I was surprised to find how tiny these bowls were. But there have been many times when I wanted to mix a few ingredients together, and all I could find was a huge mixing bowl. What a waste! I hated having to use these larger bowls when I was only mixing together a few ingredients that only took up a tiny portion of a huge mixing bowl.

These little mixing bowls come with their own lids, but so far I haven't had to use them. They don't take up much space either, so they are easy to store. A great product to have in the kitchen!

This is a lifesaver in my eyes. I love cappucino, and chocolate shavings are a must for me. With this grater, perfect little chocolate curls are just a few seconds away. I also use a lot of lemon and orange zest in my cooking, and this is perfect for easy grinding of citrus peels. It is absolutely wonderful for grating spices and cheeses over your entrees instead of having to fight with a larger, more traditional grater. It even works to help mince garlic!

Kodi is a 115 lb. malamute/husky/collie mix and the sweetest dog you could imagine. He has been plagued with discomfort from a condition I prefer to describe as fussing with his rear-end. However, since others might be trying to resolve a similar problem I will be more specific. He obsessively licks at his anus for reasons my vet was unable to determine. I thought it might be allergies or possibly a glandular problem and have been considering having his anal glands removed through surgery. As a last resort before surgery, I decided to make all of Kodi's food. So, for the last year, I've been fixing an organic dog food made from organic, free-range chicken, brown rice and vegetables in an attempt to provide a better quality food. Even this didn't help.

The answer came after reading a book I purchased through Amazon.com called "The Veterinarians' Guide to Natural Remedies for Dogs" by Martin Zucker (there's also a cat book). A section on Digestive Disorders discusses in detail enzyme deficiencies and how Prozyme can alleviate this problem. Several veterinarians contribute to this subject: Nancy Scanlan, DVM, "When animals eat cooked food, many of the enzymes are destroyed. Today there are so many animals with allergies. Enzymes help in the absorption not only of major nutrients that keep the body healthy, but also of the micronutrients that will decrease skin inflammation." Alfred Plechner, DVM, "Malabsorption, the inability to properly absorb nutrients from food, is a major problem that isn't talked about much. I find that about 70 percent of my patients [dogs] cannot digest food properly. Often an animal has plenty of enzymes, but our modern foods are so concentrated and have so many unnatural combinations that they appear to outstrip the ability to break them down." Dr. Plechner also says, "Splayed toes and cow-hocked legs are signs that animals aren't absorbing their calcium correctly. This is a reflection of malnourishment in general. The whole system is being shortchanged."
Even though Kodi's blood tests indicated he did not have a digestive enzyme deficiency, I wanted to try Prozyme and my vet believed no harm would come from trying the enzyme. Within 48 hours of the first dose, Kodi's excessive licking was gone! Completely gone. Years of distress and problems associated with his constant licking were over. I was even able to switch him back to a quality dog food diet.

Its been over two months now and I've been adding Prozyme to the canned portion of Kodi's diet every day. Kodi is still "fuss-free" and quite happy. The fur around his hind-quarters is no longer damp and discolored from licking. His skin irritation from the constant moisture has also cleared up. And I have so much more time now that I no longer have to make Kodi's food.

I live in an old house with no central air & heat, so we heat room by room. This heater is perfect and being able to wall mount is a must with kids around. It's very safe and you can mount it high enough that kids can't reach. Have tried other wall mounts, but this one is best by far. Heats a 12x12 room quickly and well (and with door open to that room, knocks the chill off of adjoining one), even on coldest of nights. Timer is very helpful too. The fans blow well, so circulates air very well.

Only product improvement I could recommend is ability to use an air filter in or on it.

Purchased one to try. Will purchase more for other rooms.

This is the opener I give friends who are serious about wine. No frills, just the easiest to use and always the first one I reach for. I have a collection of new and antique corkscrews-cheap to expensive and this is my functional favorite. Others may be a work of art (Laguiole, for instance), but this one works best.
The articulated arm for the bottle neck does it in 2 easy steps. I learned quite a few waiters here and Europe rely on this model as opposed to the single step arm on all other waiter's corkscrew designs. In fact, the first time I found one of these was in a wine shop in Toulouse, France. Imagine my surprise to find it was made in U.S.A!
I have found no can opener-I suspect they mean the foil cutter blade which is small and serrated. It works well, too.
There seem to be two versions-the cast alloy painted body and the much cheaper, but equally as effective stamped steel version.
Save your money for the wine! Get one of these asap!
Either way, you probably will also put your others aside for this little gem.

This is the only food I feed my cats. All 4 of my cats came to me as strays, and the formula gives them a very shiny coat within the first week of eating it. I've heard that this is true of the formula for dogs as well.

We got this as a wedding gift and use it or the rectangular portable we received when bringing something to social events. Perfect for keeping things hot or cold and easily transported. The lid stays secure, so no messy accidents. No burning yourself on hot dished anymore! This is a must have for every kitchen.

I have only GOOD things to say about this baking dish. I bought one for myself when I got my first apartment. Five years later, and it still looks brand new and I use it all the time.

This dish is a good size for making meals for four or more people (or fewer if you know you want leftovers), as well as side dishes for more, or brownies, etc. It easily transitions from the oven to the fridge / freezer and then the dishwasher for easy cleaning. The handles are good sized for easy gripping and looks perfectly at home on a side buffet table at holidays.

For the price, you can't beat this purchase. It is worth so much more than what you will actually spend.
