Very Solid Bakeware
This pan is very heavy duty and has a quality nonstick finish. Buy this one and you won't need another for a long time.

Great Goose Cooker
This was the first pan we have found large enough to roast two large geese at once. Deep enough to hold the enormous amount of rendered fat, wide enough and long enough for two geese side by side or a very large 25 lb turkey.

The best part comes after hours of splattering grease cooking at high temperatures in the oven. Cleanup is easy with some paper towels and a little hot running water in the sink. For the final touch we placed the whole mess in the dishwasher and it came out sparkling clean and looking like brand new. This is one of the best non-stick surfaces we have seen and the heavy duty steel construction means no warping at high temperatures. Thick enough steel to make pan gravy with even heat distribution.

The search is over - this is the pan to own!
I was very impressed with the performance of this pan. I have baked with other "silverstone" type pans that are readily available at mass merchandisers, but found I was replacing them due to warping and wear at least twice a year. Not with the Chicago Metallic line! This pan cooks very evenly. I noticed a difference immediately when I switched. My casseroles and especially my cakes came out better than with any previous pan. You will have to experiment when using it for the first or second time to determine the temperature and time changes to make to the receipe. I found that the recommended time/temperature change worked well for me. Cleanup is very easy. I am so impressed with this pan that I am one by one replacing all of my bakeware with the Chicago Metallic Professional line.

THE BEST WAY TO MELT CHOCOLATE, AND GREAT FOR FONDUE TOO!
I saw this product at the Housewares Show in Chicago last March. I bought two of them on www.chocolatemelter.com and I use them for dipping stawberries and bananas. I love to do the fondue thing. Dark Chocolate is the best in this cute little machine!!!

CHOCOLATE MELTER
I have been looking for a method to melt my chocolate for years. This handy kitchen appliance was so easy to use in keeping my chocolate from burning. In the past I used the microwave which would scorch the chocolate and ruin it for dipping chocolate.

I would certainly recommend this product if you are into a simple method of melting chocolate.

Great Chocolate Product
I bought this chocolate melter from the website (chocolatemelter.com). We used the deluxe chocolate melter to melt chocolate for Christmas and give treats to our neighbors. It worked very well. My kids had a lot of fun too. I have always hated doing chocoalte in the microwave or double boiler becuase of the hassel and I would offen burn it and then the whole thing would be ruined. This product made the melting part a breeze. I would suggest it to anyone who is new at at chocolate melting or even those who have been at it for some time. 5 Stars!

Better than a wok!
This is one of my most-used, best-loved pans. I do a lot of stir-fry cooking, braising, large pasta dishes, etc. This is my first and only choice for such tasks. The generous 5.5 quart capacity with a large, flat bottom for browning and high, rounded sides make this a better choice than a wok. I had Circulon's beautiful covered wok for several years and it got a lot of use. It was in virtually new condition even after all that cooking, but this brasier has replaced it in my kitchen. If you have limited storage space for large pans, as I do, this brasier will be far more useful and take up just a wee bit less space than that huge wok.

The hard anodized aluminum exterior conducts heat evenly and it heats up quickly. The Circulon hi-low nonstick interior is superior to any other nonstick product I've tried. It is rugged and cleans up easily and quickly. Hand-washing is recommended. Do not put this pan in the dish washer. I take one extra step when hand-washing my Circulon pans. I use a dish scrubbing brush to give that grooved surface a quick, light scrub just to be extra sure no food deposits can build up. It couldn't be easier. All of my Circulon cookware has seen years of service and looks and cooks like brand new. And the heavy, high-domed stainless steel lid is as beautiful as it is functional. It forms a perfect seal with the edge of the pan to lock in all those great cooking juices.

There is enough space in this pan to accommodate a large roast or a whole chicken. You can toss enough pasta and sauce in it for a large family. I loved to do braised meats, browning them on the stove top then putting the pan in the oven to finish the cooking. The comfortable handles are oven safe up to 350 degrees. They also make handling this large pan super easy and comfortable (unlike pans with small metal handles).

If you are debating about getting a wok or just considering this brasier pan for its own merits, I give it the highest possible recommendation. You'll love it!

Five Star General
I cook every day,and have awarded Five Stars to this wonderful pan for "General Use".
With its high sides,it is perfect for: stir fries, sautees, sauces, smashing big fry-ups and simmering soups and stews. It will beautifully brown and braise chops ,chicken or chuck roasts, and I've even made chili in it.
Anyway, you get the idea.Add easy clean-up,as well as attractive design(that gleaming lid reminds me of the hubcaps on my old V W Beetle),and you've got a Patton of a Pot!
On the stove top ,or in a moderate oven, this "General" is prepared to conquer your collection!
Lets see...I think I can retire about three other pans.
Buy this...you won't be sorry!

Circulon 5.5 Quart Brasier
Wonderful kitchen essential for family meals or entertaining. Ample room for larger recipes. The pan has great contours. Non-stick surface is perfect and clean up is a dream. I like mine so much I bought a second for a gift!

Good Deal, good product
This is a cheapest deal I ever seen for this item. I really love it, I also bought for several of my friends, they also has really satisfied with it, still waiting for it to be in stock so I can buy for several more of my friends

Grab this great pot
Run... don't walk to your wallet and get out your credit card for this great deal. This pot has the size and wieght that good cooks know to look for, it is not a cheap product. The handles are able to withstand the oven up to 350 degrees. I bought one, showed it to some friends and they have all bought one. I have seen the 8qt version in department stores for over ....

Great Stockpot
I just received my new stockpot and it works great. It is heavy duty and has a nice appearance. The heat circulates well throughout. I made a large batch of chili in it; no burning or sticking on the bottom. Can't beat the price.

Great tea kettle!
I like the Odyssey tea kettle! It's easy to clean, looks great and functions! Mine whistles quite loudly. I like it much better than the old Revere one I had which had a stopper that constantly stuck and lacked an opening to reach in and clean!

BASIC TEA KETTLE
This is a lovely tea kettle that does the job. The whistling spout has a gentle but loud enough ring. What I like best is that the hot water pours at an steady flow and doesn't gush out.

Who needs any better?
Does the job,ie:boils water efficiently,looks good,loud whistle.One can pay a lot more bucks,but why?

Peaches recommends these mugs...
When I drink tea, I want a large mug because I like tea, but more importantly, I share my tea with Peaches my pom. She likes to lick the last tablespoon from the bottom of the cup (I drink it British style with cream and sugar). Most mugs large enough for Peaches' head are too heavy for me to lift comfortably with one hand (I have arthritis in my wrists). These wonderful mugs are large enough for Peaches head, light as a feather (well, okay, a heavy feather), and the tea stays as warm as it would in a porcelain cup (a good thing as I forget to sip my tea when I am reading a good book or writing an Amazon review).

The other night we ate chili in the mugs. I made the chili the day before, refrigerated it, and popped it in the microwave. The lids don't pop off or go on as easily as I would like, but that has more to do with my wrists than the product. I did not buy the cups for their covers, however, I bought them for tea with Peaches, so I'm giving them five stars.

Finally a large Mug
I have been looking for a large coffee mug all over the internet and ... YES ... I found it in this set. It is well made, microwaves well, gives me enough coffee to wake me up and it is resonably priced. I highly recommend this mug-set to anyone ... KHS 'The Old Stove'

Corningware Pop-Ins Mug Set Solves a Problem
Living in the "Snow Belt" of Central New York, we have long cold winters, which we love. However, the frigid air presents a problem in serving food hot, even in a well-heated house. Corningware has finally solved that for us with these pop-ins mugs. Holding 22 ounces, which makes for a more than generous serving of stew, soup, pasta, casserole dish, etc., meals can be prepared ahead and individual portions frozen in these mugs to be served at a later date. Just pop into the microwave and set the timer for your individual serving of Beef Stew or Special Chili or Chicken & Pasta, etc. It's a marvel, quick, easy, and looks good in the presentation. These mugs are also great to use for making puddings and custards, oven to freezer to microwave to the table. We love them and are ordering more to have on hand before the cold weather arrives.

Kitchen Must-Have Skillet
This is one fine skillet ! Cleans like a breeze - yet is NOT nonstick. Very attractive - shiney and heavy - just feels like quality throughout. Helper handle a real plus for lifting a heavy pan of food ! I used to have only nonstick skillets but so many recipes just begged for some stainless...Home fries ! yummy ! So crunchy and tasty! I even made fried chicken this week and the whole family was very impressed ! This pan is perfectly flat - well-balanced in spite of long handle and has no hot-spots. I bought it from Marshall's for more than this price...darn ! This would make a great gift - handsome and very expensive looking. My favorite new kitchen item in a long time ! And I have 4 kids and cook three meals a day !

The best skillet - pan I've ever owned
It is by far the best skillet I've ever used. It heats evenly, cleans extremely easy. I used to use other brand's non-stick before, and that worked well for a year, and soon it was hard to clean and sticky. The only thing about this fabulous pan is it's a little heavy for my small wrist. But I highly recommend it to anybody who's looking for a pan for lifetime use.

5 Stars considering its category-middle upper end cookware
As far as your basic quality cook piece, as denoted by the price and the manufacturer name "Everyday Cookware", I'd say this is a 5 star purchase. Let's see,

Positives:
1) thick bottom, very high quality
2) sides widen out and rise up about 2", which gives much more capacity than maybe other 11" skillets
3) really long handle dissapates heat pretty well, and if you grab the handle near the very end, it only gets moderately warm
4) oven proof
5) shiny and cool looking
6) cheap price!
7) solid construction, seems highly durable

Negatives
1) sides are a little thin, oil burns easily on the sides
2) clean up isn't too bad so long as you have steel wool, and even then it takes a little scrubbing, but again not too bad
3) i can already tell that its shine is not going to last

All in all:
It's a fine piece of cookware. a good initial purchase. and if you don't mind thin sides and a little scrubbage from time to time then this is really A-1. i'm pretty darn satisfied.

great pan!
What a great pan at a great price! You will be pleased when you feel the weight and see the beautiful high polished finish just like jewelry. This pan is nicely balanced and heats very fast and very hot. Interior is almost nonstick it is so high polished. Cleaning was easy and maintaining the copper can be done with a little polish and a soft cloth every now and then. Be careful with the handle, it will burn you without a potholder.I also purchased the 12 1/2" stainless multiclad stirfry pan and the lid fits this great pan too! A+ on both!

Fabulous skillet
This is a great pan. If you don't mind the extra effort needed to keep copper looking it's best, this series will become the centerpiece of any kitchen. I have several stainless 3-ply Cuisinart pans in my kitchen, as well as a few All Clad. Both brands cook and handle equally well, and both are built for a lifetime or two of service. Since I bought the first few Copper Classic pans, I feel that there is no contest anymore. The big skillet is a work of art. The finish inside and out is flawless. Both surfaces are mirror polished, and the flat area of the bottom exterior has a very fine lathe turned texture for good stove grip and even heating on electric ranges. The copper layer appears thick enough to survive endless polishing, and the huge cooking surface maintains uniform heat even on a small gas burner. A great pan at a real bargain price.

Cuisinarts Classique Skillet is a "Classic"
Cuisinarts Classique Skillet is another in a long line of great cooking pans. We have been cooking with the same Cuisinarts pans for over 23 years! The Classique is built to almost the same standards as my original pans...stainless steel construction, with an aluminum core for even heat distribution and thoughtful ergonomic and aesthetic design. The copper underbelly adds to the visual delight...but is designed to add practical culinary value by facilitating even heat distribution. While the overall quality of the Cuisinarts line has declined in the past several years, this is still a great pan and a great investment. I anticipate that like its predecessors, my Classique will also serve us well for the next 23+ years...adding value and function to my kitchen.

Cook's toy
This machine is so great I wonder why it took me so long to buy one. I've tried many of the recipes that came with it and they all turned out great. I make the bread recipe every few days so we always have fresh, delicious bread. Making soup is such a snap. It takes longer to wash the veggies than to cut them in the processor. That is so fast I almost feel cheated out of playtime. I tried the mayonnaise this week, and also the pie dough. I use the processor daily and find it easy to use and easy to clean. The lucite cleans like a breeze in warm water or else I put it in the dishwasher. I couldn't recommend this item more highly...

Cuisinart DFP- 11 Cup Food Processor
I have used my food processor everyday since I got it. I don't know what I did without it. Paired with "The Food Processor Bible" by Norene Gilletz, you will make some amazing meals. The time I save on food preparation saves me a lot of energy and time and the unit is so easy to use and clean. The unit is a workhorse, very powerful. I have used it to make whole meals, and making bread is a snap because the kneading is done by the Cuisinart. I highly recommend this machine!

Can't Beat The Cuisinart Food Processors
We purchased a Cuisinart DLC-7 in 1981 and still use it today. Unfortunately, after 20 years of serious use, the bowl is cracked and the slicer needs replacing. The cost to purchase these parts almost equals the price of the DFP-11. The only difference in the two units is a 14 cup capacity verses 11! With our kids gone, the 11 cup is perfect--especially at the price offered. Another 20 years and our kids can fight over it!

great cookware
great cookware. stove top or oven, this skillet can handle the job.

Excellent Cookware!
I purchased the 10 inch skillet and the 1.5 quart saucepan. They were the cheaper of all the pieces to experiment with. My only regret is I wish I had purchased a complete set. You can't go wrong with the Cuisinart Multi-Clad cookware. The pan cleans exceptionally easy. I also own a 8 inch skillet by All-Clad, I really can't tell the difference except the Cuisinart is much cheaper. Don't forget the handle stays cool!

Superb skillet
Oh, this is a great skillet. Nothing sticks to it, so cleanup is a breeze. The skillet is similar in quality to All Clad, but much lower in price. Besides, it looks a lot better than All Clad and most other high-end skillets. It has a long handle and polished stainless steel interior. It's definitely one of those keep-for-life cookware pieces. I highly recommend the Cuisinart Multiclad line of cookware. It's the best combination of high quality at a low price. You should get lots of pleasure and use from it. However, mine didn't come with a helper handle as the picture indicates. It would have been nice, though, if the skillet included a lid.
