This pan is great. I didn't have to grease the pan at all. The non-stick coating is excellent. The mini loaves come out perfectly. This pan can be used for baking: cake mixes, bread mixes, anything at all. It's a must have for people who love to bake.

Great size loaves! This pan offers you the ability to make great mini loaves in one pan. Instead of trying to handle many individual loaf pans in your oven, use one simple, easy to use pan! These loaves make great gifts!!

My boys love making little baby cakes in this pan. The pan releases the cakes beautifully! I am very pleased with this pan!

I use this sheet for so many things. In the past, I have made blueberry mufins in it for a baby shower brunch and mini-bundt cakes for my neighbors as a gift (perfect size). Great pan with so many uses!

While I was ordering gifts for Christmas I needed to get one more item to qualify for free shipping. I picked the KitchenAid 13" baking sheet without giving it much thought. I was so pleasantly surprised when it arrived. I absolutely love it. I baked the best Christmas cookies ever. No burning or sticking at all. I am going to buy a couple more. It is the best cookie sheet I have ever owned.

I ordered this it bakes beautifully. I bought it because sometimes I don't want to make a huge batch of cookies (we tend to eat how many we make!) The cookies cooked more evenly than on any other pan I've owned (including my expensive calphalon insulated cookie sheets) and then simply slid off the open side of the pan. The pan does sit flat in the oven even though the top is slanted.

I liked it so much that I have now bought the two larger sizes and given my old calphalon cookie sheets to my daughter. They work well, but I like these better.

This is another excellent baking pan from Calphalon. I have the entire collection of Calphalon Commercial Nonstick Bakeware and I think the whole line is superb but I have to say this brownie pan is one of my favorites! It is the exact size for brownies! My brownies come out perfect every time; I barely get them out of the oven before my husband has his face in the pan! It has a very slippery nonstick finish; you couldn't make anything stick to this finish if you tried. This pan (like all nonstick items) is not dishwasher safe but it is a very, very easy to clean, and is easy to store. Make sure that if you nest it with other pans that you put a paper towel or cloth between the pans so the don't scratch each other. Very, very highly recommended!

Also, I recommend you pick up the Calphalon nylon baking spatula/cutter and the Calphalon nylon all-purpose spreader. I am not a big fan of nylon utensils (silicone is so much better) but I do like to use the spreader for cutting and the brownies, it is shorter and serrated on one side (it is also great for frosting) and the spatula for lifting them. The spatula is long and flexible so it is easy to get right under them and lift them out of the pan. With the nylon utensils you will not have to worry about damaging the nonstick finish. You could use the spatula to cut as well as it also has a serrated side but it is long and can be a little cumbersome so I prefer the shorter spreader for cutting.

These are absolutely the best cookie sheets I have ever owned. All my bakeware is Calphalon so I am accustomed to the dark finish. Actually, many newer recipes adjust the cooking times for dark finish bakeware. The sides are bent up so you can easily grab them in the oven. I have 4 of these cookie sheets; I like to get a batch ready while the first is in the oven. They are easy to stack on top of one another however I put a paper towel in between them so they don't scratch each other. The nonstick finish is fantastic, I can't say that I have cleaned anything burnt on them yet but they are very easy to clean. You really don't even need a spatula; the cookies literally slide right off. Definitely a wise investment!

This is the Large (14x16") size baking sheet. Mine came without a Calphalon box, wrapped in a bag, but well shipped in an Amazon box. I also purchased the Matfer Exopat Nonstick Baking/Roasting sheet, placed it on top, and the cookies were perfect. Didn't even need to clean the cookie sheet. Stamped made in Toledo, Ohio and wonderful product.

I was looking for a cookie sheet that wasn't too big, and this one stepped up to the job nicely. It is thick and solid -- not flimsy like some baking sheets can be. It has not warped even after being submitted to repeated dishwasher-ings...I've found that I actually use this sheet more for defrosting meats than baking even. I plop frozen chicken breasts, scallops, sausages, etc. on there and set it on a rack. (The rack allows for air flow under the sheet.)

Perhaps it is because of the thickness of this sheet; the aluminum conducts room or fridge temperature really well, and cuts defrosting time greatly. (Haven't measured enough to put a percentage, but that requires math -- yikes!) The only thing to be careful about is that there is no "lip" on the edges of the pan, so juices will run off if you're not careful!

In a word, fabulous! So glad I made this purchase.

First of all, I must say that I've never seen a jelly roll pan so sturdy. So much inexpensive bakeware tends to be rather flimsy that it soon warps. I don't anticipate any such problems with the Chicago Metallic pan. It's heavy, very durable-feeling and I can't see the possibility of wearing it out unless you're very, very hard on your bakeware. The lack of nonstick coating has not been a problem--just use shortening or a cooking spray instead, and you don't have to worry about metal utensils scratching up the surface, etc. That, and the regular jelly roll pan is cheaper than the jelly roll pan with nonstick coating.

So far, I've been very happy with mine and think it is a great bargain considering the low price. Based on this good experience, I wouldn't hesitate to buy more products from Chicago Metallic.

This is a great cookie sheet, well worth the extra money! The cookies cook evenly and come out perfect and they slide off the pan because of the non-stick coating. Clean up is quick and easy. I highly recommend this product... durable and sturdy!

These pans are a great value . They are heavy duty and will last for a long time. I do alot of baking and need to freguently replace them. They heat evenly to prevent burning. The extra large size cuts my time in half so I can spend more time enjoying the end results with my family. The silverstone coating makes clean-up a breeze. They are alittle heavy so they are not the best if you want those little hands to help in the baking. These pans are a must have for all.
