This cleaner never did a good job. Didn't suck up hardly any water that it put out, the attachments are a laugh. Your better off buying the low end Dirt Devil. Bissell does make good vacuums though.

I found this cleaner did a nice job on my oriental rug. It cleaned so well that the wonderful colors in my rug have come back. The machine seems well built but it is somewhat heavy to push and the water tank-in-tank is very small making it neccesary to dump and refill much too often. I find that I really should have done more research and shopped around more before making this expensive purchase. Live and learn.....

While preparing for a trip, I purchased this item and can't say that it is recommended. While it will decrease the appearance of fine wrinkles in thin material, it didn't really touch the wrinkles in my 100% Acetate jacket.

I can't imagine it working very well on cotton either. This item simply would be better for summer clothes that are made from thin fabrics. The brush wasn't much use for stubborn wrinkles in heavy fabrics.

While this won't scorch or shine clothes and you don't need an ironing board, you might want to look elsewhere for an item that will take on all types of fabrics.

This item uses regular tap water and no salt is required. A travel pouch is included. I'll be leaving this item at
home in the winter, but might use it for summer travel.

This product is cheaply made, does not produce enough steam to clean anything! The idea and the price are tempting, but the Penguin does not live up to expectations. My thumbs are sore after tryng to clean my stove - I finally gave up and just scrubbed it. If the whole idea is for this product to make cleaning grime easier, it does not, and using something like this just on everyday "dirt" like a kitchen counter is not worth the time or thumb power.

and save yourself the frustration! Wish I'd read these reviews before I bought mine! Junk, doesn't do anything you hope for or expect and with the poor performance it stops looking so cute! Save your money!

I was given this product as a xmas present from my husband. I really just wanted to clean my pets cage. I'm not happy that you have to keep pumping the handle to get any steam! I really mean "pumping"-but the instructions says "don't not pump more than so many seconds, can break the unit" (plastic unit), but the steam doesn't come out consistantly unless you keep pumping!.
The steam is not powerful enough and that it's a plastic unit- you really can't get the performance to steam consistanly. Although the price is right -the performance is not, even on my stove and counter top- not enought power and to much usless pumping, just water no removal of grime.

I have tried it in the bathroom without much luck there. I tried to clean tennis shoes without luck. The only thing that it has helped on is cleaning the grout in my tile floor. I didn't have the problem of steam coming out in other places than the nozzle and it isn't hot to hold. I'm considering returning the steamer.

Got one of these and what a mistake. Total junk. Looked at them steamers at vapor-systems.com and contacted a lady on the testimonial page. They seem much better. Man o man are they expensive though. Don't know how we can afford one but we're saving. Steamers are the way to go without chemicals. Forget this junk though.

Brand new out of the box, this steamer doesn't work and never has produced any steam.

The company does not respond to repeated requests to honor the warranty or to repair the item. The item was thrown out with the trash.

Don't buy this item. The first time I tried to use it ,it did't work . The steamer went on for about 20 seconds. Repeated attempts had the same results. Have tried to reach the company for over a month many times a day. All I get is busy signals.
Prior to this I bought Euro Pro's hand steamer , It also did'nt work. I would never buy another one of this company's products.

Heats up fast, but be prepared to don your gas mask or only use outside as the pungent odor emitted from the flexible hose is enough to send you gasping for fresh air within the first 60 seconds of use.

I have a Tramontina 3Qt Tri-Ply saucepan which has EXACTLY an 8" inside diameter (measured it twice for accuracy). This Emerilware Stainless 3-Quart Steamer Insert has about 1/2 inch smaller diameter....So it will only fit a pot or pan with a
7 1/2" inside diameter. The QUALITY of this steamer insert appears to be good though...

The 3 quart steamer does not fit in the 3 quart pan.

This product is clearly mislabeled as a 12 cup rice cooker. It is only a 5.5 cup rice cooker. Rice cookers are typically sold by uncooked cup quantity and not by cooked cup quantity. This product is being advertised as a 12 cup rice cooker, but the 12 cups refer to cooked quantity. If rice is your main dish, then this cooker will hardly feed your family! I am returning this product and am planning to buy a more trusted brand like Panasonic.

The inner pot is not "non-stick." Everytime I used this rice cooker, I was sure that at least half of the rice were sticking on the buttom.

I bought this asparagus steamer a couple of years ago and was able to use it only a few times because the basket and the bottom of the steamer rusted right away. I have several stainless steel pots and none of them rusted...they are not supposed to. I was definitely not happy with the product!
