These dishes are not only pretty heavy and sturdy, but they are also great looking. When the dishes were shipped to me, one was broken, but when I called Pfaltzgraff, their customer service was exceptional and they sent me a new dish at no extra charge to me and I didn't have to deal with sending the old one back or anything.

Really like these dishes. Good quality everyday dishes. Very cheerful looking, versatile, and easy to take care of.

These utensils are beautiful yet functional and sturdy. VERY PLEASED.

My wife and I registered for this pattern when we were married 5 years ago. We recieved 16 place settings so we returned 8 thinking we would want something different in the future when kids came along. We now have 2 kids and have lost a few pieces and wish we still had the other 8 settings! It is rugged, yet elegant enough for everyday or formal. We love it.

I bought this for myself and enjoyed it so much that I've bought it for 3 other people. It is a nice big size and washes easily. It is also very attractive and neutral enough that it goes with anything.

I love all the Naturewood items, some more than others however this item is one of the better ones. The set is not glued together like most other sets which locks you in to use it as a chip and dip set and nothing else. This item is a two piece seperate set which opens up many possibilities for other uses. We have used it for many different things, THAT alone makes it a valuable piece.

This is the most awesome mug for your at home latte's! We have all the Naturewood place settings and the regular sized mugs just don't work for those latte's and cappachinos. This was the best buy we've made in a long time. Buy this and enjoy those cool evenings this fall and winter with homemade lattes!

Another wonderful piece from the Pfaltzgraff Pistoulet collection. Perfect size for water. A must have if you are collecting this dinnerware.

I have enjoyed every piece of Pistolet that I have bought, and am collecting it. Its' brightness uplifs my day in the mornings, and the quality of the stonewaree is excellent, the sizes sensible for a family, and don't have that boring feeling of every dish being the same. Casseroles with a bunny for my granddaughter, large soup tureens through to coffee mugs, I spark up when using it, find it easy to clean and very imaginative. Salaidh.

While this pitcher may be great for serving beverages, I find that it looks particularly charming holding a small springtime bouquet. I am using mine as a decorative addition to my corner cupboard.

I have almost the entire line of Pistoulet dinnerware, and love it all. This platter is so charming that I have it displayed prominently on my table and I have gotten many compliments on it already. The picture is individually hand painted and finished off with a nice gloss. I love the golden color that surrounds the picture--it is so warm and cozy. I can't wait to use this for a special dinner like Easter or Thanksgiving.

This serving piece makes a beautiful display item for a cupboard or hutch. The picture is too pretty to hide with food!

I ordered this platter in Jan. 2004 because of its versatility
from micro to oven to freezer and so on,the fact that I didn't have to spend 30-40 dollars on it was key as well. The price I got it for was mind boggling. I purchased it as a oven platter to make crab or clam dip in, as well as artichoke dip . But primarily for the price, and now that I have had a multitude of parties and impromptu parties coming in late at night from the Club. Every one has thought I spent a small fortune on this platter, And it is simply beautiful ( the pictures do it no justice) and I wanted to order about 5 more and the price has tripled since I ordered it. I had planned on getting them for gifts for friends, but Alas I will keep my eye on them until they go on sale again............... You will love it too. I also did

We registered for the entire Pfaltzgraff Rio set when we got married in 2000. We use the set everyday (and we always put them in the dishwasher) and they look as good today as the day we received them. When people first looked at our registry, they complemented the look and sturdiness of the set and we continue to get compliments to this day. I would HIGHLY recommend this item. My only suggestion is to buy more than one if you plan on hosting family parties for more than 8 people.
