After having tried all types of poppers, this one is the one our family chooses above them all. It is the easiest, cleanest, most efficient popper we have ever tried. With oil or without, the kernals are light and tasty and all popped! We highly recommend it to those who enjoy pop corn as much and as often as we do.

Great item ! Norpro makes very versatile double steamer.It's easy to use and easy to clean.It's big enough to steam large items, Yet can be small enough for lesser amounts.It can be seperated to cook in seperate pots so flavors won't mingle and it saves cooking time.It foldes compactly to take less storage space than larger steamers. So if you already have pots this should be the only steamer you ever need.

I first bought this becuase I was looking at the electric roaster versions seen on informercials, but couldn't bring myself to spend so much money on one. I'd thought I'd take a chance on this much less expensive vertical roaster and I am so glad I did! We eat a lot of chicken and the double roaster allows one for now and one to pick the meat from and eat later. I've tried different seasonings and types of chicken (whole fryers vs free range vs roasters) and they are just like the descriptions: crispy outside and juicy inside.

They do take longer to cook this way, but the slower cooking is also what keeps the flavor there. I use prepared chicken flavorings, but have also used just lemons, salt and pepper.

Clean-up is easy and so is storage. I now try to give one of these away as gifts every chance I get, but unfortunately have had trouble finding them. I hope this is just temporary because this simple design makes such an easy,delicious roasted chicken that it would be a shame if they were no longer manufactured. I highly recommend this vertical roaster to anyone who likes flavorful chicken.

This roasting stand is the first perfect method of roasting chicken. The fat drips off the chicken. The flavor will remain in the meat. This particuliar standing roasting pan is much easier to clean than others I have had. STRONGLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

I bought this OXO pan from Amazon.com back when it was regularily priced around $42.00. I was hesitant to buy at that price but gave it a try. Even at that price I am thankful I purchased it. At the clearance price it's at now, it's an absolute steal-buy it while you can.

The pan is a generous 12 inches in diameter, with the walls standing at 2.5 inches high (measured from the inside). The 8-inch long handle is made of stainless steel and is covered with that soft, black rubber OXO grip that we all have seen. At the end of the handle there is a d-shaped hole for hanging. There's a "helper handle" on the opposite side from the main handle to assist in lifting the pan if it's too heavy. The lid is made of tempered glass, comes with an OXO soft grip handle, and has an aluminum metal ring around the edge where it meets the pan.

The hard anodized aluminum body of the pan is considered to be a medium to heavy weight. The inside non-stick surface cleans like a dream. This pan puts my set of T-Fal to shame. The pan heats up quickly and distributes heat evenly, all on a medium heat. This OXO 12-inch Chicken Fryer isn't just for frying chicken. Buy it and it will quickly become your favorite all purpose pan.

I bought this pressure-cooker three years ago on the recommendation of another person who has used hers for ten years. This pot cooks tomato sauce that tastes as if it were cooked on the stovetop all day, and makes stews in a third of the time. I LOVE this appliance for homey winter comfort foods! It's not scary to use and very easy to clean up. I also recommend buying Lorna Sass's pressure-cooking books for really tasty recipes that are easy to prepare.

This product has served me well for a year now. Use it approximately twice a month. Lets have a party.

I just purchased this skillet, and for the price, I am very pleased. I haven't used an electric skillet for years, mainly because they weren't durable. This one is attractive, heats quickly, and is easy to clean. I'm enjoying cooking with it - from simple chicken dishes to meatballs with sauce. The only disappointment, there are no recipes included with the unit, just a flyer describing a cookbook available for purchase (discounted, of course). All in all, I feel this was a good buy.

I bought this for my Grandmother who cooks for two. It is small and compact enough to put in your cabinets and doesn't take a lot of counter space while you are using it. Its the perfect size to make pancakes, eggs and bacon! We used it to make grilled cheese, and they came out perfect! This would be great for singles, college students, and anyone who likes great things in small packages!

I lived in the Pacific Northwest for the past 8 years, and I was always looking for new ways to prepare salmon. Poached salmon with a Hollandaise sauce is WONDERFUL (& easy!). Here's my recommendation for poaching liquid:
2 Quarts water
3 cups dry white wine
2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
2 small onions, quartered
3 carrots, chopped
3 sprigs fresh parsley
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 bay leaf
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. black peppercorns, cracked

Combine all ingredients in the poacher & bring to a boil with salmon (whole or pieces) in place. Reduce heat to a very low simmer for about 1 hour. Lift fish & serve with Hollandaise sauce.
