This is a excellent non-stick frying pan.The heat is even. Food that was cooked by this pan tasted very good. When you stir fry any meat,it retains the moisture inside the meat so it's tender and juicy.
The only disadvantage is the handles of the pan. You might get burn
if you try to hold onto the handles with your bare hands!!!!

I REALLY LIKE THE 3 QUART CHEF'S CASSEROLE. I AM COLLECTING MY SET OF CALPHALON COOKWARE PIECE BY PIECE.THIS WAS MY LAST BUY. I LIKE THE FACT I CAN COOK WITH VERY LITTLE OIL. I REALLY LIKE TO COOK MEAT , POTATOES AND CARROTS IN THE OVEN. IT SEEMS THE MEAT IS SO TENDER AND DOES NOT TAKE AS LONG TO COOK. IT DOES A GOOD JOB ON TOP OF THE STOVE ALSO. SINCE THERE IS ONLY MY HUSBAND AND ME , IT IS A PERFECT SIZE. YOU WON'T REGRET PURCHASING CALPHALON.

The Calphalon Spacesaver Pot Rack Hooks (set of two) are very handy to use in organizing your Calphalon half round or hanging pot racks. I like to use these hooks for nestling two omelet/frying pans together, since I have Calphalon anodized aluminum ones in 7-inch, 8-inch, 10-inch, 12-inch, and 14-inch sizes. However, I hang my Calphalon Commercial nonstick omelet/frying pans on the double pot hooks, back-to-back, as I like to be more careful with the insides of these pans.

If you did not get this piece with your set, it is a must have. The smaller size is a must for any kitchen and it's reputable quality is outstanding. The professional hard-anonized will last forever and you can use both nylon and metal utensils with this pan. I recommend it highly and couldn't live without it. Probably the pan I use the most out of my set.

The Calphalon Double Pot Rack Hook works well on the "cross beams" of the Calphalon wall rack and hanging racks. You can use them to hang two omelet/frying pans back-to-back or as Calphalon suggests, a pan with its lid. For the wall rack, I recommend buying 2-4 double hooks; for the hanging racks, where you have more room, buy as many as you think you might need. It takes time and planning to get your hanging arrangement the way you want it. As your collection of Calphalon grows, remember to order extra pot hooks too!

I have to say this is probably the best bang for the buck. I Just Love this set, easy to clean, cooks very well. This set is just absolutly the best set!!!

I tried the regular Calphalon tri-ply stainless steel saute pan and took it back. Too much work to clean and it was very heavy. Then I bought the nonstick tri-ply stainless steel omelet pan. It provided quick even cooking and is very easy to clean. Cheese sauces and eggs just glide off onto the plate and whatever residue is left is a breeze to clean. Also it is not as heavy as regular Calphalon pans. Furthermore, the handle does not get hot. I am now looking for more pieces. My old pots and pans were wedding presents from 39 years ago.

I was first turned on to Calphalon Commercial Non-stick pans by Cook's Illustrated, who, after extensive testing, said this is the best non-stick coating available. A few years and a multitude of pans later, I couldn't agree more.

This pan has a comfortable heft and feels good in your hand. It distributes heat evenly and also retains heat very well. It is also extremely easy to clean.

You can't go wrong with this pan.

I bought this wonderful pan as a replacement for an ancient electric wok that finally wore out. I was hesitant at first because I purchased a set of hard anodized Calphalon pans about 14 years ago and didn't really like them. This pan is like night and day compared to those. Most noticeable is that it is so easy to care for this pan, washing is a breeze, and special detergents or scrubs are not needed. I've used it to stir fry, saute, and even deep fry and it handled each job with ease. The well fitting cover lets you saute then simmer, one after the other. The nonstick surface gives you the flexibility of using one pan to cook various types of foods without problems. The handle stays cool and feels nice in the hand unlike some pans that cut into your palm or allow the pan to twist when you lift it. Yes, the pan is heavy but not too much to handle, tossing food is easy and it stays in the pan. It seems to take a little while to heat the pan to the desired cooking temperature and it seems to take a little more heat to saute than a regular pan (much more than stainless with an aluminum core) but it cooks evenly. I've experienced no problems at all with this pan. If you regularly cook for a crowd, like to stir fry, and don't like the cleaning effort of many "specialty" pans this one's for you. I've found myself reaching for this pan more often than all of my stainless steel pans.......I hope the nonstick surface lasts. I actually look forward to being able to use this pan because it makes the cooking process more enjoyable!

All of my pans are the Calphalon Commercial Hard-Anodized pans and so I knew I'd love the way it cooked before I purchased it. This pan is a great size! Perfect for browning hamburger meat, chicken, etc. The rounded bottom and sides make it easy to scrape the sides and it is deep enough that the stove isn't spattered with "stuff". I am very happy with this pan. Easy to cook in and easy to clean up. Very important, pre-heat the pan to keep foods from sticking. Also very important, no dishwasher soap, only dish soap. I always soak the pan with a little soap and hot water before attempting to clean it and they always clean-up easily if I do this. Like I said, I love this pan!
