Surprisingly Great Pan!I thought I would try this pan, because of the size, and because "everyone" says that you should have at least one fry pan that isn't non-stick. Mind you, 85% of my pots and pans are non-stick, so this is an adjustment for me! This was also my first piece of All-Clad.
I was surprised at the versatility of this pan, its quality, and the relatively easy clean-up -- this from a person who gets stuff stuck on the bottom all the time. But when it's really bad, I just soak it briefly in soapy water and everything comes right up! I love the feel of it and the even heating. In the short time I've owned it, this is quickly becoming my favorite pan (and my husband's, too!) -- although I haven't yet worked up the nerve to actually flambé anything!
A really good choice!
The best pots & pans out there!
pretty darn good

My Most Used Piece of Large CookwareAll Clad's not cheap, and if you're looking for a versatile piece, this one is it.
This pan is great!
Most useful pan in my cupboard.I bought the braiser about five years ago. It handles frying, sauteing, and braising beautifully. I don't flip with a 13" pan so not having another pan handle in the way on the stove is a real convenience. The domed lid provides good circulation and the pan itself spreads the heat quite evenly.
The best part is that after turning out a great meal, this pan is a breeze to clean. (A trick I stole from Calphalon is, if need be, I can throw in some cleanser and let it soak. Nothing withstands that.)
My wife has now come around to preferring All-Clad as a result of this pan. As her pans lose the anodized coating, we're simply replacing them with All-Clad.

- Versatile 2-quart pan with rounded sides
- Three-ply: stainless-steel layers sandwich pure aluminum core for even heating
- Comfortable lid and stay-cool pan handles riveted for strength
- Dishwasher safe, but hand washing recommended
- Lifetime warranty against defects

All-Clad Stainless 2-Quart Saucier Pan - Great Pan! A+Also, if you should get something stuck to the stainless steel use a product called "Bar Keepers Friend" to clean it. Most supermarkets have it and Kitchen Etc. and Bed, Bath and Beyond carry it too. The container (like a Comet can) is gold with blue and white writing. All Clad recommends it for cleaning stainless steel and it works like a dream and is very inexpensive.
Perfect for whisking
Good for reheating

Couldn't live with out it! Love this pan.Cleaning Tip: If you should get something stuck to the stainless steel use a product called "Bar Keepers Friend" to clean it. Highly recommended! A+++!

A Co-Dependent Relationship
All-Clad Stainless 8-Quart StockpotThese pans are made very well, heat evenly, are very easy to clean and are designed to last. All Clad cookware is one of the most expensive lines around and it is worth every penny, it really is lifetime cookware (backed by a lifetime warranty). This pan is a definite must have. Very, very highly recommended! A+++!...
Even better than the 6 quart! It's been a joy to own and use. Unlike the 6-qt, whose handles get a mite warm after long stove-top cooking, the 8-qt handles rarely get hot, even after cooking on a gas range for a couple of hours. I don't regret our original purchase decision, but I do like the 8-qt version a bit better than the 6-qt now.

- 17-3/4-inch wall-mounted rack for hanging kitchen tools
- Made of heavy 18/10 stainless steel polished to mirror finish
- Six detachable hooks included
- Mounting hardware included
- Lifetime warranty against defects

Mounted properly, it will hold potsMounted properly to a secure point, the hanging rack can hold pots and pans without a problem. The weakest possible point on this structure will be the fastening points of the rack to the wall.
The hooks are stronger than pretty much anything that can be screwed in to the holes. The strength of the rack itself couldnt possibly be in question, its made of 18/10 stainless steel, you would need 100's of lbs of force to bend it. The rack is easily capable of holding pots and pans on every hook that weigh 10+ pounds. Maybe it was not designed to hang items as wide as a pan but this does not mean you cant buy 4 racks and still do it, they are very good looking.
Just because its called a "Hanging Tool Rack" doesnt mean you cant hang on it anything that can be hooked, everything you buy has a suggested use. Buy it and do what you like, bolt it to the wall in the garage and hang hammers on it, wont hurt my feelings!

excellent non-stick cookware
The Best.Cleanup is a brease. While Anolon claims the pots are dishwasher safe, I've never tried, as handwashing takes almost no time or effort at all.
My one complaint is that the handles can heat up on you when using the pots on the range, but that has been minor, and only seems to happen when cooking on the range top for a long time.
Forget diamonds and pearls - I want Anolon!

Why only 4 stars .... well ...One .. it takes close to a good 3 to 4 minutes to make a crepe on this machine even though it has a 900 watt element (200 more than and older model...) so unless you are makeing crepes for one ... realx have a drink cause your gonna be sitting at this machine for some time ..
Two .. the teflon covering .. well it's French teflon ... don't expect it to last ... nuff said ...
Three .. the handle doesnt come off and the crepe batter is pretty liquid so get ready to use toothpicks to clean the cracks between the handle of the crepe maker and teflon plate
Four .. appart from that it's probably the best machine out there .. definitely for the money ... and .. since we love crepes and theres more than one person in my house I've bought 2 of these machines ... go figure ....
PS.... you have to try the corn meal crepes they are the most .....
Man is this easyI always have used a stove top crepe pan and thought it slow and kind of a pain. That is how my dad always did it so I always thought it was the best way.
Not anymore. A friend recommended I try the Villaware electric crepe maker. Non stick coating, quick and easy. Boy were they right. Just dip the the cooker in the pan they include and you are making a crepe every 25 seconds or so. Easy to clean. I love this thing. Good recipes too, altough their basic recipe is not sweet enough.
If you love crepes. This is the piece to get.
