The Emerilware saucepan looks good. Black exterior, black nonstick inside, shiny stainless lid. A couple too many "Emeril" signs but other than that, esthetically perfect.

It's heavy. Thick aluminum gives perfectly uniform heating across the bottom and halfway up the sides. Very fast reheat after you add an ingredient. Nonstick works fine so far.

And the handle. Stays cold. Not cool, cold. Really impressive. The little loop opposite the handle gets hot but is still useful.

At the price Amazon.com charges for this, everybody should get one.

Very high quality cookware. The price may seem a bit steep, but you will never have to replace these pots. Well worth the investment!

These utensils are the most used in our kitchen, so I appreciated the emeril product that packaged them with a crock. The utensils are both oversized and sturdy allowing effective use throughout our cooking chores. They are also attractive enough to leave on the counter without worrying about appearances.

I bought this set when they first came out, and I just love it. I have since purchased more of the individual pieces to add to the set. The canister is a perfect match to my hard anodized cookware sets. The kitchen tools don't bend when lifting heavier items out of pots as so many of the vinyl pieces do. The handles have larger grips that conform to your hands, and are great for even those like me who have smaller hands, and they are much easier to hold on to..

My husband purchased one of the small saute pans about 6 months ago and we both absolutely love using it. I am purchasing my husband the 7 piece set for Christmas. Nothing sticks, so it is easy to clean and the handle stays cool. We have a 10 piece set of the Wolfgang Puck cookware that has failed to perform well. My dream vacation would be to vist New York and see Emeril Live. I am a huge fan of his Emeril Live show. I can't wait until Christmas to give him his Emerilware so we can both enjoy it.

My wife and I are huge Emeril Lagasse fans. We've eaten at his restaurants in Las Vegas ans Orlando. So when we heard All-Clad was introducing Emerilware, it was a no-brainer; we had to get it. Emerilware is not only a very high quality set of cookware, it is beautiful! We love the "lipped" edges of the saucepans;; they make pouring so much less messy!

I highly recommend purchasing Emerilware and treat yourself to one of his fantastic cookbooks as well (I recommend the "New" New Orleans cookbook!)

Actually, I have used this mostly for stir-fry cooking in my non-stick wok. It is just great for turning food over and moving it around in the wok. It has proved very durable over the year that I have owned it. It does a good job at skimming soups, too, as well as fishing pasta out of boiling water.

Over the years of my cooking, I have tried several brands of kitchen utensils, and I just love these. The grips are so much easier to hold on to, and your hands won't slip on the handles either. I also own several of the more expensive non stick pots and pans, and when using these utensils, there hasn't been even so much as a scratch. They are also very sturdy when lifting something that's on the heavy side. Thumbs up on these!!

From the minute I opened the box, I knew I had a quality pan. This is not only functional, but it looks great! It is actually a pretty pan. It has a good weight to it, a helper handle, and a glass lid which is nice so you aren't always lifting it up and getting steam in your face. I wish I had ordered this pan first, because I wouldn't have ordered any other saute or fry pans. I am very impressed with Emerilware line and will certainly order more. This is the best of the all-clad line. I am hooked on this pan. You can't go wrong for the price, it is cheap for this high level of quality. I was surprised they can sell it at this price, I was pleasantly surprised and will certainly order more in this line.

Throughout my married life, I have owned and used non-stick cookware. After expanding my cooking knowledge through good cooking magazines and shows like "Emeril Live!", I came to see that there were some 'holes' in my kitchen supplies. I like to cook many dinners on top of the stove, and so I often sauté meats and make sauces. In order to make the finest-tasting sauce, you need the fond--bits of sautéed meat--that sticks to the bottom of the pan. When you sauté in a non-stick pan, there is no fond. I purchased the Emerilware 3 qt. stainless steel sauté pan after reading about the line. I also trust the All-Clad brand, and respect Emeril Lagasse. After using it several times, I have to say that this is the FINEST pan I have ever owned. It is a thing of beauty, it is heavy-sturdy, it cooks the foods beautifully, and it cleans easily. The handle stays cool during cooking, and the helper handle is a great aid for pouring out the cooked result. I really like the see-through glass lid, as well. I plan to buy more pieces in this line, for it is an excellent cookware investment that will last for many, many years.

THE EMILE HENRY 3-QUART ROUND CASSEROLE IS INVALUABLE TO MY KITCHEN. I PREPARE POTROASTS, BAKED BARBEQUE PORKCHOPS AND TUNA CASSEROLE IN THE 3-QUART ROUND. AS ALWAYS, THE FOOD COOKS EVENLY WITHOUT STICKING AND REMAINS MOIST AND HOT. THE CASSEROLE DISH LOOKS ATTRACTIVE ON MY DINNER TABLE AND PERFECTLY MATCHES MY DISHES. COOKING HAS BECOME ENJOYABLE AGAIN WITH EMILE HENRY POTIER.

bought this on sale,love Emile Henry,this is a wonerful piece of fine cookware.Easy clean up.So far I cooked a roast and is was really good the dish locks in the juices,and I even tried baking a cake in it,for fun.I was suprised it was so beatiful i made me wonder why I was using my old cake pans......................I have not put in the dishwasher,I prefer to wash by hand,I avoid chipping that way.well worth the money.

Very good non-stick surface and easy clean. I have used it a dozen times now and it's working great and no scratches. As long as you take care of it and no accedents happen it should last many years. Good price on such a great pan.

I was so impressed with the quality of this pan, compared to the more expensive ones I own. It is so easy to cook omelets, hashbrowns, crepes, and all my families other favorite dishes. The clean up is virtually painless too. This pan will last a very long time due to its fine construction and durability.
I'm so very pleased and plan on purchasing other sizes as well.

This is the best buy for the dollar. I also have the 6 quart and 8 quart stockpots. Distributes heat evenly for better cooking. Other cheaper brands are not a deal because they have to eventually be replaced due to handles breaking off--do you really save money that way? Farberware saucepans and stockpots will last and last. And the price makes it worth grabbing up off the shelves.

I got one of these for a wedding present years ago, and it still is going strong. I've used it too many times to count, perfect for boiling spaghetti in, or boiling potatoes in, soup, you name it. It's one of those pots that go on and on and on forever. A kitchen essential. Always looks shiny and pretty.

Its a very good size utensil.The heavy bottom of the utensil helps it to be stable on electric as well as the gas burners. Also the thickness helps in slow cooking and the bottom retains heat. Ideal for rice recipes. Heating is uniform.

This pan is a family classic in my home! I had to search and search many a page to find it, and its half the price I have seen on 'guarenteed lowest price' sites.

My family cooks traditional italian meals from gravy making to stuffed artichokes and this size is by far the most common pan we ever used.

As for Farberware, I can't say enough good things. If you could tell the 45 year old pots from the new ones in my Moms house, well you would be psychic because no one in the family can.

Even after the bean incident of 83, we still recovered the pan nicely (dont ask, but lets just say dad used power tools)

We own a complete set of this super cookware. We have been married 48 years and this is the best and ONLY set of pans we use. One of the 10" skillets began to stick, and we sent it to the factory to be replated, because they have a life time warranty, and it is as good as new! There are many features we like about it. The pans always look nice, and are very easy to clean. The handles never become too hot to touch and we cook with an electric range. I doubt if we will ever have to replace this set, and they are used every day. Can't say enough good things about this product.

Farberware produces good cookware, but the Millennium SS Nonstick Pro is one of their best sets and this price is a bargain. Great gift for yourself or others. The only thing I would change for myself would be to increase the stock pot size, but that can be bought separately.
