I just recently purchased this item and the first thing I baked were chocolate chip cookies for my daughter. I have to say that when I took my cookies out of the oven they were baked evenly and they looked great! This product worked alot better than I had expected. When I decided to purchase this item I was looking for a cookie sheet that wasn't non-stick because the non-stick ones don't last very long and can get scratched up very easily. So if you're considering this product don't hesitate, it's definitely worth every penny !

Its hard to find a non-coated cookie sheet anymore. But if you're looking for a perfectly browned cookie, then this is what you need. Usually, with the darker non-stick cookie sheets, when the tops look ready the bottoms are a little overdone. With this cookie sheet, the tops and bottoms will be exactly the same color. And don't worry about it not being non-stick; for me the cookies slide right off with only about 2 or 3 crumbs stuck to the entire sheet when I'm done--even with no greasing or waxed paper. It is just as easy to clean as a non-stick. All in all, you'll get a better cookie sheet for less price, because you're not paying for a non-stick coating.

I bought this on a whim about a year ago and have never regretted it. While I'm not an expert on -- or even experienced about -- a wide variety of baking sheets, I have really enjoyed this product and am hankering after another (one is not enough)! I can sympathize with the reviewer who claims these sheets have turned baking into a joy for her. This sheet bears no resemblance to the standard tinny, bendy, rusty hardware-store variety. Enjoy!!

My dad gave me a couple of these baking sheets many years ago. Ever since then I have never use another brand. I now own six of these sheets. You never have to worry about the quality of the end product. The browning is always even and if you burn something you only have yourself to blame!

After a lifetime of nonstick baking sheets, I was persuaded to try this basic metal jelly roll pan with a parchment liner instead. The difference is incredible! It may be called a "jelly roll" pan, but I can bake upwards of a dozen cookies on it and rarely burn one. With the old nonstick sheets (of which I tried and discarded several brands over the years)the burn rate was more like 25-50%. Other uses for this sheet are under other open dishes, like casseroles and pies, for catching the drips and runovers -- the raised sides make this possible.

Using a sheet of parchment paper or a silicone mat, cleanup is a snap. Once in a while it doesn't hurt to handwash to remove accumulated residue on the edges, but it takes a lot of baking before that becomes an issue.

This pan will occasionally warp at the higher temperatures, but always snaps back as it cools down. I don't think I've come across a baking sheet yet that hasn't done that at one time or another, so it probably just comes with the territory.

It looks like I am done with forever replacing my scratched cookie sheets!

nothing beats the basics! growing up in the nonstick world i'm not sure why they ever made nonstick sheet pans. this was my first basic and i have to say WOW! the browning is wayyyyyy better than those dark nonsticks and with the use of parchment i didn't have to wash the pan after every batch. a big bonus was the clean up, i've had it for 6 months and only had to use an SOS (steel wool kind) twice to clean it just as to remove the oily residue sheet pans usually get after a few months of use. when this build up happened before i'd just throw it out because you can't scour a nonstick, this accually looks better after a good SOS scrubing!

The Doughmakers products are all wonderful. I started out with this baking sheet and was so impressed that I now own 3, as well as the 9 X 13 pan, the jellyroll and two of the loaf pans. Cookies and rolls bake evenly, and the overflow from a pizza washes off with hot water and just a bit of scrubbing -- really very little effort. I wash them all by hand, and it is not a chore. The pans are sturdy. They get a lot of use in my kitchen, and are holding up just fine. This is the product to replace your old stuff with -- and just the thing for shower gifts, or for people starting out fresh. I bet I'll never require new baking sheets again now!

This is the best!!!! Won't rust or discolor or peel or scratch, etc. I would recommend handwashing because the only thing I have found is that the dishwasher or the detergent is hard on it. If you really like the crisp (not burned) bottom on your cookie you may prefer other darker sheets. Otherwise, for even baking and non sticking and lasting endurance this is the sheet for you.

I purchased one of these cookie sheets last November. This is the first cookie sheet that I have owned that is still going strong after a year. It hasn't rusted and it hasn't become discolored!! I use it weekly, and have had the most evenly cooked baked-goods using this cookie sheet. I am going to replace my other cookie sheets with more of these.

What can you say about a set of cookie sheets? These sheets are made by Calphalon, and if you have dealt with this brand before you know what to expect: superior quality, reliability and good looks. If you want to bake in style, get these sheets. As for specifics, I can tell you that the smaller of the two cookie sheets may be too small for some applications. Still, you will find it useful for cookies, or small baking needs. The non-stick coating is VERY GOOD, and I have never had to grease my sheets when baking cookies. In fact, cookies slide right off when I remove the sheets from the oven. The cooling rack is rather large and, as such, it is very practical to cool several batches at once.

I threw these right into the dishwasher and as soon as they were sterile I went to baking cookies! Not only do I love baking with these but I am sure "a local tire company" is glad I got them as well since they get all my cookies!

I recieved this set as a gift--I was thrilled! From the first use the quality was evident as my baked goods were beautifully browned without burnt edges! The non-stick surface is fabulous--cookies come off with little effor and no greasing on my part. The cooking rack is top notch! Made to withstand just about any abuse, it cleaned up quickly and is a great addition to my kitchen!

Try Calphalon--you'll be amazed by the difference it will make in your baking!

These are soft and cozy; plus plenty big and don't bunch up after washing. Like another reviewer mentioned, they do come with King pillowcases. I ordered another pair. We plan on using them all year long! We love these sheets!

I am very impressed with this sheet set -- heavy weight, tightly woven fabric, full-perimeter elastic on the deep-pocket fitted sheet, and the best brushed-flannel finish I've yet experienced (and I've had quality flannel sheets from Germany, USA, etc.).

Note that this set DOES include a pair of pillow cases. I bought a separate pair because the sheet-set description did not mention that pillow cases were included. Don't make my mistake unless you want extra pillow cases...

The king sheet set is very substantial -- it's a full load in our so-called "super capacity" Whirlpool washing machine.

The fitted sheet fits nicely on our 14" thick mattress -- the fit is not snug, but a little loose. If you have a thinner mattress, the fitted sheet may be oversized for you. I believe the package said the fitted sheet will fit a 16" mattress -- and I judge that to be an accurate representation.

Every set of flannel sheets that I have ever purchased shrunk so much that they barely fit on my king bed. These Wamsutta sheets fit great after washing several times. They were so soft, I ordered another set the day after I slept on it. Even my husband who doesn't notice anything asked my why the bed felt so good.

This is only the second All Clad I have purchased. The first was a small sauce pan, love it. So I decided I would spend the money and try the cookie sheet since I had just recently purchased a new stove with convection baking. I absolutely love this cookie sheet. Cookies don't stick doesn't matter what kind they are, I must add I have only used it for cookies so far but they come out looking great and tasting out of this world. (My husband is very particular about his cookies.) My only regret is that I didn't spend the extra money and get the larger size. May have to do that one of these days. I can only say that after trying this cookie sheet all others have gone the way of the trash. Love it and highly recommend it especially if you have a convection oven.

The petite cookie sheet is great. It's solid, heavy, heats evenly, things don't stick, and it's a great size. Good for crescent rolls, etc. I'll admit I'm an All-Clad addict, but when their products never seem to disappoint how can I help myself. This is not Bakers Secret! Once you've tried a piece of All-Clad you'll be hooked too!

While I was reluctant to spend this much money on a cookie sheet, I'm really glad that I did. This is the best cookie sheet I've ever owned. I purchased two of the large sheets and now need the medium sized sheet for the extra overflow of cookies. They bake well and actually look like the cookies in the recipe's pictures. Great purchase~

I was a little hestitant about spending so much for these cookie sheets. However, I read all the reviews and purchased them as a gift for a "baker" and we have been very happy with the "treats".
My only complaint is the extra pounds that comes with owning them...LOL.

I agree! This is the best cookie sheet ever! I normally don't write reviews but I was ordering a few more of these cookie sheets and felt so strongly that this was such an excellent product. It bakes things so perfectly it's unbelievable the difference!!! A special note: it bakes cookies a little slower than dark cookie sheets so add an extra minute to your cooking time and they will come out perfect!

All cookie sheets I buy in the stores for the same price need to be replaced in a few months, but this one was built very sturdy. I was thinking it was going to be a little bit bigger, but its still a good size for small batches of cookies of anything you need to bake. The items I have baked so far with this baking sheets, have just slid off. I didnt even have to use a utensil to get them off. If anything should happen to this product it is covered with a 25 year warrenty and that also helped sell me on this product. This product is also so easy to clean, it takes no effort at all.

This pan is great. I didn't have to grease the pan at all. The non-stick coating is excellent. The mini loaves come out perfectly. This pan can be used for baking: cake mixes, bread mixes, anything at all. It's a must have for people who love to bake.

Great size loaves! This pan offers you the ability to make great mini loaves in one pan. Instead of trying to handle many individual loaf pans in your oven, use one simple, easy to use pan! These loaves make great gifts!!

I'm a make-do cook. When I saw a well-known personality touting this stuff on her TV show, I just poh-poohed the notion. Then, at a pre-Christmas sale, I decided to try a sheet. Whoa! What a wonder! I promptly bought a second sheet, and I would never try to bake cookies again without one. The savings in time (1-2 min per sheet), headaches (cutting parchment to size every time and then running out), and clean-up (nothing - I say again NOTHING - sticks to this stuff) make it worth every penny!

I LOVE this product - it works so fantastically I may never butter a pan again! I understand they have different sizes/shapes that fit in cake pans, muffin tins etc. and I'm going to start looking for them. I know that Martha Stewart uses a similar product, but these are quite a bit less expensive (about 1/2 the price as far as I can tell) and, since I've always wanted to try something like this but didn't want to pay the price, I was thrilled to find these. My only very SMALL quibble is they're a little hard to clean - my sink isn't really conducive to their size/shape, and I don't really want to put them in the dishwasher - so I put a little grease-cutting dishwashing liquid in the sink with some HOT water, let them soak a little while, then sponge them off and rinse. I sometimes have to do it a couple of times since they still feel "greasy" to me after I wash them - However, that is a VERY small "con" in a multitude of "pros!!!" I just wish there was something like Matfer sheets to help me with ALL the sticky situations in my life!

Silicone baking mats (the matfer is one of several widely available brands) are amazing. If you bake, then get one. No if's, ands, or buts. I've used them to line the baking pan while making cookies, cakes, even sticky candy. Worked great every time - no more problems with your baked food sticking to the bottom of the pan, or dealing with tears in the parchment or whatever sort of liner you used to use. And no matter what I've cooked on it, cleaning the mat has taken mere seconds with a sponge and soapy water.
These mats aren't just a gimmick; they're truly an example of new technology making possible significantly better products.
