This is a great product. I bought it for my son's birthday 2 years ago and it is very durable and easy to use. I'm going to buy another for my mother's birthday since she was so impressed.

If you like snow cones, then this is a must. It's so easy to use , all you do is open the top, put som ice in, and then push down on the top to shoot out the crushed ice into a cup or whatever.BUY IT NOW!!!!!!!!

I want to add to my review of this salad bowl (set, really, since I also have four of the matching 9" individual bowls Snow River makes which are available on this site) written last year, because it has turned out to be truly wonderful for me, and better than I could have predicted. I had never seen one that looked as beautiful as this one for sale anywhere before, and it wasn't some kind of photographic illusion. It really is as beautiful as it looks and as it has been described to be, and then some. Also, I had, when I first got it, tried to compare it to the one I had had a long time ago but reality was and is, the one I'd had couldn't possibly compete with this one. Additionally, although this affects no one else, I had said that because I had had matching wood salad servers, maybe it would have been better had there been them for this salad set. That now strikes me as something I could not really have meant and didn't. The stainless steel salad servers I boght at this site happen to be perfect for this bowl and set, and I do not know what I would do without them especially because they just do BELONG with it. I do not think you could ask for better. One final comment, though, although I have read that you are supposed to treat it with mineral oil periodically, the truth of the matter is that I never have and not only am I not sorry I haven't, I do not see the necessity for this. This means that they (all the bowls in this set, the big one and the four small ones which I have so far) are kept perfectly well just by wiping them with a soap pad that is not made of steel wool, wiping them with a paper towel until they are dry immediately following use, and that's final!! This is all I have to say. Enjoy them if you might.

I've had this bowl (the 14") and four of the matching Snow River wood salad bowls for a couple of weeks now and it's (they're) beautiful! It (and they) get(s) plenty of use, even if I am now single and living alone, between just me and me and my company. I haven't seen a big wood salad bowl and matching individual wood salad bowls this beautiful in years. I originally had a large Dansk (yes they made them) wood salad bowl, matching wood servers, and individual wood bowls. But the set was stolen, impossible to replace later, and there was nothing remotely like it sold anywhere I have been since. This absolutely rivals that one. While it does require a modicum of care--that's all. Nothing that can't be done with relative ease. Hand wash in warm soapy water (the manufacturer has already treated it with oil), dry immediately, reapply mineral oil after use once a month, do not wash in dishwasher or immerse in water (which also means don't soak, obviously) If you love serving salads in big, beautiful wood salad bowls, this is for you. Also, the matching individual wood salad bowls sold separately are not, as I was afraid they might, too large. First of all, they're quite shallow (but fine), and second, whateve their diameter is supposed to be, they turn out to be the right size and definitely small enough so that you can serve the salad either to the left of the dinner plate or as a separate course. I was afraid the former would be impossible because of their size and I still like to do that. It's not at all. One thing: with this (these) bowl(s) it might have been impossible to do because of the thickness of the bowl ( it's quite thick) or the way its made, but I wish they had found a way to make matching wood servers. At the present time, I'm using a perfectly good pair of stainless steel ones, but because I once had matching wood ones, they strike me as slighly incongruous. While this is the larger of the two big Snow River wood salad bowls sold-- to me personaaly it's just large enough and I am so glad I was willing to spring for it-- it's a good size, but nothing smaller would be large enough for me. All in all, a real find!

I have one of these where I can see it easily. There are now three squirels who come every day.There is at least one there at a time most of every day. What a hoot to watch! The other day one was trying to get at the feed while another was sitting on top eating. Got the picture? I have had this for three years and it is still in great shape so I can say it is well made.

Jays make quick work of your pile of peanuts that you intended for the squirrels. This feeder is great for keeping the jays from stealing. You get live entertainment watching the squirrels open the feeder and they don't run off and bury the peanuts like the jays do. What a clever invention.

This is absolutely great flatware! Heavy weight but smooth and shiny. We like our first set so much we went back and bought a second serving for four. Now we are thinking about buying the hostess set. It's styling is fresh and clean and unique enough to hold our interest for years.

I have owned this set for at least 3 years and it is definitly worth the money. I am sure it will be with our family for a very long time, which is fine as it is a very pleasing pattern to look at with an interesting twist to keep it fresh looking. The stainless itself has a good heavy weight to it yet has a smooth feel in your hand. It is attractive and I recieve compliments about it continually. It looks hand tooled and yet this particular pattern is smooth and sparkles with a high polish. It has been extremely sturdy. Even with three years of abuse it still sparkles and not a sign of rust anywhere (even on utensils that have been nicked by the garbage disposal). We like it so much that I recently added another set of 20 pieces (4 place settings of 5 pieces each) to insure we will have more than enough for the coming years.

We have been using these for years and the kitties just won't touch 'em. Put them on the couch, every once in awhile if they get confused they'll touch it, feel the stick, and back right off. Most days they remember their last experience though... :)

The strips really keep the cat from scratching the upholstery.

These Amco mini-shakers are a superb product. I use two sets for salt and pepper, but found they make great containers for almost anything. They are perfect for filling with dessert topping items. Family and friends love it when I have a "Sweet-Tooth" party. Giggles and "hand me that one", can be heard as guests top their goodies by shaking out colored sprinkles, chopped nuts, coconut flakes, powdered sugar et al.

Easy to clean glass and stainless steel tops get them ready for spices and I even use them in my craft room for small glass beads and sequins. A bargain price for a multitude of fun.

Since we know have to put about 4 tables together to have family parties, there is no way on earth anyone wants to pass the salt or pepper. So, Grandmother, wise as she is, has a set of these. We all appreciate having salt and pepper within reach. For a table of 12 guests, everyone can have their own. These are glass with stainless steel tops and they are just adorable!

I recently saw a review here on this juicer and had decided to shop some more. The reviewer had nothing positive to say about the juicer. After much shopping, I DID buy this juicer and am very happy I did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is an excellent juicer. It is VERY easy to clean, unlike a previous review stated. All the accessories came with the juicer. You can even buy additional accessory packages for a very reasonable price.It can be put together in seconds. It takes 2 minutes to clean, yes even the filter. It came with a brush and I also have a toothbrush I bought for the same purpose. I recommend this juicer to everyone. The pulp is very dry, therefore you are getting every bit of juice! It will not work if you have not assembled it properly. It is safe, easy to clean and VERY QUIET, I was surprised by that!I was able to get 2 recipe books with it also. I do my own receipes, basically any fruit I can get in season. It is a excellent product, and durable!You will not be sorry.

I have had this juicer for about 5 months now. We use it almost every other day. Make sure you put a bag in the collector unit, it speeds up cleanup.

Pros: Excellent quality/extraction, fast, quiet. Easy to assemble and use.

Cons: Cleanup take a bit of time but not too long. Being that the colour is white, after extracting carrots parts turn orange.
Tough to remove the strainer.

The remote sensor is the selling point on this one. The utility of having the alarm unit in the house is wonderful, especially for us year round cooks - no more running outside in the snow to check the meat. Luv it. Got 2 - one for the charcoal, one for the gas. Note: when you screw up and let the probe cord overheat, you can buy replacement probes from manufacturers of similar reading digital temp sensors.

Ever had a meal go up in smoke because you got pulled away from the grill? This solves the problem. Also, I grill a lot about 3 times a week and that's just in the winter. This saves a lot of those trips out to the grill to probe the food and eliminates the need to open the grill cover and lose all that heat. Just stick it in put it on the grill and forget about it.

I really works.

1. Just to test things out I wheeled my grill to the far edge of my property then went down to my basement. I still got a full signal about 80 linear feet away through a brick wall and two thick plaster-lathe interior walls.

2. The monitor warns you when your food is within 5 degrees of your desired doneness so you have time to react..

3. It really really cooked my steak medium rare.

4 Minor annoyance: It has handy preprogrammed settings for rare, medium rare, medium etc. for beef, veal and lamb. But it assumes you want hamburger, fish and poultry well done. In case you don't want these foods cooked that well you need to find an appropriate temperature setting from one of the other foods. For example If you need to turn a turkey and want to be warned when it raches 145 degrees you'd need to set the monitor for beef and medium rare, which happens to be 145 degrees. Would have been nice if it had the option to directly set the monitor for a specific temperature.

Still this thing is absolutely great. Just what I always wished I had.

I got this as a present; at the time I thought it was a little silly, but I have used it since then, almost 2 years, non-stop. I have not had to replace the batteries and it really is convenient to be able to grind the pepper with one hand. My brother saw it and loved it, so I gave it to him as a present too. I agree, it makes a nice long lasting, cool gift.

Nothing spices up food better than freshly ground pepper and nothing is easier than a grinder that does the work for you. I have had this for a year now and it still works great. I highly recommend this product. It makes a great gift, too.

Microwave, Dishwasher, and Freezer Safe, this elegant oval vegetable bowl matches my antique Blue Willow dishes and I feel safe using it everyday. Looks great and is a pleasure to use. Doesn't everyone like Blue Willow? The price only seems high. Well worth the money.
