This KitchenAid pastry crimper is great. Last week I made pie and used this crimper to make lattice strips for the top crust. The crimped edges really make the pie look professional. This is also an excellent tool for "sealing" the edges of the crust together. It is like a "zip lock" device for your baked goods. It is very well made and sturdy. The handle is good size to grip and it is very easy to clean. I have several KitchenAid tools and gadgets and I am very pleased with all of them. Great tool! Highly recommended!

I am very pleased with my purchase of this brush. I bought it to replace a natural bristle brush that I had bought from one of those home party companies. As another reviewer pointed out it does have nylon bristles, not the natural as listed in the item description, which is a definite plus in my opinion. I feel like I am able to get it far cleaner than my previous one. And the Kitchenaid name is one you can trust.

This is a great pastry brush. It is the perfect size for pastry. It doesn't have the natural bristles described by Amazon but I have to say the nylon bristles it has are very easy to clean and work just as well. I actually prefer the nylon bristles because I think they are much easier to clean and are much more sanitary than the natural bristles. Well worth the $. Highly recommended!

I've had this stone about a month, and I'm completely satisfied. It's nice & sturdy, about 1/2 inch thick with ridges on the bottom that hold it up another 1/2 inch. I've used it to make pizza and bread a few times now, and the results are so much better than any pan or sheet I've tried. Honestly, I think it's possible to make pizza that equals or betters most take-out if you use a stone, and we've been more than happy with the results we've gotten. It takes a bit of practice to use a peel properly, but I put the stone on the bottom rack on it's lowest setting, so I can pull the rack out, which facilitates putting a pizza on the stone. So far it cleans very easily, and it's just been a tremendous amount of fun to experiment with. I almost went with the 14x16 model, but decided that the round surface better suited my needs. Highly recommended!!

I use my polypropylene board for meat preparation since it is dishwasher safe. I have been known to ruin small wood chopping boards by putting them in the dishwasher. They eventually warp and I have to toss them. So, this saves me money in the long run and makes me feel good as it can be put in the dishwasher. This board is large enough for all meat preparation.

I have owned these bowls for years and use them for absolutely everthing. They are so durable -- best thing I ever purchased.

This smaller decorating bag is just right when you don't have too much frosting -- larger bags are harder to hold and control when you get down to the very end but the smaller bag allows you to just mix a small amount of frosting and still have the control while decorating. I think it was also easier to do things like writing with this smaller bag. Dishwasher safe but keep in mind Wilton dyes will stain this bag although color from stains won't transfer. These bags are light weight and have a very nice, soft texture that is pleasant to hold. I find they don't slip in my hand or end up bulging like disposable bags do and they aren't as stiff as using parchment paper. While you can still wash and use disposable bags multiple times, the featherweight bags hold up much better.

I love this iSi creamer! I won it at a silent auction and use it two or three times a week. This stainless product whips and keeps organic heavy cream under refrigeration for up to 6 WEEKS ~ though mine is empty every two weeks. This product comes with "cake decorating tips" that easily attach to the nozzle. I can make a salmon mousse and pipe it onto crackers, add a sprig of dill and serve a beautiful appetizer in under 15 minutes! You will need to buy a box of O2 chargers. You will need two chargers per one quart of mass. I most always have organic cream in my charger ~ pumpkin pie is always on tap at our house! I can fill my iSi, take it along in the car and create upon my arrival. No more sliding food on my car floor! I use this item almost as often as my coffee maker! It breaks down into four separate pieces; three of which are top rack dishwasher safe and the stainless container fits nicely on the lower rack, though all are easily hand washable. Enjoy!

So sturdy you can use it as a trivet or a cooling rack! I love it! No more bending cooling racks!
