Part of the cachet for me in purchasing an All-Clad product was that their factory is less than 50 miles from my home. I always try to support American MANUFACTURERS, and was quite shocked to find this particular piece labeled "Made in China for All-Clad."
Damn. You can't trust anybody. But as for the product---
It is a solid performer. The non-stick surface is very effective, and remember to follow the directions and cook on a lower heat than you normally would. The thick aluminum transmits heat well, and also holds the heat, so when your item is done, get it off the pan.

I am not a big fan of the All Clad LTD line but I do love this pan. I much prefer the All Clad polished stainless steel line (I have almost every piece and love it) but at time I was making this purchase I didn't know they made a stainless griddle and I also wanted the nonstick surface, I am pretty sure the stainless griddle is not nonstick. This griddle is a perfect size for pancakes. I debated on the grande size, I decided that since I don't make pancakes everyday it didn't make sense to spend the extra money and deal with storing the larger size. Also, I prefer smaller pancakes and this size is a better price and much easier to store. It is a great size for 4 small/medium-sized pancakes. I imagine it would also be more challenging to keep up with more than 4 at a time, particularly of you are making eggs at the same time.
This pan is not dishwasher safe due to the nonstick surface, but don't worry it is a breeze to clean. This pan is very, very well made and is backed by a lifetime warranty. Sometimes this pan is sold {at a special price} if you see it grab it. It is a steal at that price. Once you try All Clad you will be hooked too! Highly recommended! A+!

A well-made piece of equipment, that actually makes cooking more enjoyable! Easy to clean and store. Make wonderful 'dipping' eggs and pancakes.

I like the item, but I wish it were just a smidge bigger -- I can't fit two patties on it at the same time -- just a little more area and it'd be perfect. It's a quick (since you can cook both sides at once), reasonably mess-free way of grilling patties.

This is he best litle grill I ever seen. It is so easy to use. The grill heats up right away. The food cooks right away and clean up is a snap! I recomend this to all,we have five in our family and I am able to cook food for all in record time. This is well worth the money.

Hey, i have a blue one, and i have an orange microwave for college, ive been looking all over for an orange one. They call this one bright orange, bright orange??? my micros bright orange, that looks like yellow, id be very dissapointing if they got my hopes up for that thing... oh well tho, EVERYTHING cooked on the grill is AWESOME, and its so easy to just cook indoors, its great, its having an indoor grill that cooks in minutes, 3 minutes for a hamburger! tho it can only hold one burger, the ones on the box must be minis... All in all, AWSEOME product, but orange needs to be orange, ill have to look into that one further...

Whooo-eee this meat be good! This roaster melted the fat off before I shoved it into my starving mouth. Delicious, yet healthy. And a $80 it makes for an affordable small kitchen appliance. I recommend this to anyone who isn't a vegetarian.

i purchased this item back when they cost alot more than now and I love it! It works great for two or three people and easy to clean up afterwards. Much easier than starting the big grill and swatting flies. I find it works better when you turn the food over half way through cooking, as it browns nicer. Otherwise I can't think of anything I would change about it.

This grill blows the Foremen away!! We cook everything on it. Hamburgers, steak, bacon, eggs. The cooking surface is X-Large and easy clean up. I recomend this grill to everyone.

I was bought this as a gift and it was something I would never have thought of buying otherwise. I have, however, found that I use it more than any other piece of cooking equipment! It is light, compact, easy to clean and cooks food quickly and easily.
I have found it especially good for fatty meats such as bacon, and for food which absorbs oil like eggplant and hot dogs. The recipe book is full of great ideas for quick meals as well! This would be a fantastic Christmas gift!

I've been using this grill for almost a year, and agree that it is a great little grill. The only problem I've had with it is the not-so-non-stick surface. Since my first use, food has stuck to it, making it difficult to clean. As a result, I've had to use more abbrasive cleaning tools that damaged the surface, making it even more not-so-non-stick! Beef, chicken, fish, and veggies cooked on it do come out tasting great. Just not as easy a clean-up as I would have liked.

After purchasing an Aroma grill (yes, I have reviewed it here in Amazon.com) and having the Teflon wear off it, I purchased the Hamilton Beach HealthSmart grill. So far I have grilled k-bobs, meatballs, hamburger patties, steaks, seafood (shrimp in particular), salmon, and tuna on this grill. What can I say, it is magnificent! The food always comes out juicy, tasty, and done right (you have to learn how to time your cooking, though)! I've also warmed tortillas and pita bread on this grill. In other words, it has almost replaced my stove. Only one problem, I have a lot of utensils hanging above it, and when you fix steaks, expect a little spatter that should be cleaned up immediately. Being single, I have a lot of utensils with little blobs of grease hanging off them. In all seriousness, this is a product that is well worth the price, and this is a darned good price.

This little grill is awesome! Not only is it easy to set up & use, but the clean up is amazing. The nonstick surface is a God send, and the food turns out perfect every time! I absolutely love it!

Though pricier than your usual cast iron skillet, this one has some really nice extra features. There's the tab across from the handle for a little help lifting the thing, and the pour spouts on the side. The grill marks make it a pretty specific pan though, maybe not so good for anything but meat and veggies. Excellent for searing steak on the stove and finishing in the oven. But sometimes it's nice to bake a tart or bread in the skillet, so don't toss the flat-bottomed one. Take the extra 30 seconds to handwash and dry cookware like this, you'll save its life and lots of dishwasher space. All in all, the pan is really functional and a lot more attractive than a plastic tabletop electric grill. I like the different colors in pans because I can just grab the one I want quickly--no monochrome in my kitchen.

For perfect steak: Get the pan searing hot (so that a drop of water will bounce and hiss). Rub a rinsed and dried steak with a clove of garlic and little olive oil, and lay it on the pan. Grill the steak for 30-seconds, then turn the steak 90-degrees on the pan so the pan ribs sear a diamond pattern into the meat (this will hold in the juices), and grill for another 30. Do the same thing to the other side. Put the pan under the broiler (not too close) until desired done-ness.

Let the pan cool while you devour the steak, and then pour some warm soapy water into it for a few hours (or overnight, if you're lazy). From there it's an easy scrub clean, though ours has seasoned a bit over the years, which actually seems to have made it better. If you want it really clean you can boil some water in it, like with naked cast iron.

The pan is also good for baking chicken legs in the oven (with the skin still on, unless you like dry chicken), and I actually made a roast leg of lamb in it once (the end hung out over the edge, but it was marvelous).

If you only need a pan for grilling hamburgers on the stovetop, consider the oblong one instead, and don't bother with this one for grilling veggies - those won't benefit from this pan's heat capacity, and you might as well save the money.

This is by far the best fry pan I have ever used. If you follow the instructions (heat on medium, slowly; allow to cool before cleaning. etc.), this pan will outlive you! The evenness of cooking is outstanding. A quality piece of work!

The OXO line of cooking supplies is always a sure bet. If you want to look stylin' while you are out BBQ'in, this is a utensil set that won't let you down. The stainless steel was strong, and sturdy - it cut right through a whole chicken and held it sturdy so I could transfer it from the BBQ to the plate. Great set, I highly reccommend!

I have used many different kinds of BBQ tools in my quest to find the perfect ones. I think my journey has ended. These OXO tools are the perfect combination of ease of use and sturdy construction. When you first use them, you get the sense you will have them forever.

I have now used then for about a month. If anyone wants my old collection of tools let me know. These are all I need.

I always recommend the OXO line of tools to anyone that does a lot of cooking and wants something really designed for use. This is especially true for anyone with problems such as tendonitis, arthritis, or carpal tunnel -- these tools are all designed to leverage energy efficiently instead of wasting energy as most poorly designed utensils. Try them out!

I got the Santa Fe Quesadilla maker and love it. When I saw this, I thought that it would be a great addition to my kitchen. It is! I like fajitas and this is great for that, but it also works as a buffet for parties, keeping foods warm during a meal, or you can even eat off of it when you're having a cozy dinner for 2. The uses for this are endless.

I've had this appliance for several months now. I bought it so that I could have a grill pan to cook with (I didn't want to have to buy a cast iron grill pan)I like how it cooks, and it has a nice drain hole on the end to drain excess grease, and I also like that it has both a flat and a grill surface, and that you don't have to flip it over. the drawbacks are that I can't put it in the dishwasher because it's rather large, and it's also very slow in heating up--but cools very quickly if you accidently turn it off. Seeing as how it's alluminum, I don't see why it takes so long to heat up. All in all though, I still really like it and I use it fairly often.

Duplicating the popular SHABU SHABU menu was easy with this appliance. Vegetables are cooked in the broth boiling on one side; meats/vegetables are cooked on the Griddle. This item combines the features necessary for a combination Shabu Shabu dinner with a Mongolia Barbeque option. Salton's marketing department needs to expand the horizon for this product -- beyond the hispanic and into the Pacific Rim.

If you are a grill fanatic such as myself, you don't need to be convinced of the merits of charcoal over propane. So, if you want a charcoal grill, you have to consider the Weber kettle. It's the grill that all others should be measured against. It has ample room for large groups, but is equally convenient for small gatherings or even grilling for one. I've personally managed to get 23 people fed off the grill rather quickly and efficiently. The only real decision you need to make is 18.5" or 22.5" (I'd go with the 22.5").

This unit is also capable or taking a great amount of abuse. I leave mine outside all year, through the snow, rain, heat, whatever. It is still in excellent condition. I have never tried to go easy on it, and it has yet to fail me. Weber knows grills. My grill will most likely outlast my car, and maybe even my house.

If you enjoy grilling, this is where you should start. It is where charcoal was meant to burn. If you're a veteran griller, maybe you're looking for something particular, but if you're just starting into grilling, the Weber kettle will not lead you astray.

but then again, haven't we all? The 22" basic Weber is still the yardstick that all other grilling devices need to be measured against. And sadly many systems costing several times more just can't compete. If you want to do burgers for the gang or actually grill that turkey next Thanksgiving this is the grill for you. Save the money you'd have spent on another grill and invest in charcoal.

The burgundy color is great too. It's close enough to black to look like everyone else's Weber but with just something extra. Hopefully I won't get sick of it over the next fifteen years (which is at least how long the last Weber I had lasted). Heck, maybe it'll last even longer if I'd ever take it in in the winter.... Of course I'll probably never find out.

I have used this 60 qt over and over in my personal brewery, some quick mods to the container and you had one heck of an inexpensive brew kettle.

This is a good pot for the money. You certianly can't beat $$$$ for a 15 gallon stainless steel pot. The only problem with the pot is that the metal on the bottom of the pot is thinner than the metal on the sides. This is fine for liquid but if you need even heating then you would be better off getting a more heavy duty pot. I'm using it to brew beer and it is just fine for that purpose.
