My mother had a squared-off spoon ever since I can remember. It is great for cooking, getting the corners of the pots, and completely covers the bottom of the pan! No need to use a spatula and a spoon with this one! I have been looking for years to find one for myself and am greatful to find one here. I would encourage all cooks of all ages and experience to get one for themself and anyone they know!

These spoons are great. They are very sturdy and easy to use, and the finish on the metal is a nice touch. Overall, practical and attractive.

You're cooking with your 11-year-old, who's pretty skilled at math, but conversions are beyond what's been taught, at least in practical application. It creates a great opportunity to "cook and learn"...get the job done, and while you're both chewing on those wonderful cookies that great kid just created, you can teach the math that relates to what just happened. This is the only canning system I would ever use. Its easy and less dangerous then the pressure canners. I've canned everthing from homemade spaghetti sauce to jams and vegetables. They keep very well and taste great even months later. Just follow the simple instructions in the manuel and your favourite recipes and you have a great thing going. Your produce in the jars looks great makes for wonderful gifts at Christmas time too!

Like most people, I have always made the same salad dressings over and over. Part of my problem was that no matter how great the salad dressing looked, the moment i put it on the salad, the vinegar went one way and the oil the other way.

Salad Chef completely emulsifies oil and vinegar and for as long as I have kept the dressing in my frige, it has never seperated. In addition it comes with 4 salad recipes on the jar but the greatest thing is that it has a recipe booklet that comes with it that has another 10-12 recipes. To make the recipes you just hold it up to the jar and follow the lines. All cookbooks should be like this.

I love it and use it all the time. Also its battery operated so you can make your dressing in your kitchen, dining room or outside in the garden.

This Calphalon Medium Cool Grip Handle is essential for use with the Calphalon Professional Hard Anodized pans, such as the 10-Inch Omelette Pan and the 3-Quart Sauté Pan. I leave my cool grips in place over the pan handles and hang the pans on my pot rack. Like the Calphalon pans, the cool grips must be hand washed. If I don't have a cool grip for a Professional Hard Anodized pan, I use the Calphalon suede panhandler or a thick potholder because the chrome plated iron handles on these pans may be hot to the touch.

The Calphalon Stainless Steel Large Spatula is a great kitchen utensil. I love the shape because it fits so well in the Calphalon Commercial hard-anodized pots and pans. The long handle matches those of the cookware so it looks very nice when hanging from its hook on the Calphalon pot rack. Even though Calphalon says the spatula is dishwasher-safe, I still like to wash mine by hand in hot soapy water and dry it with a soft floursack dish towel so that it stays shiny. Highly recommended!

This is my second one. It is a great product. Nothing slips through, it is a perfect size, and it is easy to clean because nothing sticks to it. No serious griller should be without it. Great for veggies, fish, etc....

We love making chicken kabobs, so after burning our fingers trying to turn the bamboo skewers (blackened on the ends and all), we finally decided to purchase this great kabob basket. The skewers are sharp and easy to use, they go back in the basket, then lock and go grill. You can turn all the skewers in one turn. I bought this for my husband for his birthday. He bought me a little grill, so I thought he deserved it.
