I've had this waffle maker for several years and it makes THE BEST waffles! They are crispy on the outside and melt in your mouth moist on the inside. It also is great for people who don't have a lot of space in their kitchen. It stands upright for storage. Also, what makes this waffle maker rate above others is the fact that it is VERY easy to clean! Other waffle irons can be hard to clean because the batter will ooze out and into little hard to reach spots and then you have to wait for it to cool and try to wipe it out somehow. I've owned other waffle makers before that did this. There's still dried out, old batter from places that were impossible to clean out! The Proctor Silex one does not have this problem. I practically don't even have to clean it! After I'm done, I'll wipe it gently with a paper towel, and that's about it! This combined with the fact that the Proctor Silex waffle maker also makes better waffles than other brands makes this the best one on the market.

This Waffle Iron makes truly delicious waffles. I never really cared for waffles, but after trying them baked with this maker. I absolutely love waffles now. It's so easy to use and make waffles. And as other people have stated, "they're moist on the inside and crisp on the outside". I may never eat Pancakes again. The waffles far outshine pancakes. Everyone needs to have one of these in their kitchen.

Once I tasted these waffles, I knew that I was going to eat these waffles from this waffle iron EVERY DAY!!! They turn out light and fluffy,just like they're supposed to be! I think every house hold should have one of these waffle irons!!!

I bought these off of my sister who sells tupperware, they're great for a lot of things. My 3 year old nephew loves them because you can fill the cup without the worry of whether the contents will be spilt. They're also great for taking in the car because as you're driving you don't have to worry about opening a bottle or taking your eyes off the road because the hole allows for a straw. Overall I would recomend these cups to everyone.

I'm a 30 year old diplomat and I spill all the time when I drink from a glass. I don't know why it happens but my mom thinks its the reason I'm not married. Its pretty embarrassing on the diplomatic circuit when you are pouring half your gin and tonic on your neck tie. Imagine what those other diplomats must think about Americans. Well I was so upset about all of this I almost gave up hope...then these cups came along. Wow. The little hole allows me to drink like a pro and not spill a drop. Now I'm a hit at all the parties. I like the purple one the best... ...

When our daughters started to get tsk-tsk-tsk from their dentist, it was time to ditch the juice boxes for lunches. But what, to replace it with? Bottled water at 50 cents a pop? Sippy cups to make them feel 3-years old again?

These Tupperware cups are great for school lunches and in the car. They are big, and won't easily fit in a metal lunch box. Instead, we found soft-sided lunch bags which nicely fit a lunch plus the Tupperware cups (Hello Kitty brand, with a built-in thermos we quickly ditched).

Day one, the girls thought they were being downgraded to sippy cups, but with a cool straw everyday they now like and enjoy their water cups.

Highly recommended for elementary school kids. A bit expensive, but worth it.

Top quality, and it turns out consistent, beautifully made krumkakke (spelling of "krumkak(k)e depends on what part of Scandinavia your family hails from) very quickly. Over the years, as each of my kids left the nest, the irons went with them. We've tried and used several models. The trouble with most stove top units are their stability on the burner surface, and it is more art than science. This unit makes it possible for even a beginner to put out something Grandma would have served to her guests, with pride!

My mother used to have similar one so long ago. I decided to buy this one because it has the same style. Great cookies, easy to use and clean.
The recipies could be a little more accurate but ...I can experiment on my own.
Being able to make two cookies at a time is a wondeful feature - my kids always eat one cookie after each cycle and we keep the other for the guests. Thank you!

This was so much fun to make small cones for ice cream and so beautifully decorated that everything came out perfect. I made all kinds of fillings from creams to puddings and filled them up. They are beautiful and very nordic in design. You can even just make cookies and also very pretty, easy to use, nothing to clean, and impressive to show.

My entire family has these fans. They are so quite and move a lot of air. I've never had one break, even after being dropped. Don't miss the oscillating feature b/c it compensates by moving a lot of air long distance. Worth the cost.

I just received this fan not too long ago. I bought it as a gold box offer and I am so glad I did! Our apartment is on the top floor and has a skylight which gets all of the afternoon sun and gets incredibly hot. It works great to circulate the cool air from my living room where the a/c is to the bedroom, where it is not. It is super quiet and compact and very powerful! A great product!

I was told about Vornado a few years ago. I didn't want to go and spend any money on new fans, so kept my old clunkers. Three of my fans quit this year and I purchased a Vornado Compact Fan. I am very happy I did and should have bought this ions ago. Variable speeds, good looking, and the best of all QUIET! You can sleep with no noise problem. I plan on buying 2 large ones in the spring for our thrift shop and get rid of the old noise makers who are all talk, and no action!

With marriage pending, I've had a lot of decisions to make regarding kitchen items. I recently purchased this knife, and could not be happier with its performance. My mother has always had cutco knives, which I considered to be of excellent quality, until this knife arrived. It is razor sharp, and cuts through vegetables as a hot knife through butter. I was surprised by the weight of the knife itself. It is heavier than most, largely due to the stainless steel handle, though comfortably so.

The stainless steel appeals to me as an aesthetic property. One small caution to those of you who are neat freaks... If you plan on displaying your knives in a block on the counter, it will take a small amount of work to keep the handles fingerprint free, as with most stainless steel, they show every smudge.

Barring that, consumer reports rated these knives excellent, as they did with the grand prix and classic lines from Wusthof (all of these lines have the exact same blade, merely a different handle). Henckels also did well, and Twin Select, their stainless line, scored higher than Wusthof, though I feel it is merely a matter of preference. Make sure that you try it out before you buy it. It should feel comfortable. Wusthof.com lists stores at which you can "test-drive" their knives before purchase. I would highly recommend doing so.

this knife is awesome. it has a good weight and feel to it when you are chopping or slicing. it is so sharp-goes through tomatoes like you are cutting butter. with a knife like this you really don't need too many others except a good serrated knife. it is worth every penny.

Item arrived on time, was packaged properly and was in excellent condition. I would purchase from this seller again.

I am a VERY amateur chef. :c) I have to use these every time I make something. They are constantly being washed, either in the sink or dishwasher. I have really abused these things at times. They still work, and I don't think I'll have to replace them soon, unless they get stuck in the garbage disposal (it wouldn't be the first time that's happened). :c)

These tools are either a baker or a person who cannot bake...very easy to be used....

I have to admit that I purchased these cups to bump up an order ...so I could receive free shipping. I was looking for something cheap to fill the order. I hadn't thought about replacing my old cups before. However, I'm glad to have these measuring cups, as they are very durable and well made. I like the color coded measurements on the handle. There have been a few times that I've inadvertently grabbed the 1/2 cup instead of the 1/3 cup measure in my old set, but I won't make that mistake again with these.

If you make your own pizza, either by reheating a frozen or a custom fresh home-made pizza, this is a valuable must-have tool. It's relatively easy to use and washes up fine. You'll save yourself a lot of headaches and you'll feel like pro (but it won't make your pizza taste better).

My only complaint is storing it. It's too big to store in a drawer, and I don't have extra wall space to just hook it up. I hangs on my pantry door and annoyingly clunks every time I open it. But, that's minor.

FYI: If you can avoid cutting your pizza on the board, do so. It saves a lot of wear and tear on the board's surface, keeping it smooth for the pizza to slide on and off with. For cutting and serving, an aluminum pizza pan (or similar) does the trick without torturing your wooden pizza peel.

This pizza is great to use when making pizza at your house! The sharper, sloped edge of the paddle allows you get the pizza off the grill quickly and easily. It's also really fun to look like a pro pizza maker in front of family when using this, it makes your pizza (even if its ready-made) look homemade!

I bought this pizza peel and it was so light weight and wonderful to use. I would recommend it to everyone.

FORGET ABOUT SPENDING MONEY ON AN ELECTRIC CAN OPENER! This is the best can opener any one can own. We inherited ours when we bought our house in 1991. It was attached to a kitchen cabinet. I had never seen anything like it. Twelve years later it's the one appliance we haven't had to replace! Since our house was built in 1960, I am assuming that this can opener could possibly be forty years old!

It folds flat against the wall/cabinet when not in use. It swings out for easy access. A series and grooves and teeth lock it into several positions. It is sturdy and easily opens even dented cans. My kids love using it also. It comes apart for easy cleaning. Forget five stars, this opener deserves 20 stars!

What can you say about an opener you don't have to plug in, and
that takes up valuable counter space. Or the fun of searching for in that "special" drawer we all seem to have. It's easy to
use, and clean, plus its always in the same spot, and swings flat
against the wall!

I got my Wall-Swing-Away from my Mom, who got it in the 1950's; therefore, mine is an original. It still works like new, and I LOVE IT!!! I threw out my electric ones because they just couldn't handle the load of bigger cans. . . the Swing-Away can. Way to Go!!!!!!

send me the money and I'll throw it away for you. I received my Grandmother's when she passed away and have more that pleased with it. I can't add anything the other reviews other that mine is over 30 year old it is in perfect shape. I've been told that my Grandmother sent 1000's of cans through this in her day and I intend to do the same. The company's web site is very good if you need replacement parts but I doubt you'll ever need them. I had my local Ag extension agent test my gauge (the original) and it is still accurate enough for canning. This is the only part that should ever really need replacing since it does not have a seal. I am fortunate enough to have the old school Instruction and Recipes book (list price ¢60) that has canning recipes that I have not been able to find anywhere else. Buy this and pass it on to your grandchildren!!!

I do lots of cooking and canning - sometimes just for family, sometimes for large gatherings - and this cooker has made that chore much easier. Even when cooking for family, I'll make 2 chickens at a time, that way I won't have to cook another night. While the chickens are cooking, I'll also have stock to make rice or soup with. Forgot about cooking dinner? This baby can take 2 frozen rabbits from the freezer to the dinner table in less than an hour. Its large size makes canning large batches quick work. The only drawback I have is washing it - it is heavy, and if you don't have a big enough sink or a hose to rinse it out, then your in for a workout. I have a double sink and it fits in nicely - a must for anyone with a large family !

I have just used my cooker for the first time and everything worked as the instructions described. Yes it is large and it is heavy but that is part of the game. It is very well made and has been said it will probably last for ever. I enjoy making stock and can't wait to get started canning fruit this coming season.

Yeah, yeah, yeah...I've been way over hyped on this line of knives but you know how it is...marketing is everything.
If you are stuck on buying the name "Wusthof" then buy this in the "Grand Prix" line 'cause the grip on this "Classic" line of blades is the least comfortable of all the riveted scale handles available...too deep and narrow for a 12 hour day in a commercial kitchen or a big hand (grip test it against other brands before you choose, I might be wrong ;-). This Santoku weighs almost 3 oz. less than other brands... a trend that I've found throughout this line. I've tested this one at work and I need something heavier.
No complaints on the blade, edge, and finish though, it's top notch.

If you are just browsing then check out the Kai Santoku...for just $10.00 more you get the best Santoku available. If you want an equal but heavier blade for a GREAT price buy a Henckels 4 Star.

I purchased this on one of the Amazon Friday only sales & couldn't be happier. When my husband first started me on the Wusthof line my first request was for a Santoku knife. Well, the set we purchased here locally was $99 which included the Santoku with oval indentations ("kullens") knife and a smaller paring knife. When I saw this one on the Friday sale I didn't hesitate because I love the one I already have and wasn't about to pass up such a great deal for another one!

Another buyer who submitted a review said that this particular knife has oval indentations ("kullens") on the side of the high-carbon steel blade. I can tell you that this knife does not. I'm not complaining because when we purchased my first Santoku I couldn't decide between the flat blade or the one with the indentations. I was happy when I received this knife from Amazon and found that there were not any indentations on it, now I have one of each of the Santoku knives in my Wusthof block.

I hand wash all of my knives and about the only downside to any of my Wusthof knives is that because I use them so much and hand wash them so often the tiny red "W" sticker on my first Santoku is starting to peel off. Whoop-de-doo, lol! You can't beat the Wusthof Classic line, I love it! You won't be disappointed whatsoever!

This knife is excellent for small hands. Because of arthritis, my grip is not as good as it was, and I've found this knife to be perfect! I use it with ease for everything (except breads) and I plan to buy another for myself and one for my mother who has similar hand problems. I searched for a knife like this for years. I highly recommend it!
