If you like mise en place for home cooking, this set of Amco Pinch Bowls is perfect for holding chopped or minced fresh herbs, ground spices, or small amounts of condiments. Amco is a commercial line of heavy-duty stainless steel products that is used in restaurant and home kitchens. I prefer Amco to both less expensive and more expensive lines of stainless steel kitchen utensils and bowls because they are utilitarian and can go in the automatic dishwasher.

We had friends over for dinner last night and everyone thought the napkins were great. I was impressed with the ability of the napkins to show a three dimensional pineapple. The color was exceptional I was very please with these napkins. I intend to purchase a set of each kind.

The results are simply stunning! Using the very same recipe and ingredients I always use, I have made pizza as good as the best I have ever eaten. The crust is actually crunchy, and chewy. It produces perfect, pizzaria-style crust. Now on to baking bread. Do spring for a pizza peel, you'll need it to get the assembled pizza on and off the stone.

I love my Polder Stainless-Steel Paper Towel Holder with Spring-Loaded Arm. I've had one in my kitchen for about two years now, and it has become such a fixture that I simply cannot imagine anything else holding my paper towels. It is great at keeping the roll from unravelling too fast in those "grab-and-go" situations. The only thing is, as the roll gets down there, the spring loaded arm doesn't really do much anymore and becomes... purely decorative.

What a great product! One of those things that you can't beleieve how much you needed it--ubtil you have one! I have 3 girls under three and hang to dry alot of their clothes to make them last. This is so compact and handy to use. It also folds up to take up virtually no room at all when out of use

I bought this scale to use both for mailing packages and for starting a new diet. I find it is very acccurate and I'm very pleased with it for measuring package weights. It also has a nice size removable tray. It has the reset dial on the back, if you want to measure with the tray, a bowl, a plate, or without. Many times I have added an empty plate, set it to 0, and then added my meat portion to see how many ounces of meat I have. It is however hard for me to measure and read smaller food portions, as the ounces are in 2 ounce increments. So I still use a smaller 1 lb scale for measuring smaller 1 ounce portions. It also took a little while to get used to looking at the inside measurements for lbs and ounces. (22 lbs in 2 oz increments) The outside measurements are for Kg's. (10 KG x 50g)
I really like this scale and so far it has performed very well!!

The piece is so beautiful and very functional. I've used this piece not only for serving, but also baking. My hot dip cooked evenly, but also stayed warmer after I served it. The dish was really easy to clean too, just put it in the diswasher. It's a wonderful product.
