This mug was well thought out. You can easily drink from either side. It is well balanced and has a rubber bottom. And of course it will keep you coffee warm for hours. I threw out all the other mugs when I got this one.

I received this as a Christmas gift 10 years ago instead of the Stanley thermos I'd asked for, but I can't imagine a better product. I LOVE IT. It still looks great and works great. Because the lining is metal instead of plastic, if you accidentally leave coffee & milk in it for a few months (I just did that), when you DO clean out the resulting nastiness, there's no residual odor or taste. Clean as a whistle.

It keeps your beverage nice and hot, and fills up my work mug twice, perfectly. If you're careful not to cross-thread the lid, it can be carried upside down with no leakage.

This is a well-styled product, as well. I feel like I'm transporting a top-secret radioactive substance when I carry it. ;)

These hot pots are a wonderful thing to have if you entertain. If you normally make a 12-cup pot of coffee, it will barely serve a dinner party of six or so. And what about seconds? If you make several pots of coffee ahead of time and put them in the preheated air pot, serving coffee with dessert will be easy. And for progressive suppers, church functions, potlucks, there just isn't anything better than this. Simple to serve and keeps the beverage hot. I have three--one for regular, one for decaf and one for hot water.

I'm a very accomplished home baker, and I've used my Super Parchment resuable pan liners for over 5 years now. I LOVE them. I used them even before I had ever heard of the Silpat silicone liners, and I like them better. Not only are they about 1/4 the cost, but they work beautifully, clean up easily, and they roll right up into a very small diameter and can be tucked away in little space. The Silpats are a much heavier, almost rubbery product. I know they work well too, but they are nearly $20 apiece, and at about $6, you can easily afford 2 or 3 of the Super Parchment. Also, unlike the Silpats, you can cut the Super Parchment to fit any pan size you may have (up to 13" by 17"). I won't consider making cookies without them. They even release almond macaroons with no difficulty, and anyone who bakes those knows how difficult they can be to get off the pan. I've used parchment paper too, and still do for some things, but I simply do not understand why it isn't easier to find Super Parchment, and why more folks don't write about it. Do not hesitate to treat yourself to these liners. You won't be sorry! They also make a nice way to line the cookie sheet you put under a baking pie. It truly makes cleaning up the drips no trouble at all. I am securely attached to these liners, and I know you will be too, once you give them a try.

I have the rectangular version of this bacon/meat microwave grill and let me tell you - this is one of the handiest items to have onhand, especially for cooking bacon.

I don't know about you, I really enjoy bacon, but it's a pain to cook and it stinks the house up for hours. However, I always jealously noticed how my mother-in-law's bacon always seem to come out perfectly brown, crunchy, and flat. Above all, her kitchen wasn't overly saturated with the bacon smell. When I found out she used one of these Nordic Ware bacon microwave dishes, I was flabberghasted. I went right out and purchase one.

Now I make great bacon without the hassle, extra pans, and the extra permeating odor. The odor is now mostly contained in the microwave.

The trick to having one of these is figuring out the time/power level formula for making bacon the way you want it. For me, it's 7 minutes on 80% power with a paper towel on top to keep it from splattering. I almost always get bacon the way I want it this way. It gets a little trickier when adding more than two slices, but it's nothing mind-boggling.

An extra bonus is that the bacon grease collect on the bottom of the pan (keeps it from interfering with the bacon cooking). Makes it easy to collect bacon grease for different recipes, like collard greens. I usually collect the grease in a jar so I can have it readily on hand for whenever a recipe calls for pork fat or bacon grease.

You can also use this item to defrost meats without making a mess of your microwave. You can either use the grill side, or flip it around and use the flat bottom side to do so. The lip keeps the fluids from making a mess.

It's dishwasher safe, so all you have to do is drain off the excess grease/liquids and pop it in. The more stubborn stains usually slough off with a scrubbie-sided sponge.

This is a great product. I'm very happy to have it.

After having tried all types of poppers, this one is the one our family chooses above them all. It is the easiest, cleanest, most efficient popper we have ever tried. With oil or without, the kernals are light and tasty and all popped! We highly recommend it to those who enjoy pop corn as much and as often as we do.

I just recently purchased the Norpro Bean Frencher and it works better than anything else I've tried using. I used to try other methods of preparing beans, but I wasted so much strength cutting beans. The Nopro Bean Frencher will do all your hard work- it'll cut several beans at a time and slice string cheese with an effortless crank turn. The price is certainly right and no one can go wrong on this. I like to try as many kitchen products that cut down on cooking or preparing time as I can, and I'm sure everybody will have fun using this.

It is hard to see in the pictures that the metal lid on this shaker has three sizes of holes so that you can determine how much cheese, etc, you want to shake out. I think it is an attractive item and can be used on the tabletop. I recommend drying the metal top thoroughly; I haven't had it long enough to know if it will rust but it looks like it might.

I was never really fond of grapefruit spoons because they just didn't do the job. A friend of mine gave me this knife and I went and bought some for my mom and all my friends. The double-knife for cutting between the membranes makes the job so much easier! And the curved knife is not only useful, but fun! Be careful, the knives are sharp. If you eat grapefruit a lot, or would if it was easier to prepare, you have to have one of these!
