A Great Saucepan
Despite what others have written about a degradation in All Clad quality, I have not seen any problems whatsoever. This pan is a staple in my kitchen since I purchsed it last summer. I like it's deep profile, which is useful for sauteing onions or garlic and then putting the rest of the ingredients right into the pan. A great addition.

Great saucepan
This saucepan was a great purchase. It cooks quickly and evenly and is the perfect size for steaming a vegetable side dish. It is a great investment and should last forever.

it withstands my cooking...
I've always heard of how great this product was, but it wasn't until I tortured it with my cooking that I realized what a great piece of cookware it is. I accidentally left the pot burning overnight over constant medium heat. Luckily, it didn't catch on fire, but I woke up to clouds of smoke and food splattered all over the kitchen. I was sure that I had ruined the pot completely and would have to throw it away. I've had to throw away many that end up cracking or deforming due to the intense heat. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that after a rough scrub and a deep soak, the All-Clad was perfectly fine. I can't stop raving about this pot to all my friends (along with how stupid I was for leaving the stove on overnight). Compared to all the pots I've ruined in the past, this one's definitely worth every penny. Let's just hope I won't need to test it out again...

Surprisingly Great Pan!
I'm no cookware snob or gourmet chef, I just enjoy cooking, and I'm in the process of replacing some of my cookware, piece by piece.

I thought I would try this pan, because of the size, and because "everyone" says that you should have at least one fry pan that isn't non-stick. Mind you, 85% of my pots and pans are non-stick, so this is an adjustment for me! This was also my first piece of All-Clad.

I was surprised at the versatility of this pan, its quality, and the relatively easy clean-up -- this from a person who gets stuff stuck on the bottom all the time. But when it's really bad, I just soak it briefly in soapy water and everything comes right up! I love the feel of it and the even heating. In the short time I've owned it, this is quickly becoming my favorite pan (and my husband's, too!) -- although I haven't yet worked up the nerve to actually flambé anything!

A really good choice!

The best pots & pans out there!
The All-Clad line is worth every penny it costs. They heat evenly, the handles stay cool and they are beautiful to look at. the non-stick surfaces are reliable, however, the regular pots and pans can be a challenge when a tough mess is made. Definitely recommended! Cook on!

pretty darn good
Great heat distribution, great quality... if you need a sautoir to add to your collection this is a great item.

My Most Used Piece of Large Cookware
For Christmas last year, my husband gave me my All Clad 13" brasier. I can't say enough good things about it. I reach for it constantly when I'm making a dish that requires some space. It serves a myraid of functions and looks great going from the oven/stovetop to the table.
All Clad's not cheap, and if you're looking for a versatile piece, this one is it.

This pan is great!
I recently ordered this pan, wondering if it would be worth the money. I have a smooth cooktop and my larger saute pans don't have flat bottoms which causes the pans to spin when I stir - very annoying. This problem is solved with this pan! It is very heavy duty so warping won't happen. It is wonderful to cook in and cleans up easily. The cooking surface at the base is about 10 inches, and at the top the pan is about 13". I chose this particular pan because I knew I would be able to cook a wide variety of meals in it. My smothered pork chops were awesome when cooked in this pan. I'm hooked!

Most useful pan in my cupboard.
My wife and I came from different backgrounds. She swore by Calphalon before anyone else in our group ever started buying high end pans and I was almost exclusively stainless. As a result, our household now contains Calphalon, All-Clad, and a couple of stainless lined copper Mauviels.

I bought the braiser about five years ago. It handles frying, sauteing, and braising beautifully. I don't flip with a 13" pan so not having another pan handle in the way on the stove is a real convenience. The domed lid provides good circulation and the pan itself spreads the heat quite evenly.

The best part is that after turning out a great meal, this pan is a breeze to clean. (A trick I stole from Calphalon is, if need be, I can throw in some cleanser and let it soak. Nothing withstands that.)

My wife has now come around to preferring All-Clad as a result of this pan. As her pans lose the anodized coating, we're simply replacing them with All-Clad.

All-Clad Stainless 2-Quart Saucier Pan - Great Pan! A+
This 2 quart saucier is one of my favorite All Clad pans. This is actually the first All Clad pan I bought and I was so happy with it that I now have almost the whole line of All Clad cookware. I love this size for making rice pilaf; it is wider and has lower sides than a saucepan, which I prefer for simmering rice. It is also a great size for one or two boil in the bag veggies or simmering soup for one or two. It is made very well, is easy to clean, heats evenly and is designed to last. All Clad cookware is one of the most expensive lines around and it is worth every penny, it really is lifetime cookware (with a lifetime warranty to prove it). This saucier is a definite must have, it is a very versatile size and is a nice pan to start with. Very, very highly recommended! A+++!

Also, if you should get something stuck to the stainless steel use a product called "Bar Keepers Friend" to clean it. Most supermarkets have it and Kitchen Etc. and Bed, Bath and Beyond carry it too. The container (like a Comet can) is gold with blue and white writing. All Clad recommends it for cleaning stainless steel and it works like a dream and is very inexpensive.

Perfect for whisking
The curved sides of this pan make it the perfect saucier, and when you're constantly whisking a sauce (such as a bechamel) you couldn't ask for anything better. The All-Clad reputation says it all - top of the line.

Good for reheating
While I never quite cook in this, I do reheat sauces in this pot all the time and never quite have to worry about it burning because of the even heat you get with All-Clad. It also works well in a pinch when I need to use my 2-qt. sauce pan for something else or the high sides would be awkward.

All-Clad Stainless 4-Quart Saucepan

Couldn't live with out it! Love this pan.
This 4 quart saucepan is really a must! Perfect for a pound of pasta, boiling veggies, a small batch of sauce, the list is endless. It is also great if you don't feel like pulling out a stock pot or if you are trying to save space on your stove. I love All Clad in general but this one is one of the best. The handle is perfect, the lid is great, it is just an all around great pan and super easy to clean. All Clad quality can't be beat. Once you try one piece you will be hooked too (that is if you are not already :). All Clad offers a lifetime warranty and each piece is superb quality and very well made. There is nothing like top quality stainless steel.

Cleaning Tip: If you should get something stuck to the stainless steel use a product called "Bar Keepers Friend" to clean it. Most supermarkets have it and Kitchen Etc. and Bed, Bath and Beyond carry it too. The container (like a Comet can) is gold with blue and white writing. Highly recommended! A+++!

Good enough for Mom's Christmas Custard
It's good enough for Mom's Christmas Custard. Need I say more? A little expensive, but it cooks Mom's custard in style with the double boiler insert (purchased separately)

To put it simply, this is a must!
This is a must have pot for any cooking enthusiast that is planning on owning All-Clad's stainless line. The size is versatile, large enough to boil pasta, small enough to make sauces or puddings. I just purchased mine and love it. It cooks evenly and washes up nicely and it's beautiful to look at. I don't think this size comes in any of the sets. You must buy it separately. This comes with a lid already and has a nice grip handle that is easy to hold with one hand, while you are stirring or cooking in the pot. I prefer this one to the 4-quart pot with the two handles as this one is easier to manage at times, when stirring, etc. or when you need your other hand, as I find sometimes in a busy kitchen. If you're thinking of buying a few items of All-Clad, (since they are pricey), this is a must.

A Co-Dependent Relationship
I'm unnaturally dependent on my All Clad 8 quart -- so much so that I bought a second. Soup cooks like a dream in it, and it's great for making stock -- wide enough to brown the chicken and onions before adding the water. Unlike my old cruddy Revereware, you don't get great globs of stuck stuff on the sides that forces you to lose arm muscle scrubbing it off. Cleaning is easy with All Clad-- a must for someone without a dishwasher. Will this addiction ever cease??!!!

All-Clad Stainless 8-Quart Stockpot
Both the 6 and 8 quart stockpots are must haves for your All Clad cookware collection. The 6 is great for sauce, a pound of lasagna or rigatoni, soup or stew and the 8 quart is a must have for my favorite meatballs that I cook in my sauce with sausage and steak. At first I didn't think I would need both but now that I do I can imagine doing all the Italian cooking that I do with out them. I can get my sauce and meatballs cooking in the 8 quart and start boiling lasagna noodles in the 6 quart. I love them both.
These pans are made very well, heat evenly, are very easy to clean and are designed to last. All Clad cookware is one of the most expensive lines around and it is worth every penny, it really is lifetime cookware (backed by a lifetime warranty). This pan is a definite must have. Very, very highly recommended! A+++!...

Even better than the 6 quart!
When purchasing our original All-Clad cookware, we explicitly went for the 6-qt Dutch oven/stockpot, since we are a family of two. While the 6-qt has served us well for several years, I discovered I'd need the slightly greater volume when making some fruit preserves this summer. So I bought the 8-qt.

It's been a joy to own and use. Unlike the 6-qt, whose handles get a mite warm after long stove-top cooking, the 8-qt handles rarely get hot, even after cooking on a gas range for a couple of hours. I don't regret our original purchase decision, but I do like the 8-qt version a bit better than the 6-qt now.

Mounted properly, it will hold pots
Furthering the debate on the applications of the hanging tool rack..

Mounted properly to a secure point, the hanging rack can hold pots and pans without a problem. The weakest possible point on this structure will be the fastening points of the rack to the wall.

The hooks are stronger than pretty much anything that can be screwed in to the holes. The strength of the rack itself couldnt possibly be in question, its made of 18/10 stainless steel, you would need 100's of lbs of force to bend it. The rack is easily capable of holding pots and pans on every hook that weigh 10+ pounds. Maybe it was not designed to hang items as wide as a pan but this does not mean you cant buy 4 racks and still do it, they are very good looking.

Just because its called a "Hanging Tool Rack" doesnt mean you cant hang on it anything that can be hooked, everything you buy has a suggested use. Buy it and do what you like, bolt it to the wall in the garage and hang hammers on it, wont hurt my feelings!

NOT A POT HANGER!
Despit what another reviewer says of this product--it is NOT a pot hanger--it is a TOOL (fork, spoons, whisk, turner, etc) HANGER. It has six hooks for tools--you can get more directly from ALL CLAD ($5 for 4 additional hooks). The finish on the rack is pure ALL CLAD, first rate. However, the finish on the hooks is not quite up to par. But do not let that stop: with tools on it you cannot see the hooks. While it is great for hanging the teriffic ALL CLAD tools, don't even think about hanging pots/pans on it-that is NOT what it is designed for.

BINGO! No more falling pots and pans!
I have looked all over for a hanging pot rack that had the hooks somehow attached to it, so they wouldn't keep falling off. Well, only Amazon.com had it!!! BINGO -- EXACTLY what I was looking for. I wasn't for sure if it was going to fit the space I had for it, but ordered two, and it's going to work well in my kitchen. I like that is all-clad stainless steel and dishwasher safe, just for me to keep it looking nice. If you're tired of pots falling on you, this is the item to get. The hooks actually have a hole at the top so you slide the hook onto the rack and the design of the rack holds it away from the wall. What a FIND! I can't believe after all this time I found what I was looking for! Thank you Amazon. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, except I think I need to order just one more. :) After all I have a lot of pots and pans to hang! :)

Great Stuff
I bought this set for my wife in January of 2004. It was birthday present and she had wanted a nice set of pans for a while. I find myself using it more than her. We love it. Cooking is fun again. The aluminum heats quick and evenly and cleans in a jiffy. They look great as well. We are in the process of redoing our kitchen and I am going to put in a pot rock so wcan show this set off. I think anyone who buys this set will love it.

Customers Beware!!!
I have spent thousands of dollar's, On Meyers cookware everthing from KitchenAid, Anolon, Prestige, Faberware, & Circulan, just to name a few. Though Meyers does manufacture very high quality pots & pans and I would recommend them to anyone it's just sad that if you have any problem with them, under warranty, you have to go throught the chain of command, that never gets you anywhere, even if you want to speak with upper management about the rudeness of the customer service department. Their customer service department employees are always very rude and snotty and they act like they are doing you a favor to even talk to you about their products. Don't get me wrong they do make good cookware, probably the best, but you as the consumer are at the mercy of their customer service and their descision or your fait on wheather your life time warranty is honored or not.

Great Cookware
I am thoroughly impressed with this cookware set. Each piece heats evenly and cleans up like a dream. The clear lids allow me to check boil rate without lifting. The handles do really stay cool, even when I'm cooking over high heat.

The sizes of the pots and skillets are great. I seem to have the right size pot for whatever cooking need I have.

excellent non-stick cookware
This is a lovely set, one that I purchased after years of wanting a decent set of cookware. I know that stainless steel is often the way to go, but based on the way my household cooks and eats, we had to have nonstick cookware. I have supplemented the 10 piece set with a small All Clad stainless sauce pan and Cuisinart Everyday stainless saute pan. The major selling point was that it was dishwasher safe. This cookware has a wonderful look and feel to it. It cleans up very easily. I've even put in it dishwasher using the detergent the manufacturer recommends and at the temperature they recommend, and so far so good. My only complaint is that the stainless steel lids have edges that may scratch the exterior so be careful how you put them away.

The Best.
I've use several types of cookware over the years, and Anolon Titanium is the best. I purchased this set in October, and have been finding excuses to cook with them sense. While I used to skip breakfast entirely, I now find myself getting up early, just to cook an egg before going off to work.

Cleanup is a brease. While Anolon claims the pots are dishwasher safe, I've never tried, as handwashing takes almost no time or effort at all.

My one complaint is that the handles can heat up on you when using the pots on the range, but that has been minor, and only seems to happen when cooking on the range top for a long time.

Forget diamonds and pearls - I want Anolon!
Very well made and pleasing to the eye. Even my 17 year old wants a set. She looked in the cookbook for something to cook in it to try it out! This child lives on microwave popcorn and shredded cheddar cheese. I have been buying cheap sets over the years even though I knew that it's really cheaper in the long run to buy one good set that lasts. I got such a deal on this one that I couldn't pass it up and would now be happy to pay the regular price for my daughter's "hope chest".

Why only 4 stars .... well ...
This may be one of the better crepe makers at the price there are a couple of things that really bum me out ...

One .. it takes close to a good 3 to 4 minutes to make a crepe on this machine even though it has a 900 watt element (200 more than and older model...) so unless you are makeing crepes for one ... realx have a drink cause your gonna be sitting at this machine for some time ..

Two .. the teflon covering .. well it's French teflon ... don't expect it to last ... nuff said ...

Three .. the handle doesnt come off and the crepe batter is pretty liquid so get ready to use toothpicks to clean the cracks between the handle of the crepe maker and teflon plate

Four .. appart from that it's probably the best machine out there .. definitely for the money ... and .. since we love crepes and theres more than one person in my house I've bought 2 of these machines ... go figure ....

PS.... you have to try the corn meal crepes they are the most .....

Man is this easy
I grew up in a Crepe lovin' household. We had sweet crepes for breakfast, savory crepes for lunch and meat filled crepes for dinner.
I always have used a stove top crepe pan and thought it slow and kind of a pain. That is how my dad always did it so I always thought it was the best way.
Not anymore. A friend recommended I try the Villaware electric crepe maker. Non stick coating, quick and easy. Boy were they right. Just dip the the cooker in the pan they include and you are making a crepe every 25 seconds or so. Easy to clean. I love this thing. Good recipes too, altough their basic recipe is not sweet enough.
If you love crepes. This is the piece to get.

Excellent Gadget-- Quick and Easy Crepes
I recieved this as a gift a month ago and have used it to make six batches of crepes. Its wonderful-- heats up in three minutes and crepes take about 30 seconds to bake. I used a regular crepe pan for several years: this is much easier. Crepes are great-- they always impress the guests and they are really easy to make ahead.
