I bought this to make pancakes. I didn't feel it did a good job. Maybe that is because of it's size, but I thought that because of the material, it is supposed to carry heat evenly to all areas of the griddle. I use a frying pan instead (also by All-Clad) which I find works much better. But after reading the other review, I will try it for cookies, and other baking. That wasn't something I thought of.

I purchased the griddle because it was beautiful! I did have my doubts on whether or not I would use it but I find myself reaching for this pan all the time! I have several pieces by All-Clad and am very impressed with the quality. The griddle is large and actually measures 15 inches in diameter not including the handles. Total diameter at its largest point is close to 17 inches. I found it too large to comfortably use on a single burner on the stovetop and find myself using it in the oven more. It makes a wonderful cookie sheet! The cookies bake evenly and don't stick. I have used it for nachos and various appetizers. It makes a beautiful serving platter that remains warm while the food is consumed. The possibilities are endless!

I've owned one of these grillers for three years ,and have used it frequently on a smooth glass cooktop . It lives at my second home,which is located in a high-rise and lacks a balcony for alfresco cooking.
It has performed perfectly,producing great steaks and chops while obviating the need for an outdoor grill .I just throw the windows open to let the outdoors in ,and its a picnic.
A negative might be size.It only holds enough food for two.
If you need more cooking surface,you might consider a Circulon Classic model.I have one of these as well.It does the same duty at my house,and holds more food ,but takes more space.
Both of these pans feature durable non-stick surfaces and quality construction.
If you want to grill for two,and have limited storage,this little gem should answer for your needs.You can chuck the charcoal too!

This pan is an excellent addition to one's cookware but watch your burner's temperature setting. We decided to grill four seasoned boneless pork loin chops for dinner, and had our ceramic top stove burner set to medium heat. Because Anolon's anodized aluminum pan conducts heat so well, we nearly burned the pork chops and didn't get the nice grill marks we wanted. Other than this small cooking disaster (and some practice on our part), this pan is a recommended buy! The Dupont Autograph nonstick lining is also first class, and the burned pieces washed off the pan in an instant.

I recently purchased the Tail Gator set and I never imagined a BBQ set could be so well made. The handles are real solid wood and the blades are stainless and clean up in a second. A friend of mine bought an imported set and they could not hold a candle to mine. The blades were flimsy and it had a cheap feel. My Tailgator set weighs almost twice what the import does. Overall I rate this set tops. The nylon case is also great because I can store all the utensils together and stuff them in a drawer. The nylon is real heavy as well. I think this set will make a great gift.

This set of bbq tools is great. They are convieniant to use at home or take with you for picnics. I like the quality and the handy carrying pack that is included. I would recommend this as gift for anyone who enjoys to bbq.

This barbecue basting brush was everthing that I expected. However I wish it did not shed so much. I love the rubber handle and how long it was. Dont have to worry about burning my arm anymore when grilling. If you dont mind some shedding from the brush on occasion. this is a good pick. Lets hope someone can make a sheddless brush in the near furture..hint hint..oxo.

ITS HARD TO FIND A BRUSH THAT DOES NOT SHED!!

This is a good brush, I think it is a bit overpriced though. I would have rather saved the money and got another brush. It's good, but not worth this much.

I purchased this product seeking an alternative to an outdoor gas grill, including the taste of foods cooked on a grill. With that in mind, none of the six or seven steaks I've cooked so far even come close to that taste. The Anolon Grill Pan gets very hot on an electric stove, cooking the steak much too quickly. The steak is tough as a result (even with meat tenderizer). Playing with the temperature settings hasn't worked - the lowest setting hardly cooks the food while a slightly higher setting is suddenly too hot again. On top of that, the nonstick surface seems to add a flavor of it's own - a sharp taste that certainly doesn't appeal to me (even A-1 Steak Sauce doesn't hide it).

On the plus side, this pan is a very well built, quality, product. If you're used to cooking with nonstick pans, you'll certainly be satisfied with it. However, if you're seeking the outdoor grill taste, keep searching.

This pan is very convenient with it non-stick feature and prevention of splattering. Now with this pan I am able to cook fried rice hassle free and meats and fish easily wihtout worrying that the hot oil may accidently splash or jump up. I recommend this pan to anyone is spends a lot of time in the kitchen for this pan is ideal for cooking any kind of food at all!

Recieved this as a gift and love it! I can now mix my custom home made Texas BBQ sauce and glaze without the mess. Y'all need to get one for your grill.

This is just what we have been looking for to cook the fresh Tuna steaks and Mahai mahai we caught off Hatteras NC. We have a porcelian cooker with holes in it but when you turn the fish over, it strips the outside off. This will be just the thing!

I received the Grill Brush as a gift. We barbeque 12 months a year - in rain, snow and sunshine. My grill gets a workout. Most brushes I have used have either melted down after prolonged use, or the handles could not withstand the pressure while cleaning. This brush removes the grime and takes a beating. This brush is well worth the investment to have a clean grill each time you begin to cook a masterpiece!

After searching for a replacement wok and deliberating between a stove top vs electric wok I stumbled onto this wok.

Pros:
-Massive capacity (able to make 2 pounds of pancit)
-Powerful heating element
-Domed glass lid to see food cooking
-Heavy aluminum construction
-Round bottom
-Durable nonstick interior, does not requiring "seasoning" like carbon steel woks
-Easy to clean

Cons:
-Handles DO get hot
-Paint on dial rubs off
-Exterior finish scratches easier than I would have expected

Expensive but well worth it.
