ALL-CLAD BAKEWARE IS THE BEST!We've found this loaf pan to be perfect for not only breads and cakes but also our favorite meat loaf. Especially impressive is the way a rich nut filled chocolate cake can be easily removed from this pan. In the past, I had to serve the cake in the baking pan because it always crumbled when I tried to remove it. Not so with All-Clad! Of course, loaves of white bread seem to simply slip out.
The gold color is very attractive and cleaning is a breeze. When All-Clad says non-stick they really mean it. Metal utensils aren't a no-no as they are with some other high end baking or cooking pans.
Someday, we hope all of our pans will be All-Clad!

Outstanding cookware! This cookware is even easier to care for than my anodized aluminum cookware. After cooking oatmeal in the morning, a quick rinse with soap and warm water immediately cleans the utensil up. Browning in a saute pan and creating a pan sauce requires a little more care but we are talking about a soft sponge with some of the "Twinkle" compound on it not extensive scrubbing.
This is the finest cookware I have ever owned and I am very pleased with the investment!

Best of Dutch OvensMy first really usable Dutch oven was a 50-year-old one, 18 pounds of solid aluminum! Eventually it pitted as to become unsafe. I've tried many of the current crop, and was very disappointed at the uneven heat distribution, with the propensity of food to caramelize and eventually burn at the transition point between the flat bottom and the sides (the metal thickness at this point is critical). In my testing, this pot is far and away the best designed, finished, and certainly the best cooking Dutch oven now being produced.
I purchased this item, and am thoroughly satisfied. The price for this superior "slow cooker" is steep, but if you really know how, and when to use this pot, you will marvel at the results, and it really beats the price tag of the restaurant "slow oven!"
Worth the price, and is in my opinion the best by far of all the offerings, spring for one, then really enjoy classical cuisine as it was once prepared!

All Clad Never Disappoints
Built for serious cookingIf you are hard on cookware like me, I highly recommend All-clad. Plus they come with a lifetime warranty so even if you do manage to break the thing they'll take care of you!

- Versatile 3-quart pan with rounded sides
- 18/10 stainless-steel interior; hard-anodized aluminum exterior
- Pure aluminum core for even heating
- Long, comfortable, stay-cool handle riveted for strength
- Lifetime warranty against defects

This is one of my favorite pans.Pros: The anodized exterior is great, it looks nice and doesn't scratch. The thick aluminun heats *very* evenly and is perfect for anything delicate. The rounded edges are perfect for sauces, and allow the use of spatulas and wisks without missing any corners. You can even use it for stir frys, etc. Built to last forever.
Sauce MachineA bechamel, gravy or any sauce will thicken more quickly with a saucier pan, as compared to a conventional saucepan. The anodized exterior and stainless interior is visually pleasing as well as easy to care for by hand washing. The LTD line is not dishwasher safe.

- Dome-lidded, 4-quart, 11-inch diameter, 3-inch-deep pan for one-dish cooking
- 18/10 stainless-steel interior; hard-anodized aluminum exterior
- Pure aluminum core for even heating
- Comfortable lid and stay-cool pan handles riveted for strength
- Lifetime warranty against defects

UNPARALLELED QUALITYWe were aware of All-Clad's enviable reputation for high quality cookware but were nonetheless surprised by the flexibility of use and wearability of this item.
At one time while cooking chicken parts the skins stuck to the bottom of the pan (My fault - I turned the heat too high). What would have been a chore to clean in any other utensil was a breeze in this pan.
There is a tradition in our family of serving a wine/beef stew at most family reunions. The recipe has been passed from one generation to the next with the caution to always prepare the dish in a cast iron pan. Imagine everyone's delight and surprise when we prepared this dish in our sauteuse and they declared that it had never tasted better.
The size of this sauteuse offers room to prepare for a few or a crowd. We are extremely pleased with this purchase.
A great pan!
