This design has been around since the 1930's and it's still a good one. We have lots of Fiesta, old and new. We use the Fiestaware every day, not the rare older pieces, but the new stuff. This little sugar and creamer on the tray is great for afternoon informal tea (that's when the hostess doesn't wear gloves). The capacity is rather small but just right for a small group. Since we don't have many people who will come to tea (they either don't like tea or us) this is perfect. Dishwasher and microwave safe, all the fiestaware is pretty durable. The little tray can also be used for other things too, canapes, bon bons, or feed two cats sides by side. Available in lots of colors, we have the salmon (that's really pink) set.

I low this set. Whenever I have company or just everyday it is a nice way to present a complete coffee or tea service.

Sure beats my smaller one. This is a very attractive and inexpensive addition to your espresso way of living. From now on you will feel proud and confident whenever you have a guest is over, and she or he marvel at your smooth barrista-like technique. The handle is very nice also. Great investment. Maybe Santa will bring you one?

This is a great addition to any expresso machine. Most machines do not come with the foaming cup so this is a needed product. It was just the right size and the metal was easy to keep cold to give a better froth.

There are too many great things to say about this little device: It's affordable to anybody, even if you are a student stuck living at school. It's compact, you can store it anywhere--a closet, your car, your office, the kitchen cabinet. It's powerful--I have plugged it in and in just minutes began working on an entire three course meal for six people with only this unit to work with. It's easy to clean--this is one of the few products out there that is every bit as easy to clean as the commercials show it to be on TV. It's is economical, using very little electricity to do a just that would waste electricity in a conventional oven or even an older model microwave oven. It's versatile--I have cooked everything from thin pieces of tempeh strips to thick steaks and it cooks both to perfection. You never would have been able to convince me to buy anything on TV before (and most certainly not from a former boxing champion...) but since a friend both this grill for me I have thanked them time and again (and in turn bought the same gift for many a friend of my own).

I like the double duty grill. This is the 4th George Foreman grill I have owned. The 1st was too small, the 2nd wore out and the 3rd was accidentally knocked off the counter because it was too big. This one is just the right size. The best thing is that from reading reviews, I learned how to clean the grill. I used to dread cleaning it! But after reading a review, I learned to wet paper towels, put them on the grill and close the lid. After about 15 minutes the grill was cool enough to clean and the paper towels wiped everything off the grill!!!!!!!!!!
I took it to work & we cooked hot dogs for a crowd. Do you know what kind of build-up that caused? It came right off with the wet paper towel method. George should recommend this method of cleaning in his instruction manual.

This knife is great for hard cheeses, I can cut them without the slices crumbling to pieces. It feels very comfortable and sturdy in my hand like my other Global knife. The blade has a serrated edge so you will not be able to sharpen it easily, but if you only use it for cheese, it should stay sharp for a long time. This is another beautiful Global knife.

It is great for semi-hard and hard cheeses (although I would not strongly recommend it for Parmesan cheese, despite that it worked fine for me, since Wustohof parmesan cheese knife is appreciably more efficient for that purpose). Don't pay much attention on those that tell You advices such as that other [less expensive] imitations with similar shape would do the same job (I tried several of those prior I got Global). On the other hand, don't expect this knife to do a good job for soft cheeses.
Global knifes need a tad amount of attention and care, and in return beside superb design and balance (of course, which is an individual thing) are very thankful and durable. So if You are not cheese addict and prepared to give this knife care that it needs, then rather buy something else (cheaper that You can toast and replace after short time) - but of course, You won't know what You are missing ...

As a professional chef, I would buy this knife again and again. The factory edge is amazing, I have never seen a knife as sharp as this, right out of the box. Even with the Deba having only one side it is extremely easy to sharpen. I have used all the major knife brands and I find the steel in all of Global knives to be of the best quality.You can not go wrong if you purchase of this knife!

This knife is simply a joy to use. It's nicely weighted, but not heavy. It feels great in your hand. And it's the sharpest knife I've cut with. It is beveled only on the right side (the side you see in the photo), while the other side is flat. This shape causes what you are cutting to glide neatly off to the right. The Deba is especially fine for cutting fish for sushi or sashimi, or even that basil chiffonade. I find myself using it for almost everything. As long as you're not left-handed, you won't regret this purchase.
