Great ProductAll the claims they make on TV are true! Everything I cook in it turns out delicious, tender and juicy. I am a true convert and I would highly recommend this rotisserie to everyone.
It is easy to use and easy to clean. I put aluminum foil on the drip pan on the bottom and the reflector for the heating elements. This makes it very easy to clean.
But the best part is the way the food comes out. We love to cook pork roast, chicken and sausages. Again, they are so tender and delicious!
Highly recommended!
Wonderful product, I love it.
AWESOME.
- Platinium Soleplate. Stainless Steel core coated with ultra-thin silicate coating for a tougher, smoother surface with excellent non-stick and scratch resistant properties.
- New Intra-Steam System-Interval technology pulses the steam creating the perfect cycle of steam and pressing for efficient results. Delivers steam in powerful burst to penetrate fabrics.
- Thremo Control. Electronic trmperature sensor in soleplate measures temperature and maintains an even temperature. LED controls for better control: red signals too cold, yellow signals too hot and green signals correct temperature.
- Anti-Drip system, prevents spitting and leaking, three way automatic shut off, turns the iron off in 8 minutes if vertical and 30 seconds if horizontal or tipped over.
- Vertical Steam-Variable Steam-Burst of Steam. Precision tip for hard to reach areas and rear steam zone for even steam distribution for easier one pass ironing.

Owned a Rowenta before, this one is OUTSTANDING!!!Let me tell you, it's worth every penny! The redesign of the handle and temperature dial makes for a much more comfortable grip. This soleplate glides as effortlessly as the older design, which is a relief. The spray function is wider and mists better, and the steam function is much more responsive and forceful. Also, the vertical steam actually works quite well on this incarnation.
The biggest improvement on this version is the amount of steam, the temperature, and the iron's over-all effective use of both. I was able to iron three very difficult cotton shirts (which had sat in the laundry basket for over a week) in about an hour. They had perfect creases, were completely wrinkle-free and totally dry when I was done.
As far as the light display for the temperature, I had thought that was a bit of a silly feature at first. After using it, however, I've found that it's a rather useful tool in maintaining the leak-proof operation of my iron. This is evident right after refilling, when the light warns you that the iron isn't hot enough to begin again.
Now, all I need to do is be more careful so that I can get many more years out of this one!
Great iron - deceptive "price" Caveat Emptor!J&R Music and Computer World ought to be ashamed for this deceptive price inflation in order for their "discount" to appear sizeable.
This is a fantastic iron!
- Perfect for whipping up to eight eggs or 1-1/2 pints of cream
- Unusual design shortens whisking time
- Individual wires are easy to clean
- 18/10 stainless steel
- Dishwasher-safe

Whisk with a better mousetrap!
Great to useI was AMAZED. it's alot easier to use and the weighted end really made quick business of beating eggs. It impressed a couple of the other chefs there enough so they wanted to get their own.
i can't say enough good things about this. you won't be disappointed, you can see by the other feedback that this is a great product.
Wonderful!Great buy. Only wish it came in different sizes, so that I could throw away the rest of my wisks.

If you can only own one knife...
Incredible, with the right techniqueYesterday I took a knife-handling techniques course offered by a Wusthof rep at a local shop and was amazed by how quickly this knife turned carrots, celery, and nearly anything else into neat slices and chunks. Using the grip described above, one merely rolls the knife back onto the item being cut, lifts the back only, and repeats, sliding the food into the knife. The front of the blade merely rolls and slides on the cutting board, and is never lifted. (Compared to this, the instructor said my lift-and-chop technique was fairly effective, but abusive! *L*) With this knife, you could cut a carrot or celery into neat, thin little slices in less time than it takes to lift the lid off your food processor and get ready to clean it.
I've got other good knives - prior to this knife, I already owned Henckels 4-star 6" chef's and fillet knives, a Henckels Pro-S 3" paring knife, and a Wusthof hollow-edge santoku (another awesome tool). The Henckels knives are excellent quality, but do not lend themselves to the forward grip; I tried it with my Henckels chef's knife and found that the forged bolster felt sharp-edged when I gripped the blade this way. Make no mistake - the Henckels is an excellent knife and works well, albeit with slightly less control, when all fingers are wrapped around the handle. The Wusthoff knife has a shallower transition fillet from blade to bolster and lends itself to either grip. I'd chosen the 6" Henckels because it felt well-balanced gripping the handle alone, while the 8" seemed heavier and less agile, but with the proper grip the 8" Wusthof Classic is balanced just right. The Wusthof Grand Prix, like the Henckels, tends to encourage an all-fingers-on-handle grip, though the bolster region may be more finger-friendly. I used to look longingly at Grand Prix knives, but last night's class sold me on the benefits of the Classic handle.
Needless to say, after giving it such a thorough tryout I took this knife home with me!
And it keeps on going!

Every kitchen should have these bowls!I don't know where I would be without these bowls. My only complaint is that I thought the shipping through amazon.com was a little pricey, so if you can, buy them locally at a store and save on the shipping costs. Enjoy! I know you will!
Essential prepware for every kitchenWhat I like about them is that they nest nicely together for easy storage, they stand up well to standard kitchen abuse, and they are microwave and dishwasher safe. These bowls are great for mixing, storing leftovers, heating things in the microwave, serving, etc. As an added bonus, you can see through the bowls' bottoms and see if there is anything at the bottom that isn't quite mixed. If you are saying to yourself, "do I really need all three", the answer is YES, you DO! You'll see! :)
Great bowls!

Classic IndeedFor versatility and simplicity it's hard to beat this item. Sure there are SAKs with more blades and tools, but the simple knife/screwdriver/scissors combination is going to meet the vast majority of your needs (ok, it doesn't have a bottle opener: use a door strike plate, MacGyver). The toothpick is so-so, but I can't count the number of times I've needed to tweeze something and used the SAK tweezers when I couldn't find the bathroom set. The key fob, while not the most exciting of features, does provide a convenient way to carry the SAK around with you.
This item is sure to please. I love mine. You'll love yours. Buy one for someone else - they'll love theirs.
