I found this pattern on clearance at a local department store and got a 12-service set (more than I will need) for less money than some of the "front-of-the-store" brands' 8-service sets. Hartford is 18/10 stainless steel (just like the aforementioned brands), and its pattern is elegant and simple. I love catching a glimpse of a fork resting on a plate ... I find the curves very sensual.

Some friends gave me a beautiful turquoise betta one month ago for a birthday present. I spent the next two days searching the web for all the information I could gather on the care and feeding of bettas, because I want to take the best care of Alfonzo now that he is living with me.

They had given me Hikari Betta Bio-Gold food when they brought the fish, but since I had read pages about how bettas love blood worms and shrimp and other foods, I went out of my way to offer Al all those other treats. Everytime I offered him something other than Bio-Gold, he made a big show of spitting it out and staring at me. Plus the "treats" all sank and messed up the fish bowl. I've tried to trick him into trying other brands of betta food, but he won't be fooled. He begs for Bio-Gold, and now we are both happy that I stop trying to interest him in anything else. If your betta is like mine, he will insist on Hitari Betta Bio-Gold.

We adopted a stray, tuxedo barn kitty last August. While his early days in the barn developed him into a mouse hunting machine, he also developed roundworm, which did a number on his stomach. We tried feeding him regular Iams cat food, but it never quite agreed with his digestive system. The vet finally suggested Science Diet Sensitive Stomach. He's been on it for six months now, he loves it, and his digestive system is very regular. We moved him over to Science Diet wet food as a treat for dinner and he loves that as well. He feels and acts much more like himself and if he's not hunting toy mice, he's grooming that slick tuxedo(...).

Why is it that hot dogs at home never taste as good as they do at the ballpark? It has to do with boiled hotdogs (preferable) and steamed buns! No longer will you eat your hot dogs with dried, crusty buns that flake apart .. these are the real deal. This unit is easy to clean, works quickly and a top notch hot dog cooker. Good for family events, and will delight kids!

This feeder is simply the best available today. Whether you are new to the hobby of hummingbird feeding/watching or a veteran this feeder will greatly enhance your success and enjoyment of hummingbird feeding. For successful hummingbird feeding PROPER cleaning is a must. The Hummzinger 16 oz. is extremely easy to clean. There are no nooks and cranny's to harbor bacteria and mold, which will always drive hummers away! The red top comes off, is basically flat on the underside to reveal the bowl like basin. Cleaning could not be easier! Simply rinse with hot tap water(don't use soap hummers can taste it!) and air dry. EVERY SURFACE OF THE HUMMZINGER IS ACCESSIABLE so a complete cleaning is simple. The Hummzinger also holds the perfect amount of sugar water(1 part CANE sugar to 3 or 4 parts water). The recipe is even engraved on the underside of the lid! Remember no red dye, bad for hummers! It is best to clean your feeder and change the sugar water every 3 or 4 days. Even during the heaviest feeding 16 oz is perfect, they drain it out in 4 days. Add to that the 6 feeding ports, all around perch, built in ant moat, wasp/bee proof design and solid one piece top(no fragile plastic snap on flowers) this feeder will last a lifetime, and is guaranteed to just that! I used to have a inverted bottle style feeder but it was impossible and a big pain to clean like it should be.

AFTER USING THE HUMMZINGER I'LL NEVER USE A DIFFERENT FEEDER AGAIN!

The Hummzinger is extremely easy to clean, virtually unbreakable, beautiful to look at and hummers love it. I am able to keep it clean and enjoy changing the water thus do it more often making my feeding more successful. If you love watching hummers the Hummzinger will make it easy on you and them! Simply the best in every respect. You owe it to yourself and to your hummers, the slightly extra price is money well spent. Worth every penny. The Hummzinger is the best investment in hummingbird feeding/watching that I have ever made. I wouldn't trade mine for anything...PERIOD!

This hutch is really impressive. I liked the way it went together and the way it screws down to the desk itself from under the top of the desk. I like the way it nails into the back of the desk too. This hutch is beautiful and goes together well. Once built onto the desk it doesn't move or slide. It's a solid piece and is an excellent product as long as the exact instructions are followed. My teenage grandchild loves it. I have enjoyed buying quality products made in the USA.

This is the only cat food flavour in Iams that my cat will literally eat, I have been all over town trying to purchase this flavour
that seemed no problem at my local grocery stores before however now it seems impossible, there is every other flavour of Iams on the shelves,ocean fish seems to have vanished. I have a couple of local grocerists looking into this, I live in Sooke BC . I have even been into Colwood BC, and all of the chains that i have been to all seem to be having the same problem. I did go to Pet Cetera in the Tillicum Mall in Victoria B.C., and did manage to scrape up a couple of flats of the little tins, which as any smart consumer would be aware of, is a total uneconomic way to purchase cat food, Help if you can!!, By the way my cat's name is Mischief. Iams is the cat food I feed my cat. I can tell she really likes the flavor. Also, I notice it is easy for her to digest. When you open the bag, the smell is great - which I take to mean the product is very fresh. My cat really enjoys this food.
