    Costs too much to ship
I ordered two of these cookie sheets.
They shipped them seperately!! Charging me 6 dollars each cookie sheet. Costing me 20 dollars when all was said and done for only one cookie sheet. Both cookie sheets ended up costing me FOURTY DOLLARS!!!!!!!!!! SO DON"T BUY THEM HERE!!!
You can get them At Walmart for only nine dollars!!!
    What a RIP OFF!!!

    Airbake is Top Notch
Sure, the shipping cost might be a little more than the typical person wants to pay. Let me assure you that it is worth it! No more dark brown bottoms on your cookies--who can put a price on that? I bought my first one at a different retailer here in town, then wanted another one because my other cookie sheet just didn't compare. (All cookie makers know that it is so much easier to bake cookies when you have 2 sheets going in rotation) Anyway, so I went back to said shop--only to find they didn't carry them anymore! The nearest Target is over an hour away, so I'd just rather pay the shipping than gas. I hope this review has helped qualm any doubts you have about ordering this fabulous cookie sheet. It is a must have for anyone who wants the best tasting cookies. My engineering husband can't get over the fact that a woman came up with this idea--it was such a smart move, yet a simple concept. Makes all the difference!
p.s. (He was the one that insisted I buy another Airbake--in his words,'why ruin half of the batch anymore?')

    One Amazing Cookie Sheet!!!
Wow! This is literally one amazing cookie sheet. I never have to grease this pan or have to worry about anything sticking. I cook EVERYTHING in the oven on this pan and I have a few of them. This is a lifetime investment. You won't be sorry!

    Good Quality but so small
How many cookies can you fit on this? Also, why are the cookie cutters metal? It would be nice if I could use them on the sheet sometimes and that would scratch the Teflon. Mmm, I wish I had not purchased it but bought a larger one.

    Good quality - but small
The quality looks great for this cookie sheet - very sturdy and appears to have a good non-stick surface. I can't comment on its performance because I haven't used it. It's quite a bit smaller than a "standard" cookie sheet so I think I'm going to return it. It is 12" X 13". Our old cookie sheet is 14" X 16". If size isn't important, then I'd recommend it. Also, the cookie cutters are metal (not a big deal but they looked different in the picture).

    Great Deal!
What a deal! This is a great cookie sheet with really neat cookie cutters. I use the cookie cutters to make horsedevours, linzer stacked cookies etc. The unique nested shapes are wonderful! My cookies were the talk of the last party that I brought them to!

    What a Disappointment
I used this maybe a dozen times before I stopped using it out of disgust. The surface is fragile and hard to clean. I reheated pizza and the residue stuck so tightly it could only be scraped off with extreme care. I did a bone-in slow roast and the weight alone pierced the surface so the juices bled into the matting layer. What's the point if you can't clean it or let anything harder than Jell-O come into contact with it.
Just to clarify--the mat was used to line an air-bake cookie sheet for the pizza and to line a baking pan with the roast on top of a bed of carrots and celery.

I agree that this is a great product
My first experience with a silicone mat was nothing short of a revelation, so I went on a mission to see if the several brands available offered anything the others lacked. In my opinion, this one performs as well as the others that I have used (which is to say it's fantastic). I use them for pastry, cookies, and any other baking that normally threatens me with over baked bottom sides, and breakage due to sticking. I have not used them for candy, but sugar that has fallen from cookies, and carmalized on it's surface doesn't stick in the least. This is a great product.

For roasts, I use a roasting pan. I like to make my own gravy, and I don't see how a silicone liner would help the process.

For pizza, I use an air core pizza pan that is riddled with holes to ensure a crisp crust by allowing moisture to escape rather than turning the bottom of the pie into mush. The same holds true for reheating a pizza. To put a silicone pad between a pizza and the heat source is inviting pizza disaster.

I suspect the bad review was due to a combination of operator error and misunderstanding of cooking concepts, rather than a defective product.

    These things rock
The previous reviewer seemed to have mistaken a baking mat - replaces parchment paper or grease on a baking sheet - with a baking sheet. What it does is provide a surface to which almost no baked products adhere. Why you'd do a roast or pizza on top of it is beyond me. I've used it for cookies, various candied desserts, and a number of things where you'd otherwise have to line or grease the baking pan. In each case it performed superbly. It's also incredibly easy to clean (unless, apparently, you do something ridiculous like puncture it).

    Be careful
Be careful when ordering this product. The photo shows 4 poles,
no where does it say you need TWO kits to make a room as shown.
The description say it has two poles, but the room needs 4 poles to work.

    Works as advertized and ...
The telescoping twist-lock poles are a dream to work with. This is particularly so when you use the poles for other things such as a 3rd and 4th hand when putting up 4 foot light fixtures, sheetrock, and even fold down attic stairs. In fact I use these poles for these things more than I do for dirt control.

    Great for painting
This is a vey useful product for paint projects. It is easy to set up and clean. It works well as a barrier to keep pets and children away from wet paint.

Not impressed at all with this pan
I have a Calphalon cookware set which as held up pretty well over the years, so I decided to buy this to replace my old warped out jelly roll pan. After the first use, I go look inside and I see this thing had warped also, which was evident by the one or two corners up in the air off the rack. Needless to say, I'm extremely disappointed with something which is "supposed" to be high quality, turned out to be junk. I've since returned this back to Amazon for credit....

    Disappointed...
I used the jelly roll pan for the first time and it warped horribly. It is a heavyweight pan so I was not expecting that to happen. It has since warped in the oven everytime I have used it and it has not been used in high tempatures. Very disapointed with the product, especially since I paid extra for the Calphalon name expecting to get better quality.

I am so impressed with this pan!!!!
It was so nice to get a new piece of kitchen 'equipment' from Amazon.com that proved to be wonderful in every way. This Cephalon pan I bought to make English Toffee from a recipe that I love, but that requires a jelly roll pan rather than a cookie sheet. It's taken me several tries to get this recipe to work...one person said I needed a heavier pan in which to cook the toffee, and a heavier pan into which to pour the toffee. So I found this online at Amazon.com, and bought it. The last batch of toffee I made and put into this pan turned out to be the best yet. It's a very nice pan, good hefty weight to it, washes up by hand very easily. My husband is even impressed with it...so it's out with the old .... cooking utensils and in with the Cephalon. Next, I plan to get the professional 3 quart saucepot in which to cook the toffee ASAP!

      HORRIBLE SET OF BAKEWARE
This is the worst bakeware set I've ever purchased!! It warps in my oven and worst of all has started to rust after washing them. No matter what way I wash...dishwasher of by hand it rusts. Not impressed and will never purchase another set or even recommend them. Check things clearly before you buy.

      cheap but...
flimsy. mine started rusting after 2 months. but then again, what can one expect for this price?

      Definatly a good deal
It's a great deal for the price and quality. They don't stick and are easy to clean.

Ok for the price, but not my favorite style of sheets
This is a great value set--you get two cookie sheets and a rack. It would make a very good housewarming or shower present. But I prefer the rimless, air cushion style sheets. One rack is not enough and this one is smallish. Still, for the price, you can't beat this deal. The non-stick surface works fine. For occasional baking (not heavy duty) these are just fine.

      nice
good set for the money.surface not bad at all

      not impressed at all
Bought last year. First time I used them the chicken I baked stained it and now it has a big mark on it. These are not worth the money; the cookie sheets I bought at wal-mart are equally as good and cheaper to boot.

I was disapointed at first but then I was glad to have them.
when I ordered these pans at the time I did not notice that one of the pans is much smaller than I thought. I was disapointed at first. But Im so glad I got it now..because I use it for baking
small amounts appetizers and Still have enough room in my oven for another dish of something else to go along with it.

      a disappointment
i'd heard good things about this brand so i was really looking forward to using it. what a disappointment. maybe i got a lemon? it actually warped on its very first use. the product information claims the temperature limit to be 450 degrees but it warped after toasting bread crumbs for 5 minutes in a 400 degree oven. it clinched the one star rating when i washed it out in the sink and towel dried it off - water was dripping on my foot. i looked and it was actually coming from the corner lip at the seam underneath. that "Aire" pocket sprung a leak! i would have returned this product had my toddler not made a rocket ship out of the packing materials and receipts.

      Commercial Quality!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This jelly roll pan is the best I have ever used. It feels and works like commercial quality. I will never use anything else.

        BASIC COOKWARE
There is nothing really special about this bakeware. I bought the Calphalon brand because I have been using their pots and pans for 3 years, and love them. The jelly roll pan is wearing away just like the cheapo stuff I bought at Walmart. You have to be careful of rust when washing, so dry them right away. I also have the commercial non-stick brownie pan, and I absolutely love that. I would recommend going with the commercial line for all Calphalon bakeware products.
