Nice idea, but too small. Not wide enough for my regular dinner plates, and not tall enough for my salad or pasta bowls. As a result, they get almost no use. Two inches wider and taller and I'd be happy.

I have to agree that these could be slightly larger but they do sit nicely on top of a dinner plate or can be placed over a bowl when reheating soups. I have four of these that seem to be in constant use. They also fit nicely in the dishwasher.

The steam vents at the top are a nice feature and unless you pile your food 3-inches high on your plate, I don't think you are going to have a problem reheating a meal. I use these daily and have been very happy with my "clean" microwave.

It has taken some time but finally my husband is getting into the "cover soup" when heating it in the microwave. Reheating pizza is also a nightmare without a cover. So, end the days of having to clean the microwave daily and toss these in the dishwasher after use.

One Problem with this unit is that it can't clean under beds or chairs or tables, so you would need to have Lintek Robo vac or have to move everything. People do that now with regular vacs. Too bad it does not have a smaller robovac with it to clean in those places. People tell me why they like the Roomba or Lintek , Robosweep Robo Vacs is because they clean places they cannot get too. The price looks to be a little high as well. I am disappointed with over all size of vac. I think replacement parts will be very expensive as well. I will stick with my Hoover deep cleaning vac with rinse and the Lintek, Roomba, Robosweep type of vacs for general cleaning. I think the other guy sells Robovacs for Friendly Robotics. Fact is this vac is a surface cleaner like Roomba, so you can get a Roomba and a Hoover Steam vac for less than $400 and $1200 in your pocket or you can get RV400 and Steam vac for $1600 and nothing in your pocket. You will have exact amount of cleaning in both cases, except you will still have the work of moving items with the RV400. Maybe a hernia or pinch nerve in your back. I don't want my Grandmom down in her back, so I will suggest she get a Roomba, lentek , or another brand surface vac.

As an owner of a Friendly Robotics RV400, I can tell you...that this is the absolute best VACUUM on the market today, bar none. Now add the fact that YOU DO NOTHING MORE THAN PUSH A BUTTON AND YOU HAVE TO love that !!! It will take off using an overlapping pattern to maximize coverage as I understand it. It is much smarter than a Roomba or Lentek Intelli-Vac. It can sense if it is on Hardwood or carpet and turn the agitator bar on and off accordingly. I don't think there is a vacuum on the market today that does that! Now add the fact that Hoover Co-Designed the vacuum STRENGTH based on it's uprights....WOW...this little guy can run every single day if you want. Imagine if you ran your vacuum every single day.....that is a whole new level of indoor environmental quality. Good bye SICK house! Here is my best observation yet....IT Removes what you can see (like a roomba) and what you can't see (like,....well like nothing else). Does it go under the bed? NOPE....but really how often do you vacuum under your bed anyway.....once every other month, drag out your heavy piece of junk and vacuum under the bed if you need to. Okay, sorry for the ramblings, but this last guy was just was too blantant in his desire to sell something else, so I had to respond....

Very Satisfied Indeed!

I put the batteries in - it didn't work - didn't vibrate as it was supposed to do - and the batteries were inserted correctly as the light came on. This is typical of products at Sharper Image. I previously bought a neon clock - returned it for a replacement 3 times - and none of them worked - so I needed to spend the equivalent in merchandise as they wouldn't give me a refund. I should have known!!!!!! Also, there are dire warnings on the solution bottle, but nowhere does it tell you the ingredients. Sharper Image deserves less than one star! Must be the policy of management to sell crap.

This item gets my glasses cleaner than any method I've tried, and I tried many over the years. There is an amazing difference in vision after cleaning with the Sharper Image Cleaner. I recommend it to all and will give as gifts to my relatives.

Alright well I have tried both.
They both seem to work but the Pure Ion from Brookstone works much better. It seems to me that Brookstone is offering a Superior product and for a lot less money. The people at Sharper Image offered to sell me a warranty when I bought the Ionic Breeze but the people at Brookstone said that if I ever had a problem they would simply replace it ( It does say "100% satisfaction 100% of the time" on the back of my Brookstone receipt). I feel more comfortable with a company that stands behind their products and does not need to sell an additional warranty. Both places offered me a 60 day trial period. Yes Sharper Image does offer a free gift and/or buy one get one half off but even if you buy two it is still cheaper to buy from Brookstone. Both came with a UV light. The Brookstone one has a much larger collection area, so I don't have to clean it out as often. Although it does take more time to clean. The Ionic Breeze uses less electricity but that's because they don't have a fan. The fan in the Pure Ion makes all the difference. When it comes down to it if I really need to save the electricity I can always turn the fan on low. As for testing, Sharper Image offers none whereas Brookstone offers testing done by an independent company comparing there's to the "leading silent" one which I can guess which one that is. The Pure Ion wins in every category. I have also done a lot of research and the one thing that sticks out the most is that Consumer Report said the Ionic Breeze was inefficient and ineffective. Now Sharper Image is suing them. I couldn't believe it. Then I saw that they filed a lawsuit after lawsuit against anyone who didn't like their air purifier. It was at this point that I decided to return my Ionic Breeze's. All in all I think they both work, it's just that the Pure Ion works better and it's cheaper. If you are in need of a purifier do your research.

This compelling air purifier is one of the best on the market. Many air purifiers don't have the great features, but it's closest competiter is The Pure Ion from brookstone. At a glance, it seems The GP is beat. But, the GP is better to buy, and here's why.
1. Better warranty
The warranty yeras are 5 years, longer than the pure ion.
2.Free gift
It comes with a free air freshener. a $70 value. Brookstone has no gift.
3.UV light is better.
Brookstone has a UV light thats not replacable. The GP does. And The UV light is a phillips sterlamp thats been used in hospitals for twenty years.
4.Power saver.
The pure ion uses 48 watts. Gp uses 28 watts.
5.Tests
The gp has an AAFA seal of performance, and tests say no germs pass the UV light.
Don't mind the dust and pollen tests. The pure ion in those factors has a better score. But It's not a very good deal.
6. More sizes.
The GP offers two sizes. Pure ion has one.

If you look, you will see that the GP is better. If you don't believe, you can try it. if you don't, it's refundable for 90 days.

Get it instead of the Pure Ion. you will be happy you did.

The packaging on this flying disc said that it was durable and would be longer lasting than other similar discs. It broke up totally destroyed it in less than a week of my dog playing with it! I paid 4.99 plus tax! I could have bought one at the dollar store that would have lasted that long!

I really enjoyed tossing this far flying disc. It was very easy for my dog to pick up and retrieve. Other discs are too difficult for my dog to lift.

Contrary to what other reviewers may say this will not allow you to connect a 1.5" Shop vac hose to a nominal 2.5" outlet found on apower tool. This is because the 2.5" end is the same diameter as the outlet on the power tool and so will not slide into the outlet!
I wish that Dry Vac made such an adapter but I rigged up an adapter from CPVC plumbing parts and, what else, Duct Tape!

The idea is pretty simple - 2.5 inches down to 1.25 inches. You absolutely need this to useShop-Vac 801-89-33 Micro Cleaning Kit. This fits snugly on the end of the hose that came with my Shop-Vac and the micro cleaning kit parts fit snugly into the small end. No annoying falling apart. You can also use this to attach a 1.25 inch hose to the dust port on quite a few power tools.

Overpriced, and cheaply made. This mixer is not worth buying if it were half the price. It is cheap metal, and very unstable. It is too light. Cover for accessories falls off too easily. Buy a top of the line KitchenAid instead. Come on Viking, don't put your good name on this junk!

I bake a lot, breads, cakes, etc. This mixer is powerful and flexible with a multitude of speed setting and attachments. There is no straining to mix a heavy batch of bread yet it whips those egg whites just right. (Gears do make a real difference - my husband was right.) Also, it's made of heavy duty metal with very little plastic and is easy to clean and move due to the wheels on the back. I am able to keep it in that usually useless corner spot under the cabinets and roll it out when needed. I had a kitchenaid before, a good machine, but for power, durability, flexibility and ease of use - I thing Viking has the edge. It is perhaps more expensive but I don't intend on replacing it for years - if at all.)

Check it out when you are deciding on what to buy, because a great mixer is an important addition to your kitchen especially if you enjoy cooking.

I was thrilled to be re-doing my daughter's room, from nursery to little girl, so I had bought several hundred dollars worth of Restore and Restyle pieces. After going through several other vintage romance pieces at the same time (all of which were broken/cheap), I decided to put up these shelves. When I opened the package, it appeared easy enough. One shelf, two brackets, 8 screws. The wall anchors (the plastic sheaths that the screws go into, so the wall won't break) were so cheap that the directions told me to hold the little sheaths with a pair of pliers, then screw the screw into the plastic sheath, then unscrew the screw from the sheath. They didn't spend the extra pennies to put the threading into the thing, so I spent 20 minutes pushing these little screws into their plastic holders, to force ribbing into the plastic, just to undo it all so that I could actually hang it. Then I discovered that their pre-drilled holes were in the wrong place, so I couldn't use the thing at all. So I was going to just make my own new holes in the right place on the shelf, but the screw wouldn't fit through the bracket's hole. After another Restore and Restyle shelf disaster, as well as a little bookcase disaster (both by company defect), I got angry and returned the entire load. Don't waste your time. You can make them better yourself. As a matter of fact, when buying this brand, that's what you are ending up doing anyway.

This shelf is very sturdy and beautiful It is just one of several vinatage romance items I bought from Target to refinsh my master bathroom. The fixtures are great and fit in with some other iems I already had. They were easy to install and are durable. The chrome items I bought at Target for the kids' bathroom are also great.

I got this fan to use in my bathroom which gets quite steamy. It does the job well, but what I don't like is the switch location. It's in back of the top of the circular part of the fan so it's awkward to get at. Whoever designed the location of the switch must have been totally not thinking. But, it does work, and it cools the room and helps with the steaming up. I just can't understand why the switch is in such an illogical spot. I do not recommend this fan because of that.

Difficult to get above 25% humidity in a medium to large room. Best for a bedroom.
