I bought mine ages ago at the New York Cake and Bakery, and to this day the edges are sharp and they've retained their shape. They fit in neatly inside their little tin, and they're handy when making shortbread or other cut-out cookies... especially the teeny heart that lets you cut hearts out of a heart. Cleaning is a little tricky -- you should flour them before use -- but all in all, a wonderful product!

These cookie cutters are so cute! They are also easy to use, easy to clean, easy to store. They work well on cookies, pancakes, and many other foods! There's never a bad time to show a little love with a heart shaped cookie for dessert, or a pancake for breakfast! Highly recommend!

This item is a must have! The graduated sizes make a variety of foods shaped to perfection. If you are shaping pancakes,eggs or even cookies....nothing says "I love you" and "today is a special day" like a heart shaped treat!

These measuring cups are just as stylish as some I bought from a high-end cooking store. Unfortunately, those other measuring cups were so heavy they never got used. These are nice & lightweight. The only thing I don't like about these cups is that the numbers are only on the bottom of the cup (1/2 cup, etc.) But overall they're great!

Loved them so much that I bought my mother a set too. They are very durable, easy to clean and well made.

I love these measuring cups and the Oneida measuring spoons I bought through Target. They are smooth, balanced, and comfortable in the hand. My previous measuring tools were party purchase items that are partially melted. My sister and I buy these measuring cups and spoons for all of our good friends!

This rolling pin appeared to be very workable, unfortunatly what is described as "Ball-bearing action" does not mean true Ball-bearing construction, the interior is lined with teflon.

this rolling pin does a great job with everything.
Pasta, pastry, biscuits, etc. It's heavy enough to do a big job without having to go to the commercial size stuff.
For family kitchens it's perfect.

For several years now, I've been buying most of my new bakeware on the Internet. When I decided to buy a new wooden rolling pin, I ordered one from a well-known Manhattan commerical restaurant supply. I had to send it back because it was too large and too heavy for me to use. Then I ordered this Kaiser wooden rolling pin, which has the perfect size and weight for me to use when rolling out pie, cookie, biscuit, and pizza doughs.

Like all quality rolling pins, it has ball-bearing construction so that doughs roll out evenly. I lightly flour my wooden baking board and rub some on the rolling pin, too, so that the dough won't stick to it when I am making pizza crust. I have a stockinette knit tube that slips over the rolling pin when I use it for rolling out pie dough on my canvas pastry cloth. I rarely wash my wooden rolling pin with soap and water; I just wipe it off after each use with a damp dishcloth and allow it to air dry. Kaiser also makes a great kids' 4 inch wooden rolling pin, which can be purchased separately or as part of a kids' wood accessories set that includes a blending spoon, pastry brush, tasting spoon, and pastry cutter.

This is a great sifter for all your cooking needs. I have only one thing against it(the reason it has 4 not 5 sars). The spring is too strong in the handle. If you use this much you will either be very tired or have forearms like Popeye!! Still over all a good sifter.

For all you aspiring cooks out there, when a recipe calls for sifted flour, don't do like I used to do and just just loose measured flour - it isn't the same. Sifting is an important step in any recipe that calls for it.

This is a great product, and a great price... but when you add in shipping the cost doubles.

I bought this decorating kit for my first-grader to encourage her interest in baking. She needs a little help filling the plastic pastry bags, but she's really got a handle on controlling the icing. And because it includes several decorating tips, this kit is one she can grow with as her skills develop--she's already up to gingerbread men.

I got one of these as a x-mas gift a few years ago and love it! It is especially wonderful around the holidays. I like to make pies and it is great topping on all types of pies. We also drink a lot of flavored coffee and hot chocolate in the winter (its pretty cold here at night) and love to top it off with the cream. I'm not sure about the flavored syrups, but I just add some flavored coffee creamer (international delight or coffee mate) to the container and it makes it taste so good. It is such a hit at holiday parties that I have to borrow my mom's to keep up with the demand. It makes a great gift just be sure to get enough off the cartriage containers or you will run out!

I saw these a couple of years ago in a "What's Hot for Christmas" article. I have wanted one ever since and just recently bit the bullet. I wish now I would have bought my ISI Cream Whipper as soon as they became available. ISI's website has numerous recipes published using Torani flavored syrups. It's so easy to make coffees and deserts look like you had a professional prepare them that it's almost sinful! I tell people that they are the greatest little gadget you can afford to allow yourself to indulge in. Everyone that ever uses whipped cream should have one of these whippers. The taste is so much fresher and better than canned and it's so much easier and less messy than whipping in a bowl (and it won't separate like in a bowl). Now that ISI is offering the 1/2 pint size and it's acually very reasonable...my advice it get one today! You'll use it more than 3/4 of the gadgets in your kitchen that you thought you needed! And don't forget to get a variety of Torani syrups for experimenting and an extra box of chargers because you'll use it more than you think! Three of my best friends and family members are getting one for Christmas...I want to share this exciting find!

I love this set of decorating tips. The only thing I don't like is the storage idea of keeping the "flower nails" in the plastic container. They are almost impossible to keep in place when you close the lid. Finally I put a piece of tape on each side to hold them in so I could close the storage container. You can either order pastry bags (which you then have to wash) or you can use those resealable bags. They work perfectly. Simply insert a tip in the corner of the plastic and wrap a piece of tape around the top of tip and plastic bag. It will hold in place well and you can toss the bag later.

The tips for cake decorating is wonderful. To offer them at this price is also wonderful. I really like the idea of shopping from home. I don't know anyone here and don't know my way around. I love to bake cakes and decorate them and so to try to find places to buy this tips and bags is very hard. You make it so easy for me to enjoy something I like to do. The tips come so that you can make a array of designs on your cake and other foods like crackers.

I bought this icing spatula to match up with some of my current Kitchenaid cook gadgets. I thought this particular item would possess the most common feature (heavienss) like the other gadgets, but it doesn't.

It bends too easily when you apply pressure. The gadget is really light unlike the others type of Kitchenaid's gadgets. I think I over-paid for this spatula. Oh, by the way, other typical spatulas are probabaly better at applying icing than this one.

This icing spatula works wonderfully for decorating cakes. Much easier to use than a regular knife, which I'd been using up until this point. I find that the "springiness" of the spatula is perfect, although I think it could be difficult to use if you were trying to ice a cake with very "stiff" icing.

If you decide to buy this spatula, you've made the right choice. The angled blade allows you to slip easily between cake layers and apply your icing right where it's really needed. Our Christmas cake wouldn't have looked half as nice without this wonder from KitchenAid. It works well with chocolate, too!
