use and the smoked flavor is excellent.

Chantel cookware is the first professional cookware set that I received from my husband on Valentines Day. I couldn't believe the difference cookware make when you have the most professional cookware on the market. It is ideal for the stovetop and the oven. The glass lids make it ideal to see your food as it is cooking vs lifting the lid letting out all the heat out. With this cookware less heat is necessary to heat the pots because of the even distribution of the enamel which creates a non stick surface requiring less oils when cooking and easy cleanup. Chantel offers the the most beautiful colors to brighten a kitchen decor.

Fairly robust rubber seal looks like it will last a while. Instructions suggesting use of cooking oil on seal during each use are being followed. Little water loss and low flame required to keep pressure up. Quiet. Was a MUCH better deal when I got it in May 2003 for $... . . . Shipping box was quite flimsy.

I finally decided to buy a griddle to make pancakes when my adult children came home for a visit. It is a wonderment! I love it. I make bacon, hamburgers (and toast the buns at the same time because it is so large), soft tacos, breakfast burritos, eggs and pancakes. The tiny ridges keep the pan clean and somehow everything cooks and browns evenly. Apparently, it is magic.

I just replaced all of my cookware with the Circulon 2 and I love it. It cooks faster than other brands I've owned. It's also a lot easier to clean. The only drawback is that you cannot wash it in the dishwasher, but it is so easy to clean that I don't think I'll miss it that much.

I have an exact same Circulon Classic 1-Quart Covered Saucepan purchased from Macy's few months ago. I am getting this as a spare one on Amazon because of the low price they offer. I love this saucepan, super easy to clean and never stick!

This griddle is a guarantee of perfect light golden brown pancakes every time. It uses medium heat so no fear of burning no matter what is cooking. Try it to warm tortillas because it does not dry them out. My pan was just over a year old when it developed a little spot of peeling in the very center. I called the company and sent the pan in to California. In less than 2 weeks after they received it I had a brand new pan at my doorstep. The investment is truly worth it.

This is my first piece of Circulon cookware, and I am most pleased with it. I put this piece to the test when I made my potato soup which ubiquitously sticks to the bottom of the pan in my other pots, but this Circulon pot performed beautifully leaving me with a pot that was a breeze to clean. I would highly recommend this item.

I bought this pan specifically for Thanksgiving. I recently moved back home and wanted to cook the meal for my whole family. My 21 lb. turkey fit just fine in the rack (I think it could handle a larger bird). The unstuffed turkey took on a perfectly browned color (had to use tinfoil after cooking about 1 1/2 hours) and was tender and moist. It came right off the rack with no skin torn away. It was nice to have a pan that felt so sturdy to carry the bird from stove to counter. It really is non-stick. Well worth the expense for a lifetime of roasting.

I have owned a complete set of circulon cookware for years. Now, with a second home, I am purchasing my favorite pieces separately.I don't use Pam and I don't use the dishwasher(per the instructions)and these pots and pans wash easily and last forever.
