My parents bought this fan for my dormroom a couple of days ago because my dorm doesn't have air conditioning. I was really excited to receive it in the mail, however it's terrible. The only reason why I'd venture to say that is because the blades of the fan hit the grate on the front, and it makes a really loud clicking noise, like the sound of sticking a fork in the blades. It's terrible, and if you don't mind extremely loud clicking noises the air is actually quite cooling, but every time my roommate and I turn it on we can't stand the noise. We're thinking possibilities for this fan are a.throwing it away in rage or b.playing extrememly loud music while climatizing our stifling dorm room.

I never imagined I would splurge and buy a pricey pepper mill, but have always wanted a good one. But when I got a Amazon.com gift certificate, I couldn't resist. I like the idea of a ceramic grinding mechanism, adjustable grinding size, and heavy stainless construction. When it arrived, I filled it with peppercorns, and turned it 1/2 turn. It broke. The method for connecting the top of the mill to the stainless steel shaft is a weak plastic part. Since it came apart when it broke, I could see that I was lucky mine broke immediately, so I could return it. There is no way this mechanism would hold up for extended use. And when you pay this much for a pepper mill, you want extended use. Don't buy it.

Who would buy something this large for their home? At 16 inches, this peppermill is entirely too large for anything but restaurant use. Waiters use mills like this because 1.) they serve more than just your family and 2.) you don't want a waiter leaning in close over your salad bowl. Imagine what an imposing eyesore 16 inches of peppermill would be plunked in the center of your dinner table, towering over your meals, ruling the table with its commanding height, and blocking your view of your family. Inappropriate.

I ordered this item on 12/18. Its 1/5 and it still hasn't arrived. It was a stocking stuffer for my sister. She returned to her home in Italy several days ago. Never heard beep from Stacks and Stacks. Ordered a similar charm set from Table tools. It also took 10 days to get there, but at least it got here!

When I ordered it, the Amazon website assured me it would get here for Xmas and no priority mail was required. What a disappointment!

I ordered this product. Unfortunately, the company didn't tape the cork pin (metal) down when packing. So it broke one of the decanters. I asked very nicely if they could tape the pin down when sending a replacement. Unfortunately, they refuse to tape it down so it doesn't break the fragile merchandise.

It looked like a nice, useful product. (Beyond the fact that it continued to arrive broken.) Perhaps if one could pick it up in person ... ??? They did take it back for a refund (less 2-way shipping charges).

The large shelves arrived and three were damaged badly. I didn't have the time to send them back, so I made due by putting them up high on the wall so hopefully the damage would be less evident. I am not at all happy with the way they hang on the wall either. The large shelves should have 3 screw holes rather than just 2. Not a great product..I don't recommend them.

I bought world weather station for $29.99 to realize few days later it was on sale for $19.99. It looks much better on picture than it really is. All three units are not fixed to the board and can be rotated this feature I do not like the most. I am returning this weather station.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STICK WITH THE TIME PROVEN
