I recently ordered this silver canoe, expecting that it wouldn't look as nice as it did in the photograph.

I was wrong.

This classy little serving piece is truely lovely to look at--and the silver finish enhances whatever you put in it. I also was suprised to see the hammered patterns reflected light beautifully, throwing designs onto the surface I had placed the canoe on.

I also have the larger canoe, which is just the right size for a loaf of french bread.

Last year I subscribed to a program that supplied prepackaged food every month for weight loss. As I was using the products, I noticed much to my disgust and dismay, several items in the box were infested with the pantry moth larva. Even though I threw the box and food away immediatly, it was too late. We began to see that they had infested the kitchen and pantry. I threw away every single food item I had in the house, even cookbooks and paper products in a desperate attempt to get rid of them.
I still had the moths. Sometimes 3 or 4 a day in my kitchen. I consulted an exterminator who advised me to go through my cupboards again and to spray insecticide into alll of the cabinets joints and crevices. I followed his direction; we still had the moths.
Finally I researched the problem on-line and saw the pantry moth lure. It worked immediatly! As soon as my husband opened the lure,(it looks like a piece of bubble gum and has no discernable smell to humans), we saw 7 or 8 moths start flying around it. Within hours they were all stuck inside the trap flypaper.
I have had at least two of these traps in my house since then and have not seen any flying moths or larva.
This is a great item! It is small, totally odorless and discreet, cheap, non toxic, and IT WORKS!

This rack is well worth the price, in that it is as advertised and more. This item is well built and very simple to assemble and easy to mount. I placed my rack on 2X4 studs (4ft centers) affixed to a wood ceiling beam in my basement workshop. Using 4 ft centers provide good support for 8 ft material. I plan on placing a second unit on the opposite side of the studs. It's amazing how much material this racks holds. Material racks are not that difficult to make from scratch, however to make one as good as this, you will end up spending more for your materials then the Triton costs.

Just watched America's Test Kitchen on public television and this peppermill was rated #1 for ease of use, being easy to fill, and the larger amount of pepper it puts out.

I bought this as a gift for someone who loves martinis and barware. This set is really striking and classic. I can't see this ever going out of style, truthfully. It has a great *feel* when your holding it and a great look if you keep it out on a counter. The pattern (dots) has just enough design to make it interesting...but not so much that it is kitchy. Yet it has a retro feel to me...

I have owned this grill for about 5 years (since it first came out). What attracted me to the Summit were the Weber system in general and the stainless steel components in particular. The cooking surface is restaurant quality. It's easy to maintain and I can report that it cooks the same today as it did 5 years ago.

The six burners may seem like overkill (visitors always comment with a snicker about how huge it is), but believe me -- it's extremely easy to use that much cooking space, even for a small family. Imagine being able to grill 3 different types of vegetables while simultaneously searing burgers or chops or fish, all at different temperatures. Imagine having enough room to roast/smoke a 25 lb. turkey entirely with indirect heat (one burner going on either side of the bird with no direct heat underneath).

By the way, Cook's Illustrated Magazine has rated grills a couple of times. They generally conclude that the high-end, $1000+ stainless steel grills are not worth the money -- except for the Weber Summit. The only fault they find with it is that it's only marginally better than the high-end Weber Platinum models that cost hundreds less.

No question that if money's no object, this grill is the best. Don't forget to budget for Weber's custom grill cover.

These durable, easy to assemble and expand units are truly a godsend. I use them to organize socks, bras, underwear and other small items right out of the clothes dryer so I can get those items out of the way, but organized, without running back and forth to my bedroom to sort the items in the proper drawers. Later, at my leisure, I can move the entire cart into my bedroom and sort from there, but right after the dryer stops, I want to instead focus on the larger items that can wrinkle.

The mesh is small enough so no clothing will fall through, but the gaps are big enough so you can easily see what you're looking at and find what you need. Drawers slide out easily, but only when you want them to.

This bottle stopper and pourer made a perfect and much appreciated gift for the usher's at a recent wedding.

The fact that the stopper can have a monogram certainly personalized the remembrance, as well as being representative of what was a very festive and happy occasion.

I must admit that I am a self-diagnosed shoe addict. I recently bought 4 of the Essentials Plus 20-pr. Shoe Racks. Its amazing how much more space I have in my closet (for more shoes)& I was able to put all 4 racks together in less than 10 minutes. Each rack actually holds 24 pairs on pumps, 20 pairs of dress shoes/boots, or 16 pairs of running shoes. I was able to throw away all my old shoe boxes. The shoe racks got rid of the clutter and drastically reduce the amount of time I spend looking for shoes in the morning. It was definitely the best investment I've made in quite a while.
