The "Bionaire A1260C Carbon Replacement Filters" are for use for several models of the Bionaire Air Cleaners(see editorial review for model numbers). I have the Bionaire BAP1175 Quietech Hepa Air Cleaner(which by the way is a fabulous product in itself).

My air cleaner works on a 3 filter system. The first removes the larger particles from the air(it may be washed) Next,this one, is a carbon filter(very easy to install and remove) that traps odors. This works great. The carbon filter does a good job of removing dog smells, smoke and cooking odors as well. It is recommended to change these filters(there are 2) every 3-6 months(it may not be washed).These filters are fairly inexpensive to replace.The instruction manuel says you will know when to replace it, as "odor removal effectiveness will be noticeably reduced". That is exactly how I knew when to change my filters.Running it almost constantly, it was just short of the 3 months that I noticed they needed to be changed, but I attribute that to the house being closed up all summer with the A/C on. And by the way, after replacing the filters,on which I could also see all the dust they filtered, I noticed the difference within minutes!(even with the dog in the house). They are simple to change(I can finally do something I don't have to ask the menfolk to help with), and they come four in a pack, so your all set for the next time. They come in a plastic resealable bag and advise to keep the spares sealed up to maintain freshness. When I ordered, I noticed that they took just a little longer then the other items, so order early.

Oh and for those interested in the Hepa Air Cleaner Model BAP1175...the third filter is the hepa filter..This is already in the machine on arrival. This filter, according to the manuel, removes 99.97% of particulate as small as 0.3 microns in size. It filters smoke, dust, pollen mold spores, pet dander and "some" bacteria. And I believe it. Now these filters are quite a bit more expensive to replace, but they last quite a while, somewhere between 12-24 months. And you will know exactly when to replace it, because there is a great feature, a digital read out of how much filter life is left.After nearly 3 months mine still has about 87% life left. This Bissell formula is very good for all types of pet messes on carpeting. The cleaning power is good and the scent is pleasant. Since I care for many foster dogs in my home, I buy a lot of this product.

I used this with my Hoover carpet cleaner and it was great! I was dating someone with severe asthma and when he walked in he instantly said: "You cleaned your carpets, didn't you?" He said he could breathe easily and didn't wheeze the entire time he was over.

Got allergies? This is a great buy. I highly recommend it -- especially after waking up in the morning without feeling that puffy-eyed, dusty-lung sensation. Try it, I guarantee you'll like it.

A lot of my travel takes me to places where good coffee just isn't found (particulary a lot of former British colonies...). This little device is the solution. As easy to use and clean as almost any french press, although the filter screen does not unscrew from the plunger rod. In a perfect world you wouldn't brew coffee in plastic/polycarbonate, but this carafe stands up to the banging around of travel, and you don't have to worry about finding broken glass shards when you open your suitcase upon arrival. Should be great for camping, too.

It warms your cup and keeps it warm all day long. Although it does not have an automatic shut off, it's still a great little unit for the money. Grab one up for a co-worker!

This slicer shedder will hold two pounds of shredded cheese. It is fast and very easy to clean. One blade grates both medium and course or slices thin and thick just flip them over so you only have to store half as many blades.

Sometimes a kitchen appliance has to do double-duty in a single day. Often, you don't want to dirty another dish just so you can empty your blender for a new recipe. If you have a SPARE blender pitcher, you won't have to. Think about those big family dinners where you'd love to store and chill gazpacho or salsa till you pour it easily into serving dishes. Or times when keeping smoothies in the fridge till guests arrived (late, of course!) seemed to save the day. Use one for pancake batter and one for scrambling eggs for breakfast. It's so quick!! I've had the bosch blender for over a year and find it hard to believe this pitcher/blending unit would break (it washes sooooo nicely) so you probably won't need it for replacement purposes. However, having 2 on hand is a life-saver, a time-saver and a HUGE aggravation saver and relieves me from having to rush handwash my original pitcher. You will love having a spare to pop in the fridge!! BUY ONE NOW!!

We just moved to Iowa and had to buy two sets of these when we saw them on sale here at Amazon. They description is right one! We already used the set that we kept for ourselves at a neighborhood BBQ party. Our neighbor from China - who is studying "Corn Science" at Iowa State University even wants a set. They are a hit! We should've bought more. :)

This is such a great product. When my family has pasta for dinner I always serve fresh bread, but by my second piece it would always be cold. The stone is heated in the oven along with your bread, or in the microwave. The stone keeps bread warm and the basket will hold enough bread or rolls for about four people (more if you only eat one piece of bread apiece). I bought an additional one for when I have friends or family over. And if the red on the basket and napkin doesn't match your good china, just use a plain basket, wrap the stone in a cloth napkin that matches the ones you will use at each place setting, and cover the bread with another matching napkin.

After many years I finally bought myself a set of Calphalon Commercial Cookware.
I quickly discovered what I had been missing.
This set immediately started to get some use.
The 4 qt casserole is wonderful for stir frying.
I may get rid if my carbon steel wok.
Sauces that stick to my wok clean right off this pan.
Cooking up pasta? The pasta insert makes it easy.
No more dragging the pot filled with pasta over to the sink.
Just lift out the insert and use the pasta fork to put the pasta on the plate.
Everything is incredibly well made, well balanced and a joy to use.
Well worth the money I paid for it.
A nice addition to anyone's cookware.
