This is an overall wonderful sauce pan. I have made small amounts of different soups for a soup party (which everyone raved about). This pan did not stick even to the cream soups when overcooked. I use this for practically everything! I have even used this sauce pan for my homemade puddings they were wonderful as well. This product is highly recommended!!! I even bought an extra one!

I bought the pan at a local store as they were getting rid of inventory, it was cheap so I hated to pass up a deal. i got the pan home and fell in love with it, you can pour off excess liquids and grease without making a mess. It is large enough to make a whole meal without a mess. i highly recommend you buy one....

This basic set contains what is needed for most cooking tasks. It does not have any of the more specialized pieces, but those that are chosen are highly functional. The size of the pieces is smaller than in the larger 10 piece set, suggesting that this is better for a couple or small family, rather than a large group.

The quality of Henckels' knives was well known to me, tempting me away from better known brands of cookware to try these. I can report that the design and quality is very high. The balance, handles, lids and other touches give a feel and appearance of tasteful quality. The no stick surface works very well, and the heating quality of these is comparable to Calphalon and other top cook sets. I can highly recommend these.

I purchased this pan a week ago and have already used it twice. Once for a fantastic asparagus/cheese frittata , and once for a veal stew. Its nonstick promise surpassed their claim, as NOTHING stuck, even with just a single squirt of Pam! The meat browned easily and uniformly and the onions and peppers cooked in no time for the fritatta. I was able to put the pan in the oven directly from the stove with no second thoughts. This is rapidly becoming my favorite pan.

This was my first pressure cooker. The instruction book was very clearly written and it made cooking a breeze! It was incredible to have a roast done in under 40 minutes instead of hours. I am very pleased!

This double-burner griddle is just what I was looking for. The aluminum disk bottom encapsulated in stainless steel makes for easy cleaning and even heat distribution. There are no hot spots or cold spots! The coating is so nice, easy to clean, and you don't have to grease it before using it! I can finally sit down and eat a hot breakfast with my big family! I couldn't have asked for any better! And the price is right!

I purchased the Innova Color Cast 5 quart round porcelain enameled Cast Iron Round Dutch Oven for several reasons. I had seen similar products with non-stick interiors and didn't like this feature. I also considered the high priced French Brand but decided to try this model at 1/3 the price. I used the Dutch oven to make Coc Au Vin and was very pleased. I browned, carmelized, deglazed and simmered. The food was delicious and the clean up was effortless.

It would appear that Jamie Oliver's professional series pans by t-fal vary wildy in their quality. I bought this particular pot, and it's wonderful. On par with those pricey All-Clad pots, I'd say. It's the best pot I've got in my kitchen right now, and I'm definitely going to buy some more - but be wary of the cheaper "Jamie Oliver Professional Series" pans that only weigh a pound or two - that's ok for the tiny pots and pans, but the bigger ones have to be around 5 or 6 pounds or more to be of decent quality.

Oven-proof, thick, sturdy, well-made. Definitely buy this one.

To begin, this saute pan is FANTASTIC. I purchased it in the 8 1/2 in. size, and I'm VERY pleased with it.

All the guarantees about the product are true.
After testing the product to cook two chicken breasts, the following held true:
-The handle stayed cool while I used medium-high/high heat.
-The thermospot turned red when the pan was hot and ready.
-The heat was evenly distributed, and the meat was evenly cooked throughout.
-After searing on the range, the pan was placed in the oven, and withstood at 450 degrees Farenheit.
-After finishing cooking, cleanup was extremely easy, and the pan stood well in the dishwasher.

This pan is an excellent pan for cooking regardless if you're a novice or a pro. The only disadvantage that I found was that the pan was a little heavy, but this was because it was made of stainless steel, and not aluminum. Therefore, the pan will be able to last longer.

The pan also has a beibeled lip around the sides that makes pouring absolutely easy. I will say that there are cheaper T-Fal pans that do include the thermospot as well as durable nonstick coating, however, as far as performance goes, this one pan from the Jamie Oliver professional series stands above the rest. I personally liked how well priced the pan was. Also, T-fal has included a limited-lifetime warranty. If Amazon.com is still offering it at $19.99, it's a steal. Even at $30 or so, it's a great pan. Five stars.

This is great stuff!!! I have purchased and cooked with T Fal cookware for many years, but this by far excedes all of my expectations! The heat distribution is exceptional, and control is down almost to the degree. Cleanup is a breeze! I can put a mild sear to a piece of meat, simmer Chicken Parmasan, or gently cook tender seafood. Honestly, this is one of the best kitchen investments I've made in years. One word of warning, and it isn't bad, be prepared to cut down dramatically on the setting of your range. I'm finding myself cooking at much lower temps than I have in the past. I love this cookware so much, I won't allow the rest of the family to use it. If you enjoy cooking, and have a touch for it, I highly recommend this as the cookware to have!!!! You will find yourself making dishes you haven't in years. IMHO, true professional grade!!
