One of the best camping ovens, great for large groups.

This is a big oven, but is a favorite of mine for cobblers and biscuits for a group. It also is great for pizza. Lodge makes good products that season well, are easy to clean, and will last for generations to come. You always see this oven on the chuckwagons to do the big jobs of baking. They are large enough to sit a pan of biscuits in to cook,remove them, and put in another pan without cleaning the oven. This is a piece of history to be passed on with the knowledge of the art of cooking in Dutch ovens.

We have two of these Maxim trays, one with a 17" warming surface and with with a 24" warming surface. We serve Buffet style, and these attractive trays, with adjustable heat control are just perfect for keeping cassaroles warm, syrups, etc. The look nice and work well. We highly recommend them. I don't have to run around like a madwoman trying to finish everything I'm serving at the same time anymore. I can keep my dishes warm while finishing up other items on my menu. Cooking is much more relaxed now!

The warming plate looks very nice on top of my range while not in use so I don't have to take up much-needed storage in my cabinets. It's a handsome piece and a great investment!

It's VERY easy to clean!

For a long time, I had a traditional alluminum pressure cooker that was given by my mother. It has the weight thing on top and when the pressure builds up, that thing is just bouncing up and down making all kinds of noise every few seconds. And alluminum is not good for cooking anyway. I looked at several choices including Kuhn Rikon and others that have stainless steel models. Then I chose this one over the Kuhn Rikon (the other final candidate) for the look, quality and easy to clean. It's much cleaner looking than others. The control is concealed and the lid is smooth all around. I was still surprised at how well it is made when I received it. The mirror finish does make it standout in our kitchen in a good way. It's easy to clean especially with that quick release handle. The helper handle is definitely a plus for less strong arms. We have cooked many meals with it and absolutely love it. Also, its rubber seal ring is much heavy duty then some other ones I looked, one less thing to worry I guess. It will take your cooking experience to another easy and joyable level.

I received a Perfect-Plus pressure cooker as a Christmas gift. I have used it several times a week since then, because it is so fun to use & experiment with. I have been interested in cooking with a pressure cooker for a while - but was intimidated by them.

I was given a 4.5 quart cooker, which was too small for some of the recipes in the recipe book that comes with the cooker. I exchanged it for a 6.5 quart cooker, and that has been a useful size.

The Perfect Plus is incredibly easy to use. It has a very clear pressure gauge that makes it easy to adjust to medium & high pressure. It does not make any noise. It is very easy to release the pressure gently, without letting out a blast of steam.

I have let the cooker get too hot a few times. It makes a clearly audible "hooting" noise, and you just remove it from the heat.

It is heavy and seems very well made. The handle clicks on, making it very easy to take apart and clean. I have not used any other pressure cookers, but it is hard for me to imagine that they are any easier to use. The Perfect-Plus is a great pressure cooker, and very simple to use.

I use my pressure cooker every sumner, I have a garden and can vegetables. My problem is I need a new seal for the lid, it keeps leaking water and the pressure does not increase. So if you can recommend a place to order or buy this seal I would greatly appreicate it.

This is a great Pressure cooker, The large capacity allows you to cook and can loads of food at one time.
The stainless finish makes clean up a breeze. The gauge lets you keep track of your cooking time.

I am looking to replace my arm on my electric frying pan....the arm has been broken and I love this pan...If anyone could help me in finding a replacement arm for it I would truly appreciate it...Thank you so much!

I recently purchased the set of Revere Revolution Nonstick pans. I have to say I love them. I cooked macaroni in the 2 1/2 qt. saucepan last night. It was so easy to turn the lid and drain the water off. No colonder needed. I went looking for the copper bottom pans - which I have used in the past. I saw these and knew it was what I wanted. I am really glad I bought them. It was an extravagence, but I am very happy with my purchase.

I have always wanted a nice cookware set, and here it is! My Aunt and Mother have the same Revere set. Revere has been a household name in my family for many many years. Finally, I got a set of my own. What a nice change from t-fal!

I am very pleased with this pot rack. I originally wanted the chrome-style rack, but since this was such a good price, I went with the white coating. Not a mistake. It looks very nice in my kitchen, perhaps better than the chrome would have. It was very easy to install. The only thing that would have made it easier was to provide a rectangular 16x18 cardboard template for positioning the screws. The cardboard they included with the hardware was almost, but not quite the right size. I had to cut another piece out myself. This made it easy, because I could just tape it to the ceiling and drill a hole at each corner. The rack is very sturdy and my pots look great on this rack. I recommend ordering an extra set of hooks along with the rack.

I needed to find room for all of my pots and pans because my kitchen cabinets were bursting at the seams (not a pretty sight). I looked at a number of racks and found a large range in prices for relatively similar products. The Rogar was definitely one of the best values that I could find. The only real difference from the higher priced brands is, that the Rogar, in some cases may be a tad bit lighter weight, using slightly thinner stainless steel bands that hold the hooks. The Rogar is by no means cheap or flimsy. It is very well built and can hold heavy pots and pans. My whole collection of All Clad pots and pans (heavy stuff), plus a few extra odd's and ends are happily hanging on the Rogar rack. Rogar also includes an order form for extra pot hooks of various styles and extra chrome chain for hanging if you have an extra high ceiling. Over 10-11 feet, you may need extra chain. Another consideration is lighting. A pot rack may block some of your light. My rack is over my island counter and there has been a slight degrading of the lighting on the island countertop. Over all, it has been an excellent purchase. If I move to another house, and need a pot rack, I will definitely buy another Rogar.

These are some of the best pans you could own. First, there is no higher quality, heavy duty pan out there. Second, they is surprisingly cheap for such high quality. Third, I have never tackled a project with these pans that has not come out a success. It is truly professional grade for the home. Even if you are not a professional chef or a food enthusiast, these pans make building a great dish easy. You don't have to worry about those non-stick coatings that peel off but you also don't have to worry about your food sticking to the surface. Ignore the fact that it is more expensive than K-Mart Brand Pan--It is worth the extra cost! Food always cooks evenly and always seems to do so effortlessly. It is the perfect size for a family of four or five and can be used for just about any situation when you don't have the proper pan (although you should really go and check out all of Calphalon's other pans too).

Every thing the publicity says about this set is true. Beatiful handles, cooks wonderfully.

My only criticism is that the enclosed information is inadequate. For example, we are not told whether we need to use plastic tools with the set.

This summer, I celebrated my third birthday living independently as a responsible, professional young adult. I never minded cooking, but always lacked the right tools to truly appreciate it. I had a motley crew of saucepans and fry pans, mixed and matched as extras from friends' and neighbors' kitchens. With that in mind, my mother presented me the 10-piece Simply Calphalon Stainless set and I have been in heaven. Spoiled by the unbelievable speed and uniformity each piece heats up with, I have devoted the last few months to becoming a master in the kitchen. With the glass dome lids, I can actually see my foods cooking, whereas with the old, loose-fitting aluminum manhole covers I was accustomed to let all of the heat and moisture out. I raided my mother's recipie box and have on several occasions invited my brother and sister over to sample an old favorite, made at my hand. Needless to say, mom wasn't too pleased with my siblings for telling the truth nor me for outdoing her. And she was even more outraged when my older brother told her that I simply placed the pans in the dishwasher after cooking (she has hard anodized cookware). Since then, my mother has tried to find out my 'secrets' and fails to believe me that the difference is all in the pan. It creates for fun visits as she snoops across my spice rack, searching for some magical potion. But for once in my life, I am unwilling to take credit for my successes. Instead, I owe it to my tools. And of course, my mother for gifting them.

This cookware set was given to us at our wedding and is just amazing. It's incredibly easy to clean and store, and is dishwasher safe. It's extremely heavy duty and has a lifetime warranty. I never plan to buy another pot again. It has everything you need! I've never been so impressed with cookware (and I've owned a lot)!

I usually do not buy pots in sets, because there is always one pot that I find utterly useless. This was the case with this set as well, as I already had a number of skillets and the tiny skillet that came with the set has not been used yet. On the other hand, I have used the braisier in numerous ways, including just to boil pasta. The little saucepan is great for reducing sauces, and the saute pan is a great size to saute for two. The Inox pans are incredible. They heat very evenly, and quickly, and they are really easy to clean because they do not have rivets inside the pan. Because I got these pans on clearance, it was much cheaper than buying a set; it was worth it, despite my lack of need for the small frypan, and I might find a use for it in my kitchen eventually. This is a great introduction to the Sitram Inox line, and especially suited to the uses of a single person or a two-person family rather than for a larger family as the pots--with the exception of the 7.9qt braisier--are rather small in size.

Stainless is the current fashion in cookware. The Sitram set is an excellent deal. Each piece is well-constructed and durable. The copper core ensures good conduction of heat. The finish is relatively easy to clean off. Commercial grade cookware is the way to go.
