I absolutely love the California King sheet set that I ordered. The size is generous and the material is super soft and cozy. I have seen prices in other stores and this is an EXCELLENT bargain. The quality is superb.

I really never understood why people went on about high thread count sheets before. It all seemed fairly academic to me. Sheets are sheets, as long as they don't pill and they fit right, then they're fine. I was so very wrong. If you have never slept on sheets with a thread count of 300 or higher, you may as well have been wearing a hair shirt to bed, because it makes that much of a difference. This is luxury. Humans should just stop settling for less. Stop being a martyr and buy into the hype, get yourself some sheets with a high thread count and start to really enjoy your bed. These ones are cheap and comfortable. They converted me, they'll convert you too.

This product is truly black - not the awkward green black of cheap leather or the weak gray-black of inferior dye, but a nice, thick, rich black. Texture is wonderfully soft and smooth, and the pockets are very deep - no problem getting this to fit even with my 1" thick memory foam mattress topper. Very happy with this purchase.

I have used this for about 20 times and then it starts to wrap. Well, the X pattern in the bottom sheet does prevent the wrapping to get too severe. So in some sense Kaiser design does work. But I will be more impressed if it doesn't wrap in the first place.

Overall this seems to be an OK cookie sheet and it's rare to find anything sticking on it, with the exception of chocolate chips. At this price, however, you can also consider buying two inexpensive cookie sheets and save some time in baking (since you should cool off a cookie sheet before you put dough on it again).

This is my first cookie sheet. I used to use those cheap baking pans. I always either have cookies that are burned or half-cooked. Well, no more. I finally made a batch of cookies that is perfectly done. I think I will be baking a lot more cookies now. As advertised, this did not warped and the cookies slid off easily.

This pan works SO great! I have used it for cookies, biscuits, and pizza. Nothing has burned or stuck. SUPER EASY to clean, you can wipe it off with a paper towel and stick it in the dishwasher or just rinse it with a sponge and soap and everything just slips right off. GREAT PRODUCT!!

This item can't be beat for cooking with BUT if you have an overzealous husband who washes everything in the dishwasher you will end up with a warped sheet that won't come clean.

Now my mother has had the same one for at least 5-6 years, she has never washed it with dishwashing detergent, but simply wipes it off with a damp paper towel after using it and it comes right clean.

I really love this set. The pizza pan is wonderful!! I always had problems with the way pizza tasted when baked in the oven because the bottom was either burnt or mushy. Not anymore!! It's perfect pizza from now on. Oh, and the cookie sheets are nice, too.

I've been buying airware cookie sheets and such for awhile now. I swear they are the best sheets I've ever used. They look nice, they don't burn food as easy as regular cookies sheets, easy to clean and stay 'like new' for years with proper care and washing.

I gave my mom a Silpat for Christmas. She's used it many times since then and is very pleased with its performance. Her cookies bake evenly and slide right off every time. UNFORTUNATELY the Silpat sets off her smoke alarm EVERY TIME -even at 350 degrees. Mom is a frequent baker and is sure her oven is not running 130 degrees too hot! (the silpat is supposed be safe to use up to 480 degrees?) I guess for Mother's Day I will be getting her a set of ear plugs!!

My kitchen is very tiny and loaded with gadgets, utensils and cookware. Periodically, I give away what I don't use and once in awhile, I even replace something I've eliminated. I have four cookie sheets and 4 Silpats -- just enough to make double batches of cookies and keep the rotation moving. Cookies cool for a couple of minutes, then slide right off the sheets. These are ideal for fat-free cookies like the chocolate meringues I just put away, and the best for fortune cookies which require fast removal. My cookie sheets look brand new because nothing other than the Silpat ever touches them. To my sisters who were going to receive these as gifts last year, I must add my regrets because I kept this quartet for myself.

This is an excellent item to have about the kitchen. I only suggest two things. First, I would purchase two: one for savory items and one for sweet, as certain strong odors and oils tend to linger. Second, do not use soap on these, a good wipe with warm water and a gentle cloth will suffice.

I bought the Kaiser on the recommendation of Cook's Illustrated, and for the most part they live up to the hype. They do discolor quickly, and while the discoloration can be removed with Bar Keeper's Friend, it doesn't affect the cooking so I don't bother. The size and feel of the sheet is perfect. Despite what Cook's claimed, they warp in the oven almost as much as the Ekco, but it's never been a problem. I bake a lot of chocolate chip cookies, and these sheets brown them more evenly than any other I've used. While I harbor an extravagant wish to try the All-Clad cookie sheet, really I can't imagine needing a better one than the Kaiser.

I don't know what happened to some of these other people; all I know is that I too bought this cookie sheet because of the recommendation of Cook's Illustrated and I LOVE it. I purchased one for me and one for my mom and we both have had nothing but perfect baking experiences. How could you even go wrong with such a quality pan for about...? I have never once burned cookies with this sheet and neither mine nor my mom's have warped at all (and we have used them many times for almost a year). We both will purchase Kaiser cookie sheets from now on. I actually was here to purchase another one when I read the few unfavorable reviews and felt the need to stick up for my favorite cookie sheet.

I recently purchased two of these after deciding to give cookie-baking one last try. With other pans, my cookies always wound up with raw dough on top and burned bottoms. The only changes I made?: Using these sheets instead and swapping them in the oven (middle to top rack) halfway through baking time.

I've had excellent results and cleanup is a breeze.

My mother has these and I used to make lots of fruit rolls with them - lots of fun, and a good treat! I recommend mixing applesauce with (thawed) frozen fruit juice concentrate of your choice to make whatever flavor you like. My favorite was mixing grape fruit juice concentrate with the applesauce. It makes a very deep purple and fruity treat. (Ratio was one can frozen concentrate to a big jar of applesauce. I'll edit my post and add specific sizes soon.)

I bought a set of these to make fruit rolls for hiking. The Scouts in my troop are always impressed with them (if I bring enough to share). They work great, and are very easy to use. Simply spray them with Pam and pour your fruit mixture on them. Put them in the dehydrator and turn it on. For the fruit mixture, I usually use unsweetened applesauce (from big Costco jars) mixed with jam or jelly. In season, I've also used fresh fruit with applesauce, but it sometimes comes out a little sour.

I've also had no trouble with them warping, as another has mentioned. I once tried to make fruit rolls on waxed paper, instead of buying these. Don't do that, because the waxed paper will become permanently bonded to the fuit.

I ordered an FD-50 dehydrator and an extra set of these fruit roll sheets. As far as I can tell, the extra sheets are identical to the one that came with the dehydrator.

There has been no problem with warping. Perhaps the previous reviewer got a bad set or exposed them to too much heat (e.g., left lying in the sun or washed in the bottom of the dishwasher).

I have never owned cookie sheets like these. It is impossible to have something stick to it--even burned chocolate chips wipe off with a paper towel. I even bought a set for my mother who couldn't believe how easy they were to cleanup.

HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES,WE LOVE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES,THE COOKIES SLIDE OFF.AND THE CLEAN UP IS A PAPER TOWEL WIPE DOWN.CALAPHON IS A VERY GOOD BRAND,AND THESES ARE THE BEST COOKIE SHEETS I HAVE EVER HAD,WE HAD AIR BAKERS BEFORE,NO COMPARISION.

I received these cookie sheets as a wedding gift, and after using them for the first time this past weekend while making Christmas cookies fell in love with them. I have already sent a set to my mother. They distribute the heat very evenly and the cookies bake beautifully. Nothing sticks to the cookie sheets, and they clean up like a dream. If you bake at all, these are the cookie sheets you should use. Make sure you use only plastic utensils when scooping off cookies (metal ones will scratch and damage the non-stick coating), and use only for baking -- don't ruin them by tossing on a frozen pizza.

I purchased two of these All-Clad jelly roll pans and they definitely do warp! Even at a temperature as low as 350 degrees and with something as light as 2 pounds (centered in the pan) they still warp.

Except for this failing, they are very good pans and would otherwise deserve a 5 star rating. But All-Clad, come on, at this price your pans should not warp!

Let me first say these are wonderful pans. Nothing I have ever used even comes close. However All-Clad's claim that these won't warp is simply not true. Put a side of salmon or a tenderloin diagonally across the pan, throw it into a 450 degree oven and in 5 minutes it will do what every other sheet pan will do - WARP! In fact it may toss your dinner across the pan. It will return to its perfectly flat state when it cools and since no other pan would do better I still recommend these pans highly... just be careful!

This is a great pan. It lives up to All-Clad's reputation in every way. I've only used it for baked goods like cookies and scones. It's performed superbly.
