They only work about 25% of the time. The other 75% the mouse gets away, sometimes with the bait! Try something else.

I've got one field mouse in my basement. I've been trying several times a day for over a week to trap this mouse. The baits (cat treat, peanut butter, cheese) are being eaten, and the trap is springing shut, but there is no mouse inside. My guess is that the mouse's tail is sticking outside this very short trap, so the door can't latch shut. So the mouse is able to back out?

This was the only live trap the depot super store offered... very disappointing. I'm now looking online for a better trap. (I've heard one good story about the plastic humane trap that uses a saltine as a lure/door.)

The see-saw gravity design of the trap is very creative, but it doesn't catch mice. Don't they try these things before they sell them???

UPDATE:
Since changing bait to 1/2 cat treat per trap, I'm now catching mice about 50% of the time. (Bait taken, trap tripped, but no mouse the other 50%.) The lighter weight of this bait may be helping to ensure the mouse is further inside, or that the trap doesn't trip due to outside vibrations (someone walking by).

For the low cost, I guess this trap is ok. If you need to efficiently catch many mice, you might want to pay more.

This trap worked great. It worked the very first time I used it. I broke a small dog biscuit in half and then smeared a little peanut butter on top and set the trap up where the mouse visited frequently. The next morning it had sprung and the mouse was in it.

This fan is awful! I have one and can't stand it. It gets dirty, then blows dirty air and it is very noisy. What I hate most about it is that it does not circulate the cool air. It just blows the air, which doesn't do anything to get cooler.

These are nice small powerful fans. They pack a punch for their size. However, they are also quite noisy (even on "low"). My ceiling fan is quieter then this thing.

I LIKE MY HT-800-19 HONEYWELL/ERVACARE EIGHT-INCH TURBO FAN BECAUSE 1.it's black(and my big bedroom has a ravens themme.)2. it can tilt about three -hundred sixty degrees. 3.it is compact and quiet as it can be. 4.it has three speeds. it's bien in there for two months. and the pointy blades,honeywell black HT-800 quiet motor and turbo swirrily cage can get dirty, but that doesn't infect the high-volume air flow. infact, it's the best fan iv'e ever owned!!!!!!!!

I bought this coffee maker based on rave reviews at another site. I've owned it now for 6 months and hate it! The brew interrupt feature no longer functions. You can only fill the basket 1/3 full with COARSE ground beans or the basket overflows, leaving a huge mess of grounds and liquid all over the inside and outside of the coffemaker as well as all over your kitchen because when this happens, it doesnt stop brewing. It just continues to pour all 12 cups of mess all over your kitchen!

Often, I will put 12 cups of water in and end up with only 6 cups of coffee the next morning. The rest just steams away. The knobs are grooved and very difficult to clean.

The carafe pour spout dribbles while pouring and the coffee isnt that hot. I wish I would have bought 4 Mr. Coffees instead and put three of them away for later. I know I will do that next time. Need I say more?

I owned this coffee maker for a week and then I returned it. The carafe doesn't mate well with the machine. The retro looking "toggle" on/off switch and the selector knobs for the different functions are flimsy and don't seem very durable. This machine bodes (term not used lightly) of breakage and malfunction. The coffee that it made was tasty and drinkable but not that HOT. Feel free to "gulp" it down as soon as you pour it. The different heat settings have no effect. If you must have that metallic exterior look with java in the morning; buy a wall timer and wrap you Mr. Coffee in aluminum foil (inside out). Good Morning.

I have only had the machine for two weeks now, but I am left wondering how it could have garnered a single negative review, let alone two. First, if you're filling the coffee basket to the brim with ground coffee, you are USING THE WRONG COFFEE. Geez, if your coffee is that weak you probably wouldn't appreciate a good cup of brew if the machine poured it and served it to you automatically. Spend just a tiny bit more and get a coffee worthy of a good brew machine. 4 scoops of my favorite Starbucks blend with water filled to the 9 cup line delivers a great tasting cup every time.

Coffee comes out of the machine piping hot. WAY too hot to gulp. If you choose the "high" setting for the warmer it gets much hotter than that after a while. I like a good steaming cup of coffee but I much prefer the "medium" setting.

The construction of the machine is solid. It comes with a 3 year warranty. It has a durable, well made feel to it and as one would hope and expect the plastic inner parts do not have any detectable odor. The charcoal filter looks a bit small to me, though, so I wonder how long it will remain effective. On the other hand, I wonder how much difference it actually makes. I can't say that I can actually taste a difference in the coffee I've made in the machine compared to what came out of the one I replaced.

I especially like being able to program the controls intuitively. The manual was not needed once in order to get the machine set up just the way I wanted it. With most other machines, a visit to the manual is required, not optional, in order to understand the programming codes before you can get the things set up the way you want. Of course, the first time you happen to pull the plug, or a power blip hits, a return visit to the manual, if you can find it, is necessary to get the settings back the way they were.

This machine replaces a fairly high end Krups (model 467, 1 year warranty) that also made an excellent cup of coffee, but the Krups plastic parts warped badly over time and toward the end (less than a year of use) it would not let you grab a cup mid-brew (it kept right on streaming coffee, which went directly onto the warmer and from there onto the counter). It also leaked profusely even when I was not trying to grab a cup mid-brew. It always put significant amounts of the brewed coffee onto the countertop with each pot made. If someone had a desire to say something negative about a product, they might want to purchase one of those (Krups), use it for a few months, then write their review.

I had wonderful expectations for the use of this wet/dry, pumping Shop Vac. Even after spending an additional $45.00 on added accessories,I still was positive about the unit. My problem,I made the mistake of turning it on. From that point on it has been a pain. The main power switch has a mind of it's own, and likes to turn itself off when it feels like it. I decided after trying to compete with it, I would simply take it in for factory service. Well after being refused service at two different "factory authorized service center's" even though they were listed in the owner's manual, I finally on the third try got one to accept the machine. The diagnosis was " a bad switch", and it would have to be ordered and take 10 days to two weeks to get. Well 2 1/2 weeks later I finally got the call to pick it up. I took it home, and it ran like a charm for all of three minute's. I called the place up and was told to "bring it back again!". I never did, and now the thing sits in the basement collecting dust. I use my trusty $70.00 upright Hoover to do the cleaning this "macho machine was bought for. Oh by the way when you have to change from wet/dry to pumping, be very careful. The plumbing you have to install to pump, can break quite easily. This "innovative idea" still needs some work!

I bought one to help clean up around my pond. The first time out it worked like a charm, however the 2nd time out the thing kept turning itself off. Since my husband "worked" on the switch I was unwilling to return it or get it repaired. I was all ready to order a relacement, however upon reading one review I am hesitant to have another go at it. The thing is the one I bought is sitting in the barn looking brand new but it won't even turn on.

As far as the shop vac goes, it performs like all the other shop vacs I have used, a little loud, but plenty of power. What makes this model stand out is built in pump. With a minimum amount of preparation, you are ready to vacum water and once full, automatically pump the unit out. Self priming and top mounted controls make this super convenient - I would highly recommend it to anyone that will be picking up more than one or two gallons of liquid

when i got it i loved it for about 3 days. then it began clogging up and getting disgustingly dirty. My Littermaid died within a month of purchase--it simply stopped raking, despite following all the coaxing suggested by the manufacturer (use only the most expensive litter, spray the pan with silicone or Pam, etc.). This thing takes a lot of work to keep it limping along. It is made from flimsy plastic, including the rake. I switched to a $20 "rollover" litterbox--and spend a lot less time dealing with litter. The technology must not be there yet for a quality automatic litterbox.

This is my 3rd litter maid. The first worked great for 2 years, so when it died we went right out to get another. That one was broken when we opened the box. So we returned it and got another. This time we went for the Plus model thinking it would be really great. NOT SO!! It is loud, slow, and gets hung several times a day. If I could find the receipt I'd return it.

I bought an earlier model of the Ionic Breeze, but returned it after I noticed that it produced a strange, chemical-ish smell in my apartment that was giving me headaches. After a little research, I realized that its mechanism for "purifying" the air is to emit ozone particles. This just didn't seem to be a healthy thing to me. (...)I believe that the FDA issued some kind of advisory, although I don't know the exact website.

I have two regular Hepa air filters now, and am very happy with them (Honeywell Silent Care 18150 and Hamilton Beach TrueAir 04163). I know I'll have to spend more on filter replacements, etc., but I much prefer to be breathing freely in my apartment, without worrying about my daily ozone intake!

I pluged it in, and I let it ran for 3 weeks. The apartement is 550 sq feet, and the window with open occasionly. After 3 weeks, the blades collected a little dust. There is no smell, not like rain or anything else.
This technology simply doesn't work. I had a Honywell unit, that clean air by staticly charge dust particls, same concept as Ionic Breez, and it didn't work. I got the Ionic Breez, after all the advertising and marketing I have seen. I tried it for 3 weeks, then I shipped it back. Save your money, and get a traditional purifier.

Living in a dusty old dorm room, I decided to get an ionic breeze (2).

This unit picks up a LOT of dust. Cleaning it takes maybe 2 minutes tops. To whomever is cleaning the plastic strips on the bottom, I really don't see the need to "clean" them to the point where they fall off. They don't pick up ANY DUST, so there is NO REASON to be cleaning them so vigorously (:rollseyes:). I would much rather breathe in a trace amount of ozone than breathe in all the dust that was in the room.

We have another one sitting in the kitchen at home, and it is great at eliminating food odors (new home, tightly insulated, closed dual pane windows, etc). After a few hours, we can't tell that food was previously cooked. Before, the smell would linger on for several hours.

A quick note on ozone. Taken from www . chemfinder . com, Ozone is detectable at 0.01 to 0.04 ppm; sharp disagreeable odor at 1 ppm. The current OSHA Standard for OZONE is 0.1 parts per million (ppm) of Air over a 8 hour work shift.

I have NEVER smelled a sharp odor, but have only smelled it slightly when the unit was on HIGH in a small (maybe 10ft x 10ft) room. In a large room, or having the unit turned on to a lower setting in a smaller room, I have NEVER smelled ozone. So, the ionic breeze must put out less than 0.01 - 0.04ppm when used properly. According to standards, this is a very SAFE amount of ozone. Science may prove in the future that a continuous low amount is dangerous, but even so, it is well known that ozone is highly unstable and will break down in about 20 minutes.

Until I actually read of a governmental warning or something of that nature, I will continue to use the Ionic breeze. 4 stars because almost nothing is perfect (!!)

This cabinet came in about 40 pieces with no instructions. Impossible to contact Target regarding this mess. Do not buy!

I bought this as a test to see if it was high enough quality to buy the full-size 'Cape Cod Buffet Cabinet'. The instructions were easy to follow and within an hour I had my wine cabinet assembled. The only problem was the hangers for the wine glasses...no regular wine glasses/water goblets/ champagne flutes would fit. The channels are too narrow. I had to re-engineer the racks an extra 1/8th an inch apart on each side and drill new holes to get my wine glasses to fit. Other that that minor inconvenience, the cabinet is sturdy and attractive. I reccommend it only if you can take the time to re-configure the wine glass hangers.

This item was very easy to assemble. My husband put it together in about an hour. All my wine bottles sit vey nicely in the spaces wihtout rolling around. I disagree with the previous review about the spaces for wine glasses. All my glasses fit perfectly. The spacing on the runners were just fine. I have no problem getting my glasses in or out. This is a nice piece at a great price.

I have the DeLonghi monster mixter/blender and love it, but this coffee maker is terrible. After using mine only once, I noticed hot coffee dripping from around the plastic spout ring where it attaches to the glass carafe. After a few more uses, it POURED from that spot...the top is glued to the carafe and the glue had softened and "let go." I called customer service, and they will happily replace the carafe for me at no charge when they have them available. And they've been waiting for them for MONTHS! The customer service rep thinks they may be redesigning the carafe and has no idea when they may have new ones. Also, if you are lucky enough to receive a carafe that stays together...have fun trying to clean it. The pouring top doesn't unhinge making it very difficult to clean out. Don't waste your money.

to keep my coffee maker. This thing is the Titantic
of coffeemakers.

This is without question the best coffee maker I have ever owned. I did quite a bit of research before finally deciding on this product and I couldn't be happier with my selection.

Pros: Great tasting coffee, Removable water tank, Water filter, Flavor selector (works fine on mine), nice size carafe (12 cup), really cool design.

Cons: None that I can find so far.

I was most amazed at the taste quality of the coffee that this pot brews. In my opinion well worth the money and highly recommended. I am a coffee nerd. Taste and functionality are very important to me and I found this product delivers both.

I also bought the Nova Green set for four. They looked great out of the box, but if food gets left on the plates for an extended period (like overnight) then it affected the look and color. You could see where the food was. It took away some of the shine and left the color faded. No amount of washing or use of cleansers has been able to restore the original color. So I ended up with faded blotches here and there. I'm disappointed enough to shop for replacements.

These dishes look nice with a lot of different decors in my opinion...I received these dishes in the green color and loved them...until i started washing them and actually eating on them. They claim to be dishwasher safe, but probably 25% or more of these dishes I used got permanent spots and streaks on them when i washed them in the dishwasher...it was like the finish was ruined or something. So if you plan on actually using these dishes, I'd look for something else-- the santa fe type look is very similar to these.....

My husband and I received the Nova Brown 16 piece set as a wedding gift and we love it! We haven't had any problems with these items but we are really careful how we use them. We do not put them into the microwave (because the pieces get REALLY hot - hotter than my old dishes) and we hand wash them instead of throwing them into the dishwasher. And we do not leave food sitting in them overnight. We love our dishes so much that we actually got the 4 jars to go with them, ramikins, pitcher, hostess set, completer set, onion soup bowls, and the icecream bowls. I'm looking for other stuff to match. Beautiful product!

Man was I disappointed when I saw that this flask was four ounces. I could drink that and not feel anything, at all. I'll grant that maybe pregaming needs to take place, but four shots is not going to make that big a difference unless you drink the whole thing. Disappointing.

True playas need the hip flask, but 4 ounces?? That might be enough for junior ballers, but it won't help a BTB like you to see the stars.

For the big-time boozers (and "players" evidently,) order a half dozen of these sleek, slim 4-oz beauties, one for each available pocket. The description clearly states the minimal capacity, so to grumble about that and then downgrade the item seems fatuous, almost alcoholic, I'd have to say. This is a good product for a good price.
