This pan has a thick, durable non-stick finish and is a very heavy gauge metal. It is surprisingly heavy for its size. If you're looking for a very serious quality pan at a good price, this can't be beat. It could be the last 9x9 pan you buy.

This is the BEST pan I have ever had. It is so sturdy and cleans up easier than any other pan I have ever used. Nothing really sticks to it either- and I am a terrible cook and burn things all the time. But I have yet to have anything stick to this pan that didn't wash right off.

Since I have discovered this line of bakeware, I have discarded everything else I had collected over 20 years. The quality is great and worth the investment.

This pan is wonderful!Easy to use, easy to clean, and the loaves come out perfect, every time. I used this pan during the holiday season for gifts and some friends thought that I had bought the bread at the bakery. If you need a reliable baking pan this is definately the one.

My favorite reason for using this pan is that the loaves of bread come out perfectly shaped every time. If your French bread tends to flatten out and lose it's shape, this pan is just what you need. Clean up is very easy, too.

I have spent thousands of dollar's, On Meyers cookware everthing from KitchenAid, Anolon, Prestige, Faberware, & Circulan, just to name a few. Though Meyers does manufacture very high quality pots & pans and I would recommend them to anyone it's just sad that if you have any problem with them, under warranty, you have to go throught the chain of command, that never gets you anywhere, even if you want to speak with upper management about the rudeness of the customer service department. Their customer service department employees are always very rude and snotty and they act like they are doing you a favor to even talk to you about their products. Don't get me wrong they do make good cookware, probably the best, but you as the consumer are at the mercy of their customer service and their descision or your fait on wheather your life time warranty is honored or not.

My husband and I bought this pan set about 6 months ago. I realize they are not suppose to be put into the dishwasher because they are hard anodized aluminum and the manufacturer recommends that we hand wash them; However, I don't live in the 1800s and don't have the time, nor the desire to scrub pots and pans! I have been putting them in the dishwasher under the normal wash cycle about 4-5 times a week. It doesn't appear that the dishwashing has harmed them, in any event, I figure I'll take my chances. In terms of cooking with them, they work absolutely great and I definitely recommmend this set. The only thing that bothers me about this product line is that the 10 pc set does not include a 1 1/2 qt covered saucepan, only the 12 pc set does. I can't even buy it separately either. Other then that, I have no complaints.

I couldn't decide what pans to get when I was ready to get rid of my mixed, hand-me-down collection of old pots. Although I was attracted to this set, I delayed for quite a while because I thought having to hand wash pans would be a pain. I was wrong!

I've had a set of Circulon pans for over two years now, and it was the best purchase I ever made. They are so incredibly easy to clean, that you simply swish some soapy water over them and they are done! Nothing sticks, and the finish is incredibly durable.

I've simmered hours of soups, stews, spaghetti sauces, stir fries, etc., in these pans, and they still look like new.

The pans are well made and distribute heat evenly. The circular pattern in the finish seems to help foods brown too.

Warning: the Manufacturer's instructions tell you not to use cooking sprays (like "Pam"), but to use oil instead. (Apparently cooking sprays can get too hot, hurting the finish.) That's the only down side. However, I hope the tiny drizzle of olive oil I use doesn't add too many calories to my dishes!

The Manufacturer's instructions also tell you to hand wash the pans. I believe doing so is why my pans still look like new after years of use. However, my husband did put them through the dishwasher once or twice while I was gone on a trip, and it didn't seem to harm them. (Whew!) So, maybe they can stand up to ONE machine wash! But, hand washing them takes just seconds, so you won't mind doing it.

I bought this as a gift - had a glass shaker with a stainless steel cover that is still stuck on top! No risk of that with this - the rubber gasket seal where the two parts meet is a great design. Drinks get very cold in this....END

Great for all bartenders, it's sleek, classy, stylish and the most practical shaker built.

The grips help to prevent the common accidental "shaker falling out of your hands b/c there's a hot chick eyeing on you" while at the same time let's you focus on the more important aspects of why you became a bartender. =)

To add, the quality of this shaker ensures that it'll last as long as your bachelor days.

PS: chicks dig a guy who spends a little more on the finer things in life. =)

Wonderful shaker, worth every penny. STainless steel, has a top that doubles as a shot glass, built in strainer, nice rubber wacher to prevent spills around the entire lid, and of course, the very neat black rubberized grip (similar to a travel coffee mug). A whole lotta shakin' going on. Have seen these at the kitchen appliance store at my mall for $30.

I don't know if this product makes my hands any cleaner, but it occupies a nice neat space by my sink. The smell of the soap is quite pleasant - what I would describe as neutral. I was attracted to this because it has the soap and lotion in one handy basket. A little expensive but I think worth the money.

I bought this soap and lotion for myself, and I have since stocked up on the large refill set, I love it so much! The soap is not drying at all, and has a lovely, clean scent that is great for kitchen use. It is not overpowering, but it cleans away strong odors (fish, garlic) pretty well. The lotion is light but very effective. It doesn't stay on your hands and make them feel greasy, but keeps them feeling moisturized. I'm getting this for my mom, I know she will love it!

Forget those bars of soap slipping and sliding all over your sink. Don't give a thought to scrounging in a cluttered drawer for that sample bottle of hand lotion. Crabtree & Evelyn's Cook's Handcare duo is both practical and a pretty decoration for kitchen counter or sill.

Housed in a sturdy wire 3 ½" by 6" caddy that can either be refilled or reused (think napkins) are boons for cooks both female and male. There's a generous 500 ml bottle of handwash gel that lathers into a rich antibacterial potion to cleanse and neutralize food odors. Plus, a dairy rich fortified hand lotion that soothes and smoothes the skin. Both smell divine!

We made stew the other day, and after chopping countless carrots, potatoes and onions the handwash and lotion were marvelous. Since we're a two-chef family both of us enjoyed our Cook's Handcare.

I could go on and on about how I love my set and all its great features (and I do! as the reviewer from NYC under the other 10-piece set). But what I love best about this set: NO WASTED PIECES. I hate when supposedly reputable cookware companies (hear me Calphalon and All-Clad?) stick you with useless pieces in their packaged sets. I mean, who needs an 8-in skillet? Or two saucepans that are pretty much the same size?

This set is fantastic because every piece, and I mean every piece, is functional and useful. Even the most questionable piece, the steamer insert, I use all the time!! All the things I used to boil to death, such as potatoes or corn, I now steam for better taste, texture and nutritional value.

I've had this set for over two years now, and I've put some serious miles on every piece and they still look great -- I display them out in the open. And believe me, I really bang around these pots. A few scratch marks inside from some vigorous scrubbing, but the mirror finish on the outside still remains. I recently added a non-stick wok from the same line and I have a few Le Creuset pieces which work better with slow-cook stews and soups, but really this set pretty much covers all my stovetop needs. And I love that if ever I may need replacement pieces in the future, they don't cost an arm and a leg. They are great pots meant to be used and abused, not collectors' items to be passed down to your children (which is the only way to get your money's worth from the All-Clads). An excellent value for high-quality pots meant for everyday use.

P.S. If money and maintenance are no object, for Pete's sake, show some taste and get the Mauviel copper lined in stainless, instead of throwing your money, sheep-like, at All-Clad.

I have been looking around for the best cookware and I think I have found it!! It is beautiful, cleans easy and I just love it!!!!

I love to cook and consider myself a gourmet. I have used several other types of cookware, including copper, aluminum and non-stick. I have had the most success with my set of Cuisinart stainless cookware. It is designed well, cooks well and keeps its appearance after many years of use. Cuisinart is also easy to clean, I have even burned things and have been able to restore the finish.

I can't believe the performance of this cookware for the price, pick these pans up and they will bring you many years of enjoyment.

I picked this out for a b-day/wedding gift from my brother...the only thing i don't like about it is that it isn't as deep as most "baker's racks" & it should have 2 reg. shelves on the bottom. I don't use the wine rack i use the shelves for storage of bowls/food/etc.

I bought this at a Target store and assembled it in about 30 minutes. I was skeptical to buy this online, so I went to the store to check it out. I must say I am very impressed with the sturdiness of such a light piece.It is a very good buy. It has leveling screws on the bottom of all four legs, so you don't have to worry about it rocking on a unlevel floor...very nice. The laminate shelf is a good heavy piece, they did not cut corners here. There are a few things I would change if I could. #1 As you can see in the picture, the bottom shelf only holds wine bottles. At least you know that before you buy it. It would be nice to be able to order one(or even two)extra flat shelves. #2 The instructions are a little vague. If you are even somwhat mechancially inclined you wont have problems once you understand the basic connection system. If you are not mechanically inclined, you might have a little trouble. However, there is a 1-800 number you can call to get help. One installation tip: When you do get to assembling this, make sure you differentiate between the front & rear posts before you put it together. The front ones have caps on the top and the back ones have female threads (which the shorter top posts fit into).

I was amazed at the versatility of this product. I store my breadmaker, stand mixer, set of cannisters, pasta cooking pots, and baskets for potatoes and onions on this rack. Because they are out in the open, they are easily accessible. Yet, the depth into the room is only 14 inches. Great product!

This is my first piece of Cuisinart. I must say I am very impressed with it! Food looks much more attractive, even sausages take on a lovely grilled look. I have used this pan several times in the past week..What's the best feature besides the nice browning effect? The very easy cleanup! This is much easier to clean than caphalon...A tiny drop of liquid and water, and quick swoosh with the sponge, and its clean! Will be looking to buy more pieces in the future..Don't be afraid of this one! A+++++

I use this pan quite a lot, actually. The ridges make it really easy to grill things. I also like to steam things in this pan ... putting a little water, or red wine ... works well as it gets underneath the food.

Clean-up is not as easy at it would appear (given the un-eveness of the cooking surface), but what're ya gonna do?

I especially enjoy grilled foods, not only because of its flavor, but because of its appearance. This grill give you perfect grill marks every time! Beautifully spaced and perfectly browned grill marks all the while cooking the item(s) evenly through. Oh, and very easy to clean! Wonderful product, I highly recommend it...a great investment!

This is one of your best investments you can make in your kitchen. I used to have an enamel pasta set that I used constantly until it developed a hole. This pot should last the rest of my cooking days and still be around to be passed on in the family. This is a heavy pot that looks great. If you cook pasta, corn on the cob, potatoes, steam vegetables, blanch vegetables for freezing, or if you do any canning this pot is great for blanching them without having to fish those fruits or vegetables out one by one. YOU WILL LOVE THIS PASTA SET! You will also wonder why you never had one before.

This is the ultimate set you should get if you eat pasta at least once a week.
I was fed up with pouring the cooked pasta with boiling water to the colander and always get burned on my wrist by the hot steam. This set work like a dream. The stainless steel is beautiful, and it heat evenly. The only thing is that it doesn't heat up that fast as described. I guess with a 7 quart pot it takes time to boil that much of water anyway. I am thinking of getting a cuisinart everystainless cookware set now, since this set make cooking such an easy and happy task for me.

The pots are great, the only thing is the handles get hot, so be careful you don't burn yourself like I did. I thought I read they didn't get hot when I ordered them? Any way I still love them. They have made a nice addition to my kitchen.

This pan does an amazing job of cooking well and evenly and saves me precious clean up time. I can brown meat and then throw it in the over without changing pans, then use the same pan to make gravy.

One of the reasons that I purchased this pan was the fact that it could go into the dishwasher. Except that this pan doesn't really fit into a standard dishwasher because it is just TOO big. Also, do NOT use cooking spray with any kind of high heat on this pan as you get a burnt in cooking spray residue that is a serious pain to get off. That said, I wouldn't give you my pan and I hope to get the rest of the set to match. The $s I have to invest for a oil mister will be worth it for the performance of these pots.

A very good pan, solid construction, good materal, nice fit and finish, and it cooks great too. The perfect blend of quality and value in a large pan. It's much better than I expected at this price.

I received this pan as a gift about 2 years ago. This was the first stainless steel pan I owned and I went on to buy a full set of All-Clad stainless in the last six months.

The size makes it ideal for a multitude of tasks and I use it for everything - cooking breakfast, braising pot roast and making stew (it goes wonderfully from stovetop to oven -- that's where the extra handle really comes in handy!), to cooking lamb chops and grilled cheese sandwiches.

I have most definitely put this pan through it's paces and it performs as good as new (even if it is a bit more scratched). Dishwasher, even steel wool for a particularly bad burn-on have not affected performance.

As with all stainless pans, food will stick to it if you don't adequately coat with cooking spray, oil, or butter, so if you are used to non-stick cookware this pan (and other uncoated stainless like it) might not be the pan for you. However, if you want a pan you can do just about anything too (and believe me, I have) you're in the right place.

While not nearly as heavy as my All-Clad products, this pan has adequate heft and heats evenly. If you can't (or don't want to) shell out for All-Clad, I would say this is a reasonable alternative.
