This wok-like pan is perfect for small to small-medium batches of stir fry; since I purchased it I find myself getting my large wok out less and less.
Like other All-Clad pans, it has even heat conduction, has non-stick qualities without the non-stick finish-- non-stick finishes seem to impede browning-- and is easy to clean. This pan is a workhorse in my kitchen!

I do a lot of stir frying, using one pan to do many dishes. As a result I needed a pan that had non-stick quality for quick and easy cleaning and one that could take high heat from my professional stovetop. When pan and oil are heated to the right temperature the interior 18/10 stainless steel surface behaved as if it were nonstick. The heat was evenly conducted bottom through the sides, this due to the aluminium core sandwich being continuous from the bottom up the sides. The sides are high enough to not have food spill out in the process of vigourous stir frying. The height is also good for small item deep frying. The steep sloping of the sides enabled food to rotate well, falling back easily into the pan. Quality pans tend to be heavy, All Clad without exception but this size is perfectly manageable for tossing ingredients if need to. It also cooks a generous portion for one to two persons. All types(including metal) of utensils can be used with it. This is a solid, handsome and versatile pan with wonderful easy care and use. It is a total joy to cook with and one that gives you confidence that it will last a long, long time.

I have used this wok for over two years. I love it! I use it for everything, from frying eggs to frying pork chops! I used my first one so much that I wore it out. The non stick coating started to wear. I am on my second pan and I love at much at the first. It is so easy to use and to clean. You will really enjoy this one, it is worth every penny!

I have had this pan for several months and find myself reaching for it for just about everything. It is not only a wok, but the most versatile skillet I own. The food heats throughout and it is a breeze to clean.

I started cooking three years ago with uncoated and low-quality-nonstick pans and was astonished at how much easier cleanup became when I invested in some T-fal cookware. I have a whole set now, including the stir-fry pan. It's slightly smaller than ideal, a stir-fry pro might find it confining, but I wouldn't trade the coating for anything.

The anti distortion disc of this stir fry pan provides a even distribution of heat that greatly facilitate the chinese style stir fry. The granite texture interior is much better than those with the honey comb texture.

Wow, this pan is the dream wok. Ok, ok it's not as big as a wok, but it does the same job. Clean up?... Do I even need to say? It is a snap. Just wipe it off with a sponge and rinse! No scrubbing, even with burned on eggs. Great buy overall!

This stir fry pan by All-Clad is the most used piece in my All-Clad collection. I cook on a 30" Viking rangetop and this piece is perfect. From soup to cabbage this pan is surprisingly versatile. I'm back looking to by a second one now!

This 9-Inch Calphalon Commercial Stainless Collector's Edition Stir Fry Pan is from the newest line of Calphalon Cookware, which is similar to the All-Clad LTD line. This pan could be used for a stir fry for one to two persons or as a saucier pan. I think it is an excellent try-me pan for this new line from Calphalon. It needs to be hand washed and dried to keep it looking like new.

I've always liked to eat stir fry but was never sure I could cook it right. My sister is a great cook and while visiting her she taught me how to stir-fry...It is a fun, inexpensive way to have some great meals without going out to a restaurant. I cook on Cuisinart at home and the hard-anodized surface is so great to use. No extra oils or butter or fats are needed and clean-up afterwards is a breeze. I was very glad to finally start cooking in this Cuisinart Stir-Fry pan. Because I can use lower temperatures I never burn the food either.

Mine is over 15 years and still looks and works like new! This is a uniquely valuable pan. You can crank up the heat to high, cook quickly with assurance of smooth even heat, then rinse it under the fawcet to swish absolutely clean while it's still hot. AMAZING. No risk of warping or damage. No problem with sticking. And because of its density and superior conductivity, NO problem with burnt foods. While I love my LeCreuset, it can't handle high heat. Scanpan is a natural for things that like high heat. If you haven't tried this brand yet, this pan would be the one to try first.

i love t-fal and love this stir fry pan. i have also tried calphalon but t-fal never sticks. i had to return my calphalon to the store because it sticks. i just wish that t-fal would offer open stock fry pan/skillets with lids.

I often need to make a quick dish .........hopefully healthy. Between this and my Zojurshi Rice Cooker stir frys are the perfect answer. I debated long and hard before I committed to buy this pan because I new how often I would use it. Great pan great price and would have gotten five stars except I believe as a pan gets heavier and larger the handle should get wider for easier handling and control. Small point however, because I have compensated by making sure my thumb is on top of the handle and not wrapped around it. Heats perfectly and clean up is a breeze as well.

I need to replace all my pots and pans! I bought this for sauce making and love the clear glass lid!

This pan has made my life easier. One of the meals we like is chicken breast strips over salad. Instead of buying the expensive pre-cut and seasoned chicken breast strips, I now buy boneless chicken breasts in bulk, cut them into strips and stir fry them in my Calphalon Professional Nonstick II Collector's Edition 10-Inch Stir Fry Pan in a little oil seasoned with Worchester sauce, salt and pepper. In fifteen minutes I have a delicious chicken dinner. I've experimented with beef strips and different seasonings, all with good results. Clean up is just a matter of washing out the pan with a little soap and water. I have also used this pan to scramble eggs and they cooked beautifully and clean up was just as easy. I would recommend this pan for busy people who would like to cook up fast, healthful meals using very little oil.
