For a long time, I had a traditional alluminum pressure cooker that was given by my mother. It has the weight thing on top and when the pressure builds up, that thing is just bouncing up and down making all kinds of noise every few seconds. And alluminum is not good for cooking anyway. I looked at several choices including Kuhn Rikon and others that have stainless steel models. Then I chose this one over the Kuhn Rikon (the other final candidate) for the look, quality and easy to clean. It's much cleaner looking than others. The control is concealed and the lid is smooth all around. I was still surprised at how well it is made when I received it. The mirror finish does make it standout in our kitchen in a good way. It's easy to clean especially with that quick release handle. The helper handle is definitely a plus for less strong arms. We have cooked many meals with it and absolutely love it. Also, its rubber seal ring is much heavy duty then some other ones I looked, one less thing to worry I guess. It will take your cooking experience to another easy and joyable level.

I received a Perfect-Plus pressure cooker as a Christmas gift. I have used it several times a week since then, because it is so fun to use & experiment with. I have been interested in cooking with a pressure cooker for a while - but was intimidated by them.

I was given a 4.5 quart cooker, which was too small for some of the recipes in the recipe book that comes with the cooker. I exchanged it for a 6.5 quart cooker, and that has been a useful size.

The Perfect Plus is incredibly easy to use. It has a very clear pressure gauge that makes it easy to adjust to medium & high pressure. It does not make any noise. It is very easy to release the pressure gently, without letting out a blast of steam.

I have let the cooker get too hot a few times. It makes a clearly audible "hooting" noise, and you just remove it from the heat.

It is heavy and seems very well made. The handle clicks on, making it very easy to take apart and clean. I have not used any other pressure cookers, but it is hard for me to imagine that they are any easier to use. The Perfect-Plus is a great pressure cooker, and very simple to use.

They look nice on the table and I haven't had any problems with the holes clogging up.

I fell in love with them. I know they would receive all kinds of wonderful comments. I really love the way they fit in to a formal event or just for every day. What a great compliment to your kitchen!

I bought these for my friend, and I think I'll get some more for myself. My friend liked it very much, and I like the way they feel in your hand; most delicat yet firm. ;)

I gave these (along with other "fortune cookie" pieces) as a housewarming gift to a young, fun, athletic, and artistic couple who had just purchased their first home. Although I knew they would appreciate any gift (it's the thought that counts), I was hoping to find one that would fit their taste and their needs. Not only were they thankful and appreciative, they exclaimed them to be a "perfect" choice. Their cupboards were emptied, and these became the dishes for everyday, as well as for entertaining. The lettering ("what a Dish") is soft and muted. The shape, with the rim and the 'circle', makes them easy to hold. The lines are contemporary, while the overall look is classic and elegant. The plates are large, but not overwhelming. They can hold a little, for those watching their waistlines, or a lot, for those who are younger and more active. I have been to their home for dinner, and am so pleased with these dishes that I'm trying to think of an excuse to buy some for myself! Wonderful quality, form, and function, for a great price.

I really didn't expect for it to be such a high quality set, I was just looking for something inexpensive so that I wouldn't have to use grandma's heirloom china everyday (before I bought this that was all I had). And then the box came from Amazon (super-fast supersaver shipping, very impressive for a first time buyer), and out came these sturdy, lovely dishes. The raised circle is a perfect place to hold them as you wash them so they don't slip from your hands, the snappy little messages would brighten any day, and they are weighty enough to inspire confidence in even the clumsiest of souls such as myself. The glaze on each and every piece seems stout, flawless and pristine, and the understated yet verbally colorful design is a perfect complement to your gourmet presentations. I would recommend this set to any young or young-at-heart person wanting a cheery, dependable set of everyday dishes, especially the recent school grad needing a starter set that will last without the costly financial investment.

I just recieved this bowl in perfect condition thanks to the amazing amount of packing material Amazon used, and I LOVE IT. Slightly tipped, it can be used as a serving dish or as a fruit dish on display. It's that pretty. It matches perfectly with my other cappuccino pieces and I'm so glad I ordered 2 of these.

If you have this pattern I highly recommend getting this piece.

I have been searching high and low for a gravy boat and love this one. I don't own this pattern, but the design is so simple yet elegant that it goes with almost anything. It is a good-size boat with an unattached plate (very nice). This boat is suitable for family gatherings, and makes a great presentation. Highly recommended to all!

This gravy boat is elegant. It looks great with the Pfaltzgraff Orleans stoneware set I recently purchased. It would go with any pattern. It is heavy weight and using the handle to pour the gravy is easier for my family than using a ladle. It has the appearance of a warm, old-fashioned, charming dish that has been handed down from someone's grandmother. It feels good placing this on the table when everyone's waiting for the gravy. I strongly recommend it. You will not be disappointed.

I got this free from amazon during one of their promotional sales on dinnerware. Bought the french quarter dinnerware set and this came free. It is a beautiful bowl and wonderful for serving at parties. I always receive compliments on this pattern and it is very sturdy and runs great through the dishwasher. I love this pattern because it is elegant enough for a formal dinner party, but casual enough because of the weight of the pieces to use on a daily basis.

My wife and I have just recently become empty nesters and decided it was time to upgrade our dinnerware. After looking around we settled on Pfaltzgraph, specifically the French Quarter design.

This bowl is the perfect size to serve mashed potatoes, steamed carrots or just about any other veggie dish you can imagine.

We have be very pleased with all the Pfaltzgraff we have purchased, so much so we have just about doubled our initial orders!

if you are like me and like a glass that is not easy to break and want something pretty to use everyday or on occasion this is this glasses for you. I fell in love with them the second i saw them and they wash up beautiful. im not a wine drinker but water or iced tea or soda looks very classy in these glasses.

I've just received my shipment of Pfaltzgraff Grapevine Coolers & Iced Beverage glasses & am very pleased & excited about them. They are very serviceable & at the same time have a fine glassware appearance with the etching & design. I am leaving them set out on a small table in my kitchen because they are too pretty to put in a cupboard and I want them handy as I plan to use them daily. I am looking forward to buying more pieces in this pattern, especially the coffe mugs.

These dishes are not only pretty heavy and sturdy, but they are also great looking. When the dishes were shipped to me, one was broken, but when I called Pfaltzgraff, their customer service was exceptional and they sent me a new dish at no extra charge to me and I didn't have to deal with sending the old one back or anything.

Really like these dishes. Good quality everyday dishes. Very cheerful looking, versatile, and easy to take care of.
