A LEMON
***SAVE YOUR MONEY***I only use my microwave to heat water, to defrost food, and to sometimes cook a baked potato, yet this microwave has difficulty even doing *those* things well.
**DON'T** buy this microwave, unless you enjoy having to deal with things like an impossibly small door opening that makes you spill hot water all over your fingers just trying to remove a cup of tea from it, or diddling with buttons that are incredibly small, and irritating to use. Neither of those defects were "required" in order to keep its small size (i.e., the space inside is much *larger* than the door, and is not utilized but instead restricted by the inane metal plate surrounding the opening, and the buttons are only active for input on a teeny tiny area of the actual buttons themselves.)
While I bought this microwave only eight months ago, I'm going to purchase a new one next month (even though I can't afford it), because I'm just so SICK of hassling with *this* one.

Really junk. Don't waste your money

A Piece of [junk]On a positive note, if you do have one and your "warranty" has run out, there are some alternative uses:
- Blunt weapon
- Dollhouse
- Cat jail
- Catbox protector (The racks are practically designed for clumping cat litter).
- Hamster coffin. (This is the only model reccomended for mass burials, as it is quite spacious and can accomodate double-digits).
- Refridgerator
- Step-ladder
- Noise-maker
- Dress it up as your favorite superhero and launch it down the street while reciting aloud well-known lines from that same superhero.
That's all. Nothing good can come of this. Take care and always read the reviews FIRST!!!!

Don't bother making toast with it
Nice alternative to using the ovenThe only real problem happened a few weeks ago -- the screws attaching the handle to the door had become loose, and recently they came off totally. I can open and close the door using a hot pad, but have been unable to get the screws back in yet. I'll superglue them in when I do!
Overall, I've been very satisfied with this toaster oven.

BAD BAD BAD
Not bad, poor handle designGOOD: Very powerful and quick, surprisingly quiet.
BAD: When you go to open the door by pulling on the handle, the whole microwave moves! I'll be replacing the unit with a Panasonic 7x3 with a push-button door release.
