the lids to seal.
The edges of the container and the surface of the lid seal must be immaculately clean to have any hope of holding vacuum.
The valve inside the lid cannot be accessed for cleaning - if it
gets any contaminant in it forget sealing with that lid.
1 of the lid valves leaked right out of the box.
Holding the adapter on to the lid while pushing on the power button on the sealer is akward.
The Food Saver canister is a much better design - the valve is easy to clean and the vacuum hose snaps into the lid so there is no akward adapter to hold.
The only customer service is an obscure PO Box in Texas.

This item although expressly and impliedly advertised that it is Made in Germany is actually made in China. The item is generally of a very poor quality. I would not buy it for the price advertised and I am trying to get my money back
