Great Timer!
Best timer I've ever used

How can you beat small, inexpensive, and a timer?
ExcellentI took it to work & we cooked hot dogs for a crowd. Do you know what kind of build-up that caused? It came right off with the wet paper towel method. George should recommend this method of cleaning in his instruction manual.

BEST customer service I have found!I had a probe issue, like almost everyone else. I contacted Polder and recieved BOTH an email AND a phone call response within 30 minutes. I have never ever had such incredible response from any company. And it is less than 48 hours until Thanksgiving holiday.
They took care of my problem immediately, and gave me really good tips on caring for the probe. ALL probes have similar limitations regardless of the brand you purchase.
...Polder is heads and shoulders above,... any company that I have dealt with. They have such a rare (unfortunately, these days) concern for the hapiness of thier customers.
I can't recommend this product enough, and the company that most definitly stands behind it.
The best customer service I have found yet.ALL of these timer brands have the same occasional problems, and any brand's probe has limitations. I have seen some people post here that they did not get a response from Pyrex when they had a problem. Well, Polder blows them out of the water in that regard.
It is great product. I do love that I can have a timer go off when my food gets to a specific temperature. It really frees me up to watch ALL my food, not just babysit my turkey while the other dishes over or under cook.
I really am happy, thank you to Polder customer service.

this blender is wonderfulThis blender is a sure winner! It's very powerful, very well built and super easy to clean. Yes, it's [a little] than your typical consumer model, but it'll last a lot longer and it's so much more fun to use.
Decisions, Decisions, DecisionsThe experience I had with a cheaper blender going up in smoke, and the reviews on the Kitchen Aid having the same problems, I decided, as many noted, that the Waring Blenders are what the pros use, and it would be a good idea to buy one also. I was looking at the Pro Bar Blender with the stainless cup. I like the idea that you don't have to worry about breakage. If you have a lot of kids, or a clumsy spouse :-) that might be the way to go. I like this model because it has the glass, and I want to see to make sure it is clean when I am done using it.
The wattage is a question. All I can say is that this one is 360 watts, whereas the Bar Pro is 390. It is kind of funny but the Kitchen Aid mixer is 500 watts, and if you read the reviews, the motors are going up in smoke. So I wouldn't take a few extra watts too seriously.
One of the reasons why I bought this model, is because it has the word "Health" on the front. The one I received, which is the same unit, and model number, says Pro instead. I understand pictures can't always be up to date.
Another factor to consider is the weight. This model is 12 pounds shipping weight, and the other Waring Blenders are 8 or 9. Since these are made from Cast Metal Bases, as well as a cast metal cup holder base, the substantial weight is a sign of strength, and durabiity. This is the heaviest unit, and has the highest list price. (Maybe that is because of the added timer, and larger base)
The important thing is this model comes with the 5 year motor guarantee. That is not stated on many of the models. At the Waring site, they have a different designation-area for their "commercial grade" equipment. Their consumer line is lower in cost, and not guaranteed as long.
I bought this blender, and a smoothie book. What a great way to create a healthy family. Kids don't want to eat fruit? When you make a pure frozen fruit shake, out of just fruit, and a little cinnamon, they gobble them up, and you don't have to worry about fruit spoilage. When the whole family falls in love with them, a commercial grade unit like this Waring 7010WHW will give you the performance you need.

Just what the doctor ordered
The greatest kitchen appliance ever!I have had this grill for over a year and can honestly attest this is the best fifty bucks I have ever plucked down. Already I have made hamburgers in a jiffy, grilled salmon, shrimp and boneless chicken breasts. This may seem like nothing to you, but for someone who regarded Shredded Wheat as a gourmet meal, this grill has put a huge smile on my face, not to mention my husband, who is dancing a jig whenever the cooking aroma wafts his way.
Using the grill really is as easy as the infomercials claim. Grab your hamburger patties, sprinkle on some seasoning, pluck them down on the grill, close the lid and six minutes later you have a perfectly cooked burger. I was in ecstasy the first time I tasted one of my creations. No longer am I the most cooking challenged human being on the planet, I am giving Julia Childs a run for her money. God bless George Foreman, this product is fantastic. If you're a novice cook or a pro, you can't go wrong with this product.
