Grill Brush would not withstand the barbecue heat. Description claims it is resistant to 400 degrees temperature.
I would like to know how to get a replacement.

We break these out every year about this time. They are great cooking tools. You have all you need to prepare, cook and clean the grill. You can't go wrong.

Well I didn't think that when I ordered this set along with the Five-Star Grill I would end up with more than bargained. My grandmother gave me another Grill (George Foreman) and now I have too many George Foreman Utensils. However, I did put them to use when I made shiska bobs (spelling?). The true test will be when I create bbq.

I bought the "Turkey" version of this cutting board. My fear was that it might not withstand sharp knives, but I was wrong. My husband had to put little feet on the bottom as mine did not have the feet, although advertised that it did. However, it's still a good buy. Using mineral oil once a month keeps it in good condition. I use it every day and there are no cuts in the wood from my sharpest chef knife. For the price, it is the best and promises years of good service. It's also large enough to prepare several meal ingredients, such as herbs and salad preps. You won't go wrong on this one.

I must say I was pleasently surprised when I got this board. I just replaced a Farberware board that I have had for about 11 years, it finally split after 11 years of dropping it between my range and our cabinets (its normal storing place).

This board is larger by about 1" on each side. I like the rubber stoppers on the bottom that elevate the board off the counter. They do well as nonstick stoppers as well.

This board is strong. My daughter has decided to use it as an imaginary surf board to my chagrine. She also enjoys the pictures on the board.

The only problem with the board might come if space is an issue. The larger dimensions and the rubber stoppers do make the board more difficult to store.

All in all I look forward to at least 10 years of service from this board.

This board is worth [the money]! It is an attractive display piece as well as VERY functional. I consider this cutting board one of the best purchases I have done with Amazon.com. The board is very sturdy, well made, and preserved. Everyone who sees it, especially if they see me use it, loves it!

I really like this bacon press. I dont know what kind of food the other reviewer is using this for but i have had no trouble with food particles getting stuck in it. Flattens bacon to perfection..the only thing i wish it had come with was a drip container, for when you remove the press to flip the bacon, grease does drip off the bottom. Would have been nice to sit it down in its own cast-iron drip pan to cool off ect.

this was more of a remebrence item for me i grew up on a hog farm so i just wanted something that helped bring back memories nice item glad i got it

What could be more "home spun" kitchen fun than the use of a simple, light, wooden handled bacon press. The side view of a pig cast into the press only adds to the down home appeal. Leave your heavy "grilled cheese" press on the sideline here, as this is the one to use for consistent flat, crisp, and enjoyable bacon!

I got this item as a gift this summer. I am a fan of using tongs for most of my grilling and when I cook inside I use tongs or a spatula. This tool feels awkward and off balance compared to the tongs. The holes that are left in meat when trying to use the pig tail, although pretty small, do allow for juices to run precluding the effectiveness of searing the meat. I think this will get hung up on a wall so that fifty years from now people can wonder what it might have been meant for.

I was very impressed with the pig flipper, So impressed that I will never use my tongs again. They are very easy to use and work very well. I would recomend them to anyone.

This is a great BBQ tool! I am a big fan of single use tools and this one is great. In the two weeks I've had it, I've used it on pork chops, steak and a chicken breast. Worked great for all. A word of caution, it's very sharp. Store it with the little plastic tip on it.

These chips provide exactly what you desire... smoke, and lots of it. I can't say that I discerned any flavor characteristics of apple, but I was more interested in the smoke flavor component anyhow. If you are doing a little grilling and want to add the flavor of barbecue smoking, these chips will do you right.

I purchased all of the smoker chip flavors. All of them except the hickory were worth it.

This is a great product. No summer grilling should be done without these chips.

This is a good size basket for vegetables, seafood, and/or a mixture of foods. The recipe on the wrapping is good, and gives one ideas for other ways to use it. My complaint with it is that it comes with no directions for use. I had to come back to this web-site to see a picture of the basket with the handle attached to see how it should go on, and even that is hard to see well. I wish I knew if I should preheat the basket, add any oil to ensure the non-sticking, and how hot I should use the barbeque???

This basket is HUGE! I don't care too much for the detachable handle, it's kind of awkward to lift and shake. The basket is heavy, and even heavier with the food in it. I love the idea of the basket itself, and it holds so much, I don't think anyone with a grill should be without one. Although, there is room for improvement.

I've spent plenty of money on extremely frail barbeque products that got completely rusted, bent, or just broken. The Charcoal Companion Bar-B-que Shaker Basket certainly isn't a product that breaks down easily or doesn't do what it is supposed to do. The price is certainly right, and although that there's nothing exceptionally unique to this product, it's absolutely unbreakable and I recommend this over most other barbeque cookers.

I love the case for storage purposes. However, I was dissapointed that the handles are plastic, which isn't mentioned in the description. I've seen this same brand w/ all steel handles so I assumed this was going to be the same.

Now i have a place to store my best grilling tools - definately the best tool set in the market - who needs wood handles when you canb have stainless steel!!

My son called me and said he loved the BBQ Set so based on his view I would say it was great.

I love grilled cheese and mini taco's of leftovers inside corn tortillas. But now, I use my George Foreman grill instead because:

1. Steam gets trapped and makes some sandwiches soggy.

2. I like the grill marks better on the GF grill.

3. Cleanup is a disaster if the filling spills over.

4. The non stick coating is fragile.

This product was a perfect gift for my sister. Once she opened it she automatically loved it. She hasn't stopped using it since I gave to her.

I recieved this item as a gift from my neighbors. It was a true gift because I would not have purchased something like this for myself. I eventually found many uses for this little electric grill. As mentioned in the editorial review above, this grill is useful for batter based foods as well as for making sandwiches. Because we prefer hot cake, I have found it very useful for making small snack cakes. Using a standard cake mix with ordinary preparation, the bottom half of the griddle can be filled with batter. The batter will expand to fill the top as it cooks. The additional batter can be refrigerated for use the next day. The same is true of corn bread, pancake mix, browny mix, etc. The best part is the fact that the cakes will cook in just a few minutes. Pre-heating takes only 3-5 mins, and cooking about 4-8 depending on what you are working with, considerable less than the time to bake in a full size oven. This unit is also a welcome addition to the arsenal when battling toddler pickyness. Small portions of various items can be quickly prepared with out heating a full size oven. The way that it seals the bread at the seems when making sandwiches makes it useful for making healthy homemade "hot pockets" for lunches, as you control the ingredients and leave the preservatives at the store. Cresent roll dough can be stretched, doubled-over and filled. Although they are somewhat atypically shaped you get perfect omlets every time, without flipping. Simply chop/shread cheese or vegies add to scrambled eggs and fill the bottom. Although this grill has an easy to clean non-stick surface, I found it useful to wipe with an oiled cloth prior to cooking, PAM or a similar product would also work well. The effort I save putting together quick healthy lunches and snacks using this device, I have transfered to planning and preparing more elaborate meals in the evening, or entertaining.

I really want to rate this in two categories: function and overall build quality.
I must say that in terms of function, this grill really, really is great. Adjustable heat is very nice to have, it works fine. On the highest setting, this thing gets HOT. There is absolutely no problem putting potato pieces and pieces of meat on this. We use this for nice, long relaxing family dinners and it does just that. It has enough cooking space for about 6 people. I say this because with 6 people, the top surface gets crowded depending on what you eat.

Build quality is where I have some issues. The top is easily detachable for cleaning, but cleaning it is impossible. Make a few pieces of meat on it, and you will never get the stains out. I have soaked this for 2 days then tried to scrub it with a gentle scrubber, and I could NOT get all the grease off. Then I used the hard side of the scrubby pad, which is safe for non-stick surfaces, and it took off some of the coating. That's inexcusable in my book, and a shoddy design/product.
The pans are nice and look pretty, but when you clean them, do so with great care. The plastic handles start separating themselves form the pan if you apply a little force to scrub the thing out. Coating on the pans is great, by the way. Easy to clean, and the coating does not come off. They should have coated the top just like they coated the pans.

In summary, I do recommend it, if you can live with the top being very hard to clean and never being 100% clean. I think this really needs improvement.

I bought this raclette maker for my boyfriend who was homesick for France. He's loving it. We sautee veggies and meats on the grill top, then add them to the small dishes with cheese and cooked potatoes and broil them under the coils(untraditional, but delicious).

The grill top is removeable, which makes it easy pop off and get into the sink, however I've noticed that some food stains the surface, and it can take a bit of scrubbing to remove.

The only real negative so far is the heating dial. You alter the heat of the coils by turning a dial, but it is impossible to tell by looking if the dial is set to low, medium or high. The only real way to know is by how loudly your food is sizzling. This one area truly needs to be redesigned.

Overall, it's a fine machine which will allow you to enjoy many warm, creative and delicious moments with friends and family. Now, if I could only find a decent raclette cheese!

I purchased this Raclette Dec of 2001 and use it about 5 times a year. I bought it for my wife who spent 2 years in Germany. She says that it is very similar to the ones that she used and is very pleased with how it works. Many times when we invite guests over, we cook brautwurst and polish sausage (cut in 1/2 inch slices) on the top cooking surface. We then place choped veggies like squash, mushrooms, peppers, onions, and whatever else we want with the meal and cook them with the meat. A meal will usually take us 1-2 hours and you just keep eating and talking.

Below is a quick list of pros and cons:

Pros:
Cook top is hot enough to cook meats
A lot of room to cook on top
Nifty looking design
Very stable when placed on a table
The top surface is easy to clean (removes from the base)
8 trays if you have a crowd
Variable heat dial

Cons:
Trays can be tough to clean if food is overcooked
If food is spilled beneath the heating element it's tough to clean under it
Power cord not long enough (plan on an extention cord)
Angled trays make it a bit more work to scrape cheese out ( I think that a square tray would be easy-er).

Be sure to use the little scrapers that come with the Raclette or plastic utensils. Anything else will likely scratch the finish (we use tooth picks and wooden shish-ka-bob skewers).

I would reccomend this Raclette to anyone, it is an excelent product that I am sure will last many years. We have had much fun with it and all those that have used this Raclette have great things to say about it.

I purchased this grill because I wanted a grill to use inside and also wanted a grill with a thermostat. The cooking grid area is very small and the grill is hard to clean since the heating coils are part of the grid and you cannot immerse it in water. If you have it turned up past medium it burns everything.

My bf loves my mother's Korean bbq and she likes to use indoor grill to cook right at the table. When he decided he needed his own electric grill we decided to get Zojirushi EB-CC15 because compared to others it looked better, had more cooking space (same size unit), and non-stick coating. Since the purchase, we've used it many times and it cooks wonderfully and cleans with incredible ease. We definitely recommend this item!

We continue to be pleased with this grill and we have noticed one additional benefit over the built in grill we had used previously: there is almost no smoke at all when we grill on the Zoji.
No matter how well we cleaned our previous grill, cooking 4 steaks would leave a lingering odor in the kitchen for a day. We had even looked into a roof-mounted extractor fan to assist the hood-mounted unit. Happily, we have no smoke problem anymore!
