This pan is incredible -- it is always the one I reach for when I'm trying to decide WHAT and HOW I'm going to make dinner. It distributes the heat evenly and smoothly, even on my cranky stove. I've boiled, baked, braised, fried and done anything else you can imagine in this pan. It is very easy to clean BUT MAKE SURE YOU NEVER PUT IT IN THE DISHWASHER. It will ruin the anodized coating and void the warranty. It must be hand-washed. I've had another Calphalon product which was accidentally put in the dishwasher and the finish hasn't been the same. But don't worry -- this pan is NOT a problem to hand wash; the finish lets food come right up. A must buy!

This pan is by far the most useful and versatile I have ever had. You can cook rice in it and it does not stick. I have many pieces of Calphalon, both Commercial hard-anodized and Professional nonstick~ and this pan gets the most use and admiration. I have two of these, and many times I have wished I had just one more! The 4 quart capacity is a must. It is roomy enough to cook an entire package of spaghetti noodles without boiling over. If I could only have 1 pan- this would be the one.

I received this pan as a gift in 2000. I find it to be one of the most useful pans I have. I have an entire set of Calphalon pans and love the way they heat/cook evenly. I would compare them to an iron skillet, except Calphalon is easier to clean.

I got this as a wedding gift (along with a few other Calphalon utensils) and I love it. My old utensils were cheap and had melt marks all over them. These have held up well to my cooking and are strong and sturdy. I highly recommend getting the whole set of Calphalon utensils.

Sturdy spoon. Works very. I have tried more expensive nylon spoons that aren't nearly as sturdy.

This is a very strong, sturdy cooking utensil! i recommend everyone have the entire set of calphalon utensils! They are safe with your (very) expensive cookware and work great!

This is an absolute necessity for Calphalon professional hard-anodized users! Protects the cook like no hot-pad could!

Forget about the clumsy thick baking mitts and pot holders which do not allow for a good grip on the pan. This little piece of suede is perfect with cast iron pans with handles even though it is designed to be used with Calphalon pots and pans.

Much easier to use than a clumsy and not-as-effective potholder, and, like all Calphalon products, will last forever. It's essential for the original line of professional hard-anodized products with handles that are impossible to grasp once the pan has been heated (unless you wish to be permanently branded).

I recently purchased this Calphalon Nylon Large Slotted Spoon along with all the other matching cooking utensils from Calphalon. I like the versatility in nylon utensils as I can use them on both my nonstick and stainless steal pans without worrying about whether they will scratch anything or not. Unlike my cheap plastic utensils that these replaced the Calphalon ones are heat resistant to 400 degrees. My old cheap plastic ones had burn marks up and down the handles as I used to rest them on the edge of the pan. Prior to buying these, I didn't realize that they made melt-proof nylon. It's nice to know that I'll no longer have the problem of unsightly utensils as the Calphalon nylon ones are strong and durable. I purchased a utensil holder, so now my Calphalon utensils are on display in my kitchen. Along with all their other finer qualities, these utensils are comfortable to use. The thumb guard and finger grip on the handle makes them easy to hold. The solid black color makes them go with most any decor. These will make a nice addition to any kitchen.

It's hard to find a product of quality and durability these days. I have had this spoon for a week now and have been using it everyday with my anodized non-stick pan. It's great. You can forget it in the pan and nothing will happen to it. Just like stainless steel. Durable and the handle is long enough for those big pans and pots. Buy it!

i like this spoone becas it is vary strong and lets me mix foodes completely. calphalon is the materiale of the futur! also, when my pet ferret needes to be disiplened, the spoone does not bende on contact. great spoone

Calphalon is a great choice for those who like to cook pancakes, french toast, bacaon, and sausage. The griddle heats evenly allowing for even cooking of all items. A great product at a great price.

made and unquestionably worth the ... price that Amazon has put on it. It will comfortably
make four Grilled-Cheese sandwiches or four French-Toast at a time. With proven culinary
practices, with a medium/low flame, heat the griddle first, then start cooking. When done
wipe surface with a paper towel but do NOT wash until completely cooled off ...

This is the second Calphalon product we have owned (mother-in-law gave us the wok for Christmas). This one stays true to the Calphalon name and tradition. The quality is quite evident. It heats evenly and is very easy to clean. The handle is not too close to the griddle itself, making quick saves painless. Given our success rate with Calphalon cookware, we will purchase more in the future.

What can I say that hasn't already been said. This cookware set is as beautiful as it is functional. If you want the best, forgo bothering with anything else.

And wait for the sales. You can get this set pretty discounted if you watch and wait. Then, when Amazon gives away a good deal (discounted price or lots of freebies), make your move and apply for the Amazon Visa to get another $30 off.

Some of the most awesome cookware on the market. For the price and extras (if you shop around and wait for the good deals), there's no better cookware set out there. Just a joy to cook with, even if you're not the world's best cook.

Plus they look cool!

I REALLY hate to cook but using these pans are great. Clean up is easy, just put them in the dishwasher. The see-thru lids are wonderful, too. Just remember the following:
1. You cannot use any spray-on cooking spray, it makes the pots/pans sticky.
2. Use low heat, these pans disburse heat very well.
3. You can use metal spatulas/utensils.
4. If something stuck on the pans, follow the directions.

But these pots and pans are great, I really recommend them.

I recently bought a really great ice cream machine and I happened to be browsing the internet and I saw this waffle cone maker. At first, I thought, "O.K., not another gadget!" but after reading several descriptions of the machine I decided to buy it. Thank God for going with my first mind!! This machine is incredible. After reading the brief instructions, I mixed up my batch of waffle cone mix (Chef's Choice) and set out on my adventure. Spraying a small amount of olive oil onto the heating pads (I always spray oil for the first time of each use) I poured my first coaster-sized amount of mix onto the machine; closed the lid and waited for the appropriate time to elapse. After opening the lid, out came this good smelling circular cone. Immediately, I lifted the cone using a rubber spatula; used the cone roller as indicated and Viola!! A great cone!! Not to mention the wonderful smell permeating my house!!
It took me two tries to get the right amount of mix to make the perfect cone. I had some of the mix slide out the sides of the machine...no problem, just wipe it off. When making your cone fold a small amount at the bottom before you begin rolling the cone; or pinch the bottom of the cone when rolling so that your ice cream will not come out at the end; or put some melted chocolate, butterscotch or caramel at the bottom and let it get hard...a tasty plug!!
The only thing I can think of that would make this one package complete is if the company would supply a rubber spatula, the towel (they mention using) or perhaps a pair of cotton gloves to help roll the cone...it is hot!! However, I really use just my hands. I get a better feel of the roller this way. And, please do not let these couple of items dissuade you from purchasing this machine. That would be terrible. We should all, hopefully, have a rubber spatula and towels!!
Cleaning the machine is a breeze. The non-stick heating pads are greatly appreciated.
I highly recommend this machine. What a great addition to any household that loves ice cream!!

This is the best way to draw customers into our ice cream shop. They smell the waffle cones baking and we can't sell enough. Is there some way to guide me to a source or supplier who sells the waffle cone mix. The ice cream store I worked in 2 years ago bought the mix and all you had to do was add water. I can't seem to find out who sells it. It's quick and you can mix up any amount at a time instead of a full recipe. I would appreciate your help. Your cone maker is wonderful!

My kids love waffle cones but they cost much $ at ice cream parlors and the store. Bought this waffle cone maker & its easy to use - just throw the cone ingredients in a bowl, stir, put the batter in the pan and 1 minute later you have a delicious fresh waffle cone. Could'nt be easier & I've saved lots of $ having cones at home instead of at the ice cream stands. Fun to make with groups of kids too!

This is a great mini-muffin pan. However the only problem I have is there is a rim around each individiual muffin area and food an easily get in the crease. This is a pain in cleaning. It does a great job cooking. I only wish there was no seam for food particles to get into.

Ok, this is Calphalon quality, so of course even cooking and nonsticking!!!

Also this is a great size for social gatherings like...
Church functions, Ladies tea or Bible study snacks, KIDS school and birthday parties.

Perfect Size...not quite bitesize but not full size!!

The Calphalon Commercial Nonstick Bakeware collection is excellent. I recommend them without reservation. I really like this 24 cup muffin pan. I also have one 12 cup pan and two 6 cup Calphalon Commercial Nonstick muffin pans. The 24 cup pan is a perfect size for tea cupcakes. It is nice to have a variety of sizes, depending on the size of the recipe you can make 24 mini and 6 - 12 regular size cupcakes. Frost or decorate them differently and your guests with think you spent all day slaving over your desserts. This mini size is also nice for holidays when you may be making a variety of desserts, after you put out your pies etc. decorate the buffet table by placing mini cupcakes around the pies. The nonstick finish on this pan is excellent, however I always use muffin cups. Not because you have to, I just think it is easier and looks nicer.

One note: you may want to check on your cup cakes / muffins a couple of minutes early. I have noticed that cakes are done a little quicker in pans with a dark finish. Many newer recipes will indicate the timing for dark finish bakeware. These pans are also a breeze to clean, just a little soap and water and you are done. Wonderful Pans! Highly recommended!

Also, read the Calphalon brochure in the box, if you plan to nest this pan with others make sure to put a paper towel between them to prevent any damage to the nonstick coating. And, this pan is not dishwasher safe.

I wouldn't even trade it for an All Clad bake pan, all my cookware is All Clad and I love it but nothing beats high quality, heavy duty Nonstick bakeware!

This stock pot came as part of a larger set that we received as a wedding gift in 2001. It is by far one of the most frequently used pieces of the set. It is a great size for bulk cooking, but is not TOO large to the point of being overly cumbersome. My only complaint is that it is hard for me to wash this in my sink because of it's weight. However, that said, nothing sticks to this, so clean up is easy with the exception of occasionally knocking into my faucet. Overall, this would make an excellent addition to your kitchen.

The Calphalon Commercial Hard-Anodized 8-Quart Stock Pot with Lid is almost constantly in use in my kitchen. I love to cook pasta by using this pot with the 8-quart pasta insert (see my review of this item). Once you have cooked pasta by using an 8-quart stockpot and insert, you will never want to cook pasta in any other way. At first, if you are not used to it, the stockpots when filled with boiling water may seem very heavy, but after a little while you will become very adept at handling them. The only difference between this stockpot and the Commercial nonstick one (much better than Calphalon's Professional line) is the inside coating and that the lid is stainless steel, instead of hard-anodized aluminum. I have not had much of a problem with cleaning up (by hand always) my hard-anodized stockpot, except for when I add Parmigiano Reggiano to my minestrone. So you may want to even purchase both 8-quart stockpots. Then you can make a soup or stew and noodles or pasta or fresh corn, at the same time. You will love this stockpot--and don't forget to buy the matching insert!

What more can you say about this brand and there product line. The "COMMERCIAL" style are top quality and Amazon.Com prices are unbeatable.

The day after I ordered this for [$$], I saw it in 2 stores for [$$$].It makes great hot coffee. Burner keeps it hot.No counter mess. Much better than my old, messy Mr.Coffee (don't even think about that one). The only thing I did not know was that it takes small cone shaped filters... All for less money than I could have bought the machine alone for at [a local store].

Had a 10 cup coffee maker that went kaput on me and recently purchased this to replace it. I am the only coffee drinker in the house and this is exactly what I need.

I am a clumsy kitchen guy, always making a mess or doing something incorrectly. This coffee maker is straight forward and brews great. The fact that it makes 4 cups is even better as I do not have thow out extra coffee. (Coffee aholic here, but 3 cups is good enough). After brewing the coffee stays hot while in on the heated base.

Would recommend this to anyone who simply needs an inexpensive and no hassle coffee maker to make a few cups every morning. Because as we all know, instant coffee is horrible! :)

This coffee maker is perfect for those who don't have a lot of counter space. My favorite feature is the storage space in back of the coffee maker that hides excess cord. Great little machine for those who don't need more than 4 cups of coffee.
