Great buy!
This is one of those things that will last lifetime. I love it. Heavy duty mechanism. Very simple to use. Nothing can go wrong with it.

The Mini-Restaurant King!
Having worked in the Food service for so many years, this machine was always a dream of mine to have. I received one as a wedding gift, and it's everything I thought and wanted it to be. This is a must-have for people who love to cook!

Wonderful
Both my mom and I have had a Kitchen Aid mixer for years and have never had a problem with either one. They are durable and come with all sorts of attachments, a beater, dough hook, and meat grinder to name a few. I highly recommend this mixer.

One very happy Cook
I got this as a Christmas Present from my husband last holiday season. He was nice enough to give it to me early so I could use it for the holidays. It is now a part of my Every Day cooking. I also got the shredder attachment that I also think is wonderful. It works great, no problems. It works great and has saved my arm from mixing. Would not know how to make homemade breads or Chocolate Chip Cookies without it, hehehe. Everyone wonders why I can do multi things in my kitchen at once it is because the KitchenAide does alot of the work for me. Wonderful Product.

a powerful tool
buy this mixer if you bake regularly. it will save you lots of time and energy. creaming butter and sugar by hand is tedious. any tool that encourages home baking is a good thing. the solid construction is impressive. the matte grey finish is quite attractive. I hear this mixer can do your laundry if you ask it to, though I haven't tried yet.

There are Times When Five Stars Aren't Quite Enough...
This is one such instance. There are simply too many good things to say about the KitchenAid stand mixer! It is absolutely the best. The motor is strong enough to handle the weight of bread dough and yet it can it whip egg whites, flawlessly! A substantial investment for your kitchen but one which will pay off in years of dividends. Many decorator colors available. Only problem is which one to choose! It comes with several attachments and more can be obtained at a modest cost, to obtain maximum versality (and value) from your purchase. A no-quibble warranty is included, too. When you want the best, buy the best. That's exactly what you get with this stand mixer from KitchenAid.

A must have spatula in any kitchen!
The KitchenAid line of silicone utensils are positively perfect. They are very will made and excellent quality. The silicone material is amazing, it is so easy to clean, whether you are using this mixing spatula with cake mix, cookie dough or anything you are mixing or scraping nothing will sticks to it. The curved design on this spatula is a perfect match to the KitchenAid stand mixer bowl and it also works very well with my All Clad mixing bowls. With this spatula you will not miss a drop of anything in the bowl. Highly recommended!

More great things from Kitchenaid
I got this spatula along with the scraper. These are very good items from Kitchenaid and they go great with my mixer and food processor. The handles are very heavy-duty and the silicone is very pliable and makes for great scraping. My suggestion is to look for these on the same card. It is like buying one and getting one for free...that way you can get two sets. You can never have enough spatulas and scrapers when baking.

Simply the best...
I am a tea snob. I am not ashamed to say, I want my tea the way I want it. This kettle is perfect in every way. It's easy to fill from the spout. It is functional in pouring - well balanced. It heats a full kettle in around 5 minutes to boiling. The base houses a wrap around function so you can make the cord as long/short as you want. Oh, and it's darn attractive too ;)

In short: It's perfect. You like tea made the correct way? Get this kettle. Well worth the funds to purchase it.

From the kitchen to the dining room table
Elegant styling and cool-to-the-touch bottom means I can heat water, pluck the kettle off the base unit, and put the it right onto the dining room table without a hot pad. This is fantastic for hot after-dinner drinks at a party. The base unit and kettle have a 360-degree attachment which allows the kettle to be connected to the base at any rotation making it easier to find a home for it in your kitchen. The base also has 'feet' so that the cord can come out of any side making it easy to located and keep the cord hidden. It's a small detail, but it shows the thought that went into the design.

In addition, this teapot as all the advantages that a dedicated electric kettle has over a stovetop model: auto-shutoff (start it, jump in the shower, hot water is waiting when you get out), generally faster to boil water, and it doesn't occupy a burner nor get covered in grease splatters. The downside is that it's yet another appliance taking up counter space.

So there are a few complaints: the Krups teakettle has a wide base so it does take up more of your counter than other models. We originally bought it for heating water upstairs, but found it far to big for our small bathroom. Other problems I have are that the handle is directly over the main opening making it somewhat awkward to open the lid and fill the pot. As another reviewer pointed out, the water level indicator is only good for full/empty measurements. I generally lift the kettle to see if I need to add water. I would like some audible sound when it finishes boiling. I've gotten so used to the start-it-and-leave-it that I often come back 20 minutes later having totally forgotten I was making tea.

Anyhow, the problems I have with this teapot are mostly trivial and are so far outweighed by the advantages that I give it 5 stars and recommend it highly. It's a great gift for the tea-lover in your family.

Easy and attractive
This is my first electric tea kettle and I have to say that I'm in love. The water heats quickly, the kettle has a large capacity and the automatic shut-off makes it easy to see when the water is done. It is also a very nicely designed appliance (that's, of course, not a reason to buy kitchenwares but it is nice when they look good.) It's easy to run and the cordless feature (the kettle goes on a small hot plate) makes it very convenient to carry around. I also liked the strainer feature.
I only have two problems with this kettle. It is a little bit noisy so don't be alarmed at the boiling sounds. The gauge that shows how full the kettle is is hard to read when the kettle is held at an angle, such as when you would be filling it under the tap.
Other than these minor problems, I am enjoying this kettle greatly and, short of a power outage, I can't see myself going back!

LamsonSharp Slotted Turner
An excellent product. Many, many uses. Has retained it's color and flexibility after multiple washing in the dishwasher. My son is also requesting this turner. Well worth the money.

should be 6 stars
I've tried them all. Plastics, woods, and metals. This small, light weight unit is awesome. The edge is sharp and the metal thin and flexible. The result is an amazingly functional product which I've had over 6 months and still looks new.

Terrific Slotted Turner
I have been looking for one of these slotted turners everywhere, but never thought to look on Amazon.com. I happened to be shopping on Amazon's website and saw it. It came in the mail two days later. I tried it that very night and was so happy. The shape makes all the difference when cooking fish. I highly recommend it

the perfect pan for many uses
Throw away your nonstick cake pans, this pan is perfect for cakes, pies and well almost any use in oven or stove top. Like all Le Creuset it browns food beautifully and cleans easily. I'm actually using it more on the stove than in the oven. I love this pan.

Tatin, quiche, beef pot pie, or tamale pie - perfect pan....
The tatin recipe included is, as promised in the recipe pamphlet, wonderful. Try it and you'll see.

My first experiment, however, was a beef pot pie -- just browned the meat and onions in a bit of olive oil then added carrots and seasonings. A ready-made pie crust fits perfectly to line the pan, then a half-inch of stiff mashed potatoes with a little cheese sprinkled on top. The juices are sealed in and the crust browns beautifully at 350f.

Try it for a breakfast cassarole of pre-boiled potatoe slices, sauteed onions and peppers, grated swiss cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes, and quartered sausage links baked in a seasoned egg/milk blend to hold it together. When you bake it slow and let the flavors develope, the result is a country breakfast fit for the hungriest crowd.

Any main dish or desert pie is equally at home in this great pan -- plus it brings all the wonderful attributes of Le Creuset to every recipe: Easy clean up, even heating, and lower-temp cooking.

Better than non-stick frying pan
I always used good quality non-stick pans (All-Clad and Steel-On) but over time the coating starts to flake off. In the department stores, I would notice Le Creuset but never considered it because of the price and also because I thought non-stick was better. I decided to buy this Anniversary Pan to try out Le Creuset and it's great. It is one of the more affordable Creuset pans and it's really well-made. I am using everyday for frying, baking, and broiling -- the finish looks brand-new. Now I see why they can offer a 100-year warranty for their products. Next time I need new pots and pans, I'll spend the extra money and buy this brand.

Kick George Foreman to the Curb...
Don't let the high price tag and the cast iron thing scare you away from this great product. It's not your mother's cast iron of stuck-on messes and rust in your food. It's very easy to season, and from there it works great. We've been able to cook everything from salmon, to buffalo, to pineapples with no sticking.
Unlike it's predecessor, the George Foreman grill, it cooks many kind of foods beautifully without drying it out or sticking. The key...temperature control. Since it works with your stove, you can control the amout of heat you need.
Also, having a wee kitchen, it's nice not to have another appliance taking up valuable counter space.
One of the best features is the lifetime warranty. And they mean it too. My friend had a Le Creuset teapot that rusted out and they sent her a replacement for free.
Sure it's pricey, but you get what you pay for with this pan.

You'll eat more veggies and fish! Healthy and tasty!
Wow, I love this pan! I also live in an apartment, so this is a great substitute for outdoor grilling when you want a quick dinner. It's not as good as the outdoor charcoal grill, but this has some advantages. It's super easy. I use this pan several times a week. I pre-heat the pan, brush a little canola oil to the ribs, and while it warms up to the right temperature, I prepare the food. I cut some veggies (can use zucchini, squash, small eggplant, onions, bell pepper, etc), on the bias, so there's more surface area, toss with olive oil, salt & pepper, and grill. You may have to do several rounds of it if you have lots of veggies. After cooking until just tender, toss with a little balsamic vinegar and olive oil. DELICIOUS!! Also, we've been grilling some great local wild salmon on this pan. It is unbelievable. It is very quick, so don't overcook. Season with salt and pepper, and anything you like. Just practice a couple times, experiment with the temperature and your technique, and you'll see how easy and tasty it is. If you can get some homegrown or organic produce, it's so much more tasty. Simple grilling complements good ingredients.

MANY A MEAL FROM THIS SQUARE DEAL!
(1) Where is it written, who decreed that skillets should be round? (2) Why has it taken me so long to discover the advantages of a square fry pan?

The answers are: nowhere that I know of, and because my mother always used a round skillet. She would have loved this enameled cast iron beauty that leaves appetizing sear marks on meat - a char effect without the mess. The ribbed base captures grease allowing for healthier low fat cooking, and the surface is a satiny black enamel that cleans in a breeze.

It's compatible with all heating surfaces, and has an easy hold comfortable handle. We lightly applied vegetable oil to the ribs before our first use, and for several times thereafter. Since then there has been no need for the addition of oils. By heating the grill for a few minutes on medium heat (test with a drop of water and heat until water droplets sizzle) we've found the cooking surface primed for superior cooking.

This nifty item has such a plethora of uses - it can be used in the oven (keep your oven glove at the ready) or even on a backyard barbecue.

KitchenAid Hi-Density Hard Anodized
I have purchased 10 different KitchenAid Hi-Density Hard Anodized pans of varying types and have waited a year to write a review. These are the best pans I've owned (for their purpose) and highly recommend them for anyone who enjoys cooking and entertaining. They heat quickly and evenly, have a solid feel, excellent balance and very comfortable handles. In addition, they look great and clean up magnificently. These, coupled with my Crueset collection and my new Viking cooktop have made the fun and pleasure of cooking even greater. Anybody want to buy a pile of well used Calaphon?

Excellent Quality and Value
My favorite pan in my collection. Although the Kitchen Aid pans tend to run up there in $$, they are still a far better value then their All-clad counterparts. The hard anondized exterior (aluminum) is great to look at and very hard (if not impossible) to scratch. The dual layers of alumnium (anodized exterior and interior layer) really balance out the heat for great searing and even sauce reduction when necessary. From fish to vegetables, this pan is tops. When I go to add more pans and replace existing ones, Kitchen Aid Hard Anodized is my choice. I just hope they keep on making them.

The best cookware
Wow. I bought this pan when Amazon had a Christmas sale, and I would buy it again for twice the price. Although certain things do stick, esp. starches (flour, sweet potatoes), I've learned to saute when the pan is completely heated, and to use a bit more oil. I have never had to use anything but a soft sponge for cleaning. I have a Viking range, and have never needed to use it on more than medium setting, as the pan does get very hot. Vegetables are flavorful and juicy, and maintain wonderful color. Meats brown quickly and evenly. I have even boiled corn in this sautee pan. The lid seals well. The components are genuinely well made. Nothing comes off... no nonstick surfaces to flake off into your food. Six months later, the pan still looks like new, though I use it daily.

Where's the eye remover?
Very nice peeler except it's missing a feature that every other peeler I've ever seen has; a protuberance that can be used to remove the eyes from potatoes.

Great peeler!
I love this peeler! As with all the Kitchenaid products I have purchased thus far, it is sturdy and well made. It has a nice, weighty feel in your palm and makes quick work of peeling potatoes. I promptly made scalloped potatoes after getting mine. Is it more expensive than the ones you get at your local retailer? Perhaps, but is worth every penny as it will outlast the cheap ones sold elsewhere.

Excellent Peeler
Prior to my kitchen Aid Peeler I struggled peeling vegetables. This item peels with ease and I no longer dread peeling potatoes or carrots.
