a joy to use
I've been using the Cuisinart 8" non-stick skillet for several years now and found that I was trying to cram way too much into it because it was such a pleasure to use.

It was time to move on up. This pan is everything you'd want it to be. It heats evenly and quickly, the non-stick coating stays put in the pan, and the size is perfect for making dishes like chicken cacciatore or stroganoff for a family of 4. I only wish it came with a lid, but that's a small thing compared to the absolute functionality of this pan.

Oh yes, the helper handle is terrific.

A great all-purpose pan
This was the first Cuisinart non-stick pan I purchased and I use it daily along with the 8" non-stick. With this pan I no longer have a need for a saute pan and the clean up is amazingly easy. It does not pick up and pass along the flavor of the previous meal, something I've found with other non-stick pans. I wish a lid was offered as an option but I've solved the problem with a sheet of aluminum foil when I need to simmer something covered.

I'm ordering a second one because this is a great price for this workhorse of a pan.

Jill's Cuisnart review
This pan clearly is the best pan I have ever owned. It is not dishwasher safe, but it is so easy to wash you do not even mind the handwashing. No added fat is needed even for frying eggs. I just wished I owned more pans of this quality. The lid does not warp so you get a nice seal when you place it in the oven. It is safe up to 450 degrees.

Cuisinart Saute Pan Makes French And Other Cooking Simple!
This is a fine saute pan. Perfect for caramelizing onions and mushrooms, garlic, sauces, and other elegant enhancers for your great meals. I often brown meat and poultry as well in this pan. Non-stick hard anodized, of course, means low temps and easy cleanup. Sometimes I make an entire course in this pan. I can keep it warm in the oven while serving another course or until another dish is ready to serve with it. It is a nice size too. Not as heavy to handle and not as expensive as other premium cookware. I like the way it looks and I trust Cuisinart to stand behind their lifetime warranty.

Great value, extremely versatile
I've had this fantastic pot for 3 weeks and so far I've used it to make chili, sauces, sausage and meatballs, soups, rice and risotto with meat and vegetables, saute'd chopped meat, fish and veggies; mashed potatoes; and to boil 6 ears of medium sized corn and up to one lb. of pasta. The best features are: quick and even heating; sturdy without being bulky and very easy to clean - makes me want to use it again and again.

I bought several pieces of Cuisinart cookware, but this pot is my favorite in the product line. I have only one suggestion for improvement - add an accessory for steaming fish and vegetables -then it will be the perfect 'cooks-it-all' pan.

What A Great Deal!
When I saw the price of this Cuisinart soup pot I thought it was an error! But I think this pot is great and I use it several times a week or more. We like soups and chili and taco filling. This is an excellent non-stick pan that goes from the stove-top to the oven and looks great on the table or my wrought iron shelf. Everyone should have this premium pot in their kitchen!

We love this pan!
We have 5 children and I usually cook a lot of casseroles and one dish meals. This is the perfect pan when your cooking for a larger family or entertaining guests. It goes from stove top to oven with no problem, and the finish is so beautiful it goes right to the table for serving. It heats so evenly and efficiently I find I need to use lower heat settings on the stove top. Clean up is a snap too. We love cooking with this pan and would highly reccomend it.

Good Product, Good Price
The quality of manufacture was very good. The heating distribution is very good, so much that you can use a lower setting than you think. It handles the oven (even at high temp)in good fashion. Good looking design, good price, VERY good product.

Cuisinart 6-quart anodized aluminum saucepan with lid
From the moment I unopened the box and took out this beauty I have used it every day. I can't praise it enough--easy to clean, handsome to look at, nothing sticks, heats up quickly, does everything it should and more. It is so much better than my old Revere Ware saucepan of the same size which had worn through the first coat of stainless steel, the copper bottom was impossible to keep shiney, and the handles (plastic) had lost their lustre from about 45 years of use. Joanne Evens, Granite Bay, CA USA

beyond expectations
Okay, it's a saucepot, right? No! It hasn't been off my stove since I opened the box. I would not have thought that there could be such a tremendous difference between pots, but I'm sold now.

I've used Revere Ware heavy stainless steel stockpots for years and have been satisfied with them. I've used the Cuisinart hard anodized cookware and Calphalon non-stick over the years too. It was time to get a non-stick pot for all those slow-simmered items I make during the colder months. Having used the Cuisinart non-stick II in saucepan form, I knew that the surface wouldn't peel up and that the items were well made. I had no idea what an absolute joy this saucepot would be.

For example: sauteing vegetables prior to making sauce. Not only do they not stick in this saucepot, they actually cook faster, more evenly, and with (of course) much less oil needed. Browning meats is a dream since the fat can be easily removed without the meat having vulcanized itself onto the bottom of the pot. Soups cook gently without scorching.

The lid fits well and the handle stays cool even though it doesn't look like it should.

It's time to finally put up my potrack and to slowly but surely replace all my "good" cookware with great cookware.

FYI - I've tried just about every "name brand" non-stick professional cookware on the market. This is by far the best.

Awesome!
The disk makes really cute slightly curved (due to blade rotation) french fries. Good quality, easy to use product.

A great product
This is one of the most useful things you can have in your kitchen (as long as you have the right tools to go with it). If you cook a lot, buy this along with the processor.

This pot is awesome!
I love this pot! It has a very heavy bottom, so you know you won't end up with those annoying burner coils branded into the bottom of the pot. The heavy bottom also helps to retain heat, so you don't ever need to turn the knob to "Hi" to boil water. Save on that electric bill! The non-stick coating is great...life is so much nicer when you've slaved away on your gourmet meal and all you have to do to clean up is wipe out the pot with some water and soap. No more scrubbing! This pot is all stainless, no aluminum...so its completely safe to store your most acidic meals (like spaghetti sauce) in the fridge. I totally recommend it.

Keeps food warm for longer time!
I love this pot. I bought it from Amazon[.com] just couple of months ago and I have been using it for everyday cooking. The best thing about this pot is, it keeps food warm for 4-5 hrs after cooking. And also it is easy to clean! I would recommend it to anyone.

Great pan!
Was looking for several things: a good lasting alternative to nonstick, useful on my glasstop stove, no long handles to arrange in the dishwasher (or store in the cabinet,) able to broil in the oven without worry (and go straight to table,) and a comfortable size to saute, braise or stirfry for my small family. This pan has become my favorite. I was afraid it might be too shallow, but the angle of the sides is just right. Egg frying goes better than expected, and I might just try that Potatoes Anna recipe! Heat conduction is fast and even--have to keep the heat down--medium high at the most. Those little handles don't seem to get hot on top of the stove. I'm thinking of getting the 2 quart one as well for the deeper sides. Great prices, too!

Very pleased with this...
I have always wanted a good au gratin pan, so I finally
comparitive shopped for about a month and chose the Cuisinart
9 1/2 in. I couldn't be more pleased with it's performance.
It is as beautiful as it is functional, and cleans easily
with a plastic scour pad in spite of the baked on cheese.
The clad bottom is an extra plus in my electric oven, most
bakeware overheats from the bottom coil at any height, but
with this pan I can bake under 400 degrees with uniform results.
The seal on the lid is quite impressive, I recommend highly
that you offset the lid immediately after removing it from
the oven.

A really versatile pot!!!
The 9 quart Cuisinart stock pot is perfect for so many things. I used it for soups, chop suey, goulash, and spaghetti and absolutely love it. It is tall enough to prevent most spattering while cooking and the stainless steel cleans up like a charm. Mine still looks brand new. Also the solid construction of the bottom of the pot is very heat-conductive for uniform cooking on the edges as well as in the middle. I am a very satisfied customer.

LOVE THE LOOKS, LOVE THE WORK OF THIS STOCKPOT
I came from a large family and just about all of us love to cook. I buy things I like to look at and enjoy working with. I am partial to Cuisinart. It isn't as expensive as some top-of-the-line cookware but it looks fantastic, it is well made and everything cooks evenly at relatively low temperatures. I use this particular stockpot for a wide variety of recipes. The Cuisinart 9 qt. stainless steel stockpot is excellent for browning meat and vegetables for stews or soups or marinating food. All of the normal uses and even unusual dishes like cerviche. It is great for sterilizing jelly jars and waterbath canning. I place a round s/s wire rack in the stockpot to keep my jars off the bottom. I dislike cooking in aluminum. I feel safe with stainless steel and it cleans easily and still shines on my baker's shelf. Stainless steel lasts forever too!

Mr Slice
"Big Red" is not exactly what I would call compact, but he's real
handsome in a retro sort of way. More importantly,
he delivers perfect toast every time. With all dials and
buttons working the way they should and a 3 year warranty, this toaster exudes confidence.

Now this is a toaster!
I bought this Cuisinart toaster about a month ago. Previously, I owned a cheap Toastmaster two slice toaster that I had since college.

This toaster is compact but has everything you could need. It has slots wide enough for homemade bread and bagels, a reheat and defrost button and a cancel button. It is a very powerful toaster for sandwich bread. The first time I used it I was too excited to read the instructions first so I set the LED dial at 5 which was the level I used on my Toastmaster. That was a mistake because I burnt the toast crisp. This toaster I only have to set to a 2 to get my toast a nice brown shade. It really puts off the heat. I don't eat bagels so I can't say how it does on them. On Toaster Strudels it works well at a level 4 or 5 setting.

I love this toaster and would buy it again!
