This little gem is not only a decent potholder, it also can open jars and serve as a trivet/hotpad at the table.

The name "TriPod" comes from the fact that this potholder actually has three litte mini-mitts at each of the corners that protect the user's thumb and fingertips. I tend to use this in tight spots where the Orca silicone mitt won't fit. It's more versatile than the Orca mitt, and fits a wider range of hands.

If you're new to silicone potholders, or if you have small hands and are concerned that the Orca mitt won't fit, this is a good place to start. As a final nudge, consider that it also makes a cute little handpuppet of sorts. ;-)

It's the best kitchen knife I have ever used as a chef.

My kitchen is really tiny, so the effeciency of this item is a godsend. I use the bottom for storage of cooking supplies, and I have my microwave sitting on top. It's perfect. Even the drawer, though smaller than standard, is useful for stowing utensils. The construction is sturdy and it was easy to assemble; it took me less than an hour to put togehter by myself. No brawn required. Overall, I think this is a great buy if you are tight for space. It's not too bad-looking, either!

I really like this for wooden kitchen utensil and cutting boards. Other oils I can find are smelly with solvents, this one is just perfect.

We have this running in a 10x12 room that is used for office space. The plastic cantilevered "things" on the front tip up or down to blow the warm or cold air where you want it. It comes with a remote control besides the touchpad, and the remote control turns the unit on from 20 feet away.

The dehumidifier canister's capacity is small, but then we're using this for a small area, and it is effective as far as that goes. It takes a minute of so to heat up the hot air, and a minute to get the cold air flowing.

The temperature is adjustable by 2 degree bytes from 48 to 88 degrees. It has 3 fan speeds, and things that light up in the front when the water is full.

It makes some degree of noise just because it does have a fan. It also has a clock display.

Worth the money, it does the job!

I scoffed at the idea of a fan with a remote control, but gave in to my husband's wishes. We bought 2 of them, and I now am grateful I did. This fan is outstanding - the features are above and beyond what I'd expect out of a normal fan, including the 3 operating speeds and "wind" settings. One of the fans had a problem and Soleus was outstanding in getting the problem addressed. I'm planning on buying 2 more. Purchased on sale at 1/2 the price listed here - if you're patient, you will too.

I've had two of these in my yard for the last three years and the moles have vanished. The housing is a strong, hollow, metal tube with a plastic screw on cap. The vibrator takes four D batteries and slips into the the tube. You pound the tube into the ground, insert the vibrator, and screw on the cap. Every 30 seconds or so, the vibrater makes a rattling noise that must carry pretty well underground. (You can barely hear it above ground.) If the ground freezes in the winter, take out the vibrator at the first frost and keep it indoors until spring -- condensation in the tube can affect the vibrators electronic circuitry. Replace the batteries each season.

This is a top o' the world line of knives...for professionals only. We don't want the public to start buying this superior brand of knives 'cause they'll start raising the prices. Stick with the lesser Wusthofs... please? ...they have better hype anyway.
