    Best Toothbrush Ever!!!!
I bought one of the Braun Oral-B 3D toothbrushes about 2 years ago when they first came out. I am one of those people who dreads going to the dentist ( probably beacause of the inevitable cavity). It was about 4 years since I went to the dentist when I went last week. I fully expected big problems like cavities or even a root canal, because when I had gone to the dentist last time (4 years ago) I had a couple cavities and also some gingivitis. To make matters worse I drink soda almost every day. After I told my dentist this I could see the Dollar signs in his eyes. He did a ton of x-rays, and then left to examine them. When he came back into the room, he had a kind of stunned look on his face. I had no cavities and my gums were perfect. No, I never floss either. I told him that I had been using the Braun for the last 2 years. He told me to definetly continue using it. I only brush at night, but I always go the full 2 minutes on the timer. By the way, my wife had been using the Braun for the same amount of time. She saw the same dentist on the same day. No cavities after 2 years and perfect gums. Buy the 3-D. It's DEFINETLY worth the extra money. P.S., I use the cheap Ultra Brite toothpaste.

    Will last a long time!
Once you have used an electric toothbrush, there is no turning back. I find they work best with a baking soda style toothpaste. You can also find tooth polishing powders in your local drugstore and you will feel like you just visited the dentist for a teeth cleaning.

If you have sensitive gums, be careful about the pressure you use when brushing. You really don't need to press the brush that hard up against your teeth. Overbrushing can cause gums to recede and that is not something you want to deal with.

I can't think of a better present for a relative or friend. It is a gift of good health. I have owned this toothbrush for over 5 years. You can color code the toothbrushes and you can take the rechargable toothbrush with you when travelling.

A great purchase for health! You will be amazed at how clean your teeth will feel! The replacements are even availiable here on Amazon. How convenient! :) You can order a replacement toothbrush with a book or two. Amazon will soon have it all. :)

    Great product
I've used a few different models of Oral-B electric toothbrushes over the years and been very happy with all of them. My dentist is always telling me that my teeth are in great shape, and even that my gums look great (and I don't have the heart to tell him that I'm too lazy to floss). The rotating bristles do really well at getting between the teeth and along the gumline, where it's hard to clean with a manual brush.

    Great product, deceiving picture
This trimmer is great. I got it after reading all the other reviews and I have to agree with everyone about how good a trimmmer it is. The only disappointment I have is I expected a carrying case for the trimmer, like on the picture, but it did not have one included.

    Great little trimmer!
This trimmer is sure to keep your lower pubic area neat and tidy! You can adjust the length, so you have control of how much you trim and how much you keep. It doesn't get you completely bald down there, but since I had read the reviews before purchasing this product I wasn't expecting it to. -For that I would suggest some Skintimate shaving cream and a Mach 3 razor. Oh, and some Bikini Zone as well. I personally prefer to just have mine neat and in order instead of completely shaved and so far this trimmer has kept me from having to deal with razor bumps.

Another plus is that it comes with a form showing you how you can order more parts if you need to. The top is adjustable and can come off for shaping up the edges and then it resembles regular hair clippers. (I didn't know about that until I had received it.) Anyway, if you lose that top part or drop it and accidentally step on it or something, you're gonna wanna replace just that part instead of the whole trimmer. It's a little less stressful for me if I know -before I use the product- that if I screw something up, I can just order that particular part.

All in all, I'm really glad I purchased this product!

*****Special Note About The Product's Color: THIS PRODUCT IS NOT JUST FOR WOMEN. MEN CAN BENEFIT FROM USING THIS TRIMMER, TOO. IT'S PRETTY GOOD.*****

Tidy for baby delivery and more
During the delivery of my little girl by C-section, the doctor/nurses kept talking about how "neat" my pubic area was. They complimented the prep-nurse, who finally told them that she didn't do the prep, that I came in that way. Needless to say, I love this product and have been using it for years, both before and after the birth.

    Works well
I've always used the beard/sideburn trimmer on my Braun electric shaver, but I received the Panasonic beard and moustache trimmer as a Christmas gift. I have to say that it is much simpler to use for this specialized purpose.

With an electric shaver, I always had to be careful about getting too close to a beard, or else I would create a nice bald spot for a few days. This meant trimming the beard after a morning coffee to be more awake... The guard on the Panasonic makes this task much more of a no-brainer. I can set it to the optimal hair length, and just run it across my beard and moustache to get a nice even look. The rechargeable battery seems to last pretty long as well.

On travel, I'll probably stick with my electric shaver, as I don't want to lug around two shaving appliances. That gets to the only real caveat about a product like this. A beard/moustache trimmer will never take the place of an electric shaver, but for its specialized purpose, the Panasonic works quite well.

    Best of the best
Only trimmer better than this is the one it replaced. The old model was more powerful.

Been using this model for a few years now. Outstanding is the only word I can use.

    Advantages:
    * rechargable batteries that last.
    * Can use power cord as well for low battery situations or for a little extra power for that extra extra thick beard.
    * Holds charge for a long time.
    * Long life (mine is many years old)
    * Depth guard stays in place firmly - no changing settings by accident (improvement over old model)
    * easy to clean and lubricate, blade pops off easily without tools
    * wider path than most other trimmers
    * depth guard can be quickly and easily removed for edging beard and be reset without changing setting
    * build in power converter (not tried)
    * solid design, firm clicks on dial. High quality plastic.

Only slight negative is the power could be a tad better on battery. But still far more powerful than any other cordless trimmer I have tried.

Best value. Not cheapest, but performance outweighs any price issue. Worth the price. If you have a beard and need/want a cordless trimmer, look no further.

The best trimmer I've ever owned
I have owned a number of beard trimmers and maintained a variety of facial topiary. This is by far my favorite yet. I am picky about trimmers, too. In fact, I bought this trimmer only two weeks after buying and trying a different trimmer and being totally disappointed. I gave that one to my dad, and stepped up to the ER203K. How can I be excited about a trimmer? One reason is enough -- this trimmer has the finest and most numerous adjustment settings of any trimmer I have ever found. With my previous trimmers, I was always stuck between settings -- I could never get those extremely dense areas of my beard short enough without accidentally leaving a whole in my beard. Not with this guy, though.

Everything else (battery life; cord; construction; ease of use) is very good about this trimmer, but the setting selection is what I really can rave about!

A Giant Leap Forward in Dental Care.
I bought a similar model of Sonicare toothbrush about four years ago and I still marvel at how well it works. Honestly, when the price comes down everyone will own one of these.

I never used to enjoy brushing and I never used to brush my teeth as much as they needed it. I was just too lazy. My teeth were a little discolored and my gums were consistently a little puffy around the tooth. Then I bought the Sonicare with the interval timer and I'll never switch back to a manual toothbrush.

After the first few brushings my teeth were noticably whiter and after a few months I noticed the puffiness in my gums was gone.

At 30,000 strokes per minute it's like brushing hundreds of times with a manual brush. But all you have to do is "aim the brush" while it glides back and forth across your teeth. It feels like a vibrator in your hand. The timer pulses every thirty seconds to prompt you to switch from front to back of teeth and from top to bottom. After two minutes it shuts itself off after what is supposedly the ideal length of brushing time.

You can also take this brush with you when traveling as it works for more than a week without recharging.

    Could it have any downsides?

Although I consider it easily worth every penny, the upfront cost is staggering compared to a manual toothbrush. It also requires a replacement brush head approximately every six months at about $15 each. But this is a sophisticated unit and is more like a medical device than a disposable supply item. The only thing they have in common is the brushes on the end and I'm sure the Sonicare is higher quality.

It is important to note that the brush head will slowly wear out without any visible sign of wear. The performance gradually degrades until the unit seems nonfunctional. I know because I tried to save money by not replacing the brush heads according to schedule. Fortunately all the moving and wearable parts (including brush, magnets and metal connecting parts) are in the brush head and when they are replaced performance is restored to like new again.

The first time you use this product it may make your teeth hypersensitive for a few days (because of the vibration) and while its permanent and rechargeable battery will last through most trips it is physically larger and takes slightly more space to pack than a manual brush.

Now I have never had to share the brush with anyone so I never had to switch brush heads on a daily basis. This seems to me like it would be an enormous hassle as you have to unthread and detach the head each time. While this is possible, I would probably buy two units instead if the finances allowed.

This is one of the best purchases I've ever made. I like it so much that I want other amazon.com readers to know about it too.

In summary, if you think you might like it and you can afford it, then go ahead and get one. They last a long time...

A Good Product At A Great Price
We have had this Sonicare Sonic Toothbrush set for almost a year now and are very happy with it. When my husband had his permanent upper bridge completed, our dentist recommended this unit for the duality of its keeping dentrifices and natural teeth in good health with its powerful, yet, gentle enough rotating bristle action.

We appreciate the long time battery charge, comfortable grip, ease of use, and just the way it makes your mouth feel so good. My husband always reminds me to pack his "oral massage" when we travel. Laughing....if he had just used this before, he might not have HAD to get that permanent bridge! What a savings that would have been. I like cleaning my tongue with the tickling ends, (lightening the pressure by hand) keeping any halitosis in check.

Note: if you brush your teeth frequently, (3-4 times per day), you may want to buy some extra brushes in advance, they do tend to wear quickly as they keep everything clean and almost plaque-free.

Amazon.com has this at a great price.(we paid much more) In my opinion, a perfect practical gift of health anytime, possibly even for those teens headed off to college who might need a fun 'lil maternal reminder to--"keep brushing your teeth!"

Sonicare is riding the wave of the future
The biggest complaint I hear from people about electric tootbrushes is that the replacement heads are too expensive. Come now, that was the type of thinking that would have killed the Industrial Revolution!

For anyone who really cares about dental hygeine or even just the way they look to other people, you can't not use an electric toothbrush anymore. I laughed at the idea at first, but once I began using one I will never be able to use a regular toothbrush again without feeling like my mouth isn't clean. When you go to the dentist--what type of toothbrush does he/she use on you? Electric--for a reason, because it cleans better.

The marginally higher cost of replacing the heads rather than buying an entirely new disposable toothbrush is insignificant when you actually feel as clean as you can when you use an electric brush. Personal dental care has evolved to the next step, and you don't want to be caught be the last person using a slide ruler because you were too frugal to purchase the more expensive but more effective calculator.

Your teeth (and anyone who comes in contact with them) will thank you.

Best Toothbrush Ever and excellent customer service!!
This is the best toothbrush I have ever used! I had tons of dental work done 3 years ago, despite my brushing 3x's a day and flossing regularly. I got the brush 18 months ago and have had no dental problems at all. When I went in for a cleaning my dentist asked me why I was there, he said I had no plaque at all. He could not believe that I had not had a cleaning in the past year. The brush just quit working recently and sonicare sent me a new one free of charge. They said peroxide toothpaste is not good for the handle. The best customer service ever!!

    Can't live without it!
This is one of those things which you think is completely a waste of money or just a novelty gadget if you have not tried it, but you just cant imagine what life was without it once you have it. This toothbrush is just great. It gives me that "after-the-dentist-cleaning-feeling" every time I finish brushing my teeth. Those hard to clean areas behind your teeth are easily cleaned with this toothbrush. But it could be a lot easier if the brush head were angled though, which I think sonicare have with their new Sonicare Elite line. I didnt buy the Elite because it costs about 40 dollars more, but looking back, It would have been well worth it. But the advance model is still great, and now I cant live without it.

Probably the best electric toothbrush on the market
Sonicare makes the most professional electric toothbrush on the market, as far as I can tell - at least that is marketed and sold to normal consumers. The brushhead moves so fast (I think around 30,000 rpm) that it just feels completely different from most other electric toothbrushes that run at a fraction of that speed. Because of the super-fast revolution, it's supposed to create sonic waves (thus the name) that breaks plaque up. You also do not have to brush as hard as other electric toothbrushes but still get an even better feeling of having really cleaned your teeth after a brush. This particular model of their brush is really helpful because it beeps every 30 seconds to tell you to move to another quadrant of your mouth, so that you give equal and adequate brushing time to all your teeth.

I did have one problem with this brush. After about a year it stopped working and despite cleaning, charging, replacing the brush head, etc., it simply would not work. Well, I contacted Sonicare, and they sent me over a replacement since there is a two-year warrenty on the brush! They did mention that they had recently discovered that certain toothpastes - with peroxide and/or whitening could degrade the plastic and cause water to get to the battery inside and ruin it. I don't have such toothpaste right now, but I'm sure it's possible I had some over the last year or so I had the brush before it stopped working, so just be careful and use only a plain paste or gell with the brush, and keep your warrenty and manual just in case!

Amazon was irresponsible and I never received my sonicare
I waited two weeks to receive my Sonicare ordered through Amazon and I never received it. I'm sure it's a wonderful product but now I will never know (actually I'll order it through drugstore.com so I will know soon enough). Amazon was incredibly unhelpful and I had to chase a package around until finally it got cancelled. Amazon prides itself on its personal recommendations but I'm terribly disappointed with their level of service and advise others not to use them.

Amazed and pleased with the results after one week
I had heard from 2 of my friends that they loved their Sonicare toothbrush so I thought I would give it a try and see if I could cut down on the yearly cleanings that I need (3 or 4!). After using the toothbrush for one week (3x/day) I can already see and feel a noticable difference. Even though I was spending more than 2 minutes carefully brushing my teeth manually 3x/day and flossing - after using the Sonicare my teeth look whiter, feel cleaner, and my gums are feeling healthy. (You still should floss daily!)

During my first brushing session I was unsure if I would grow used to the vibrating action but after a couple of sessions I grew accustomed to it and now actually enjoy the sensation.

Another family member is also using the Sonicare (I have the PL-4 model). She had dental surgery for tooth implants a few months ago and was given a mouth rinse to use by her oral surgeon that stained her teeth black. After using the Sonicare for one week - she has noticed a noticible improvement in the removal of the stain.

The one issue I am concerned about is the recycling of the plastic/metal in the brush heads and nickel/cadmium batteries after the life of the unit is past. I hope that Sonicare has some provision for users to recycle the brush heads as they do the batteries. Consumers should not just toss these in the trash to end up in a landfill - but ask the manufacturer to recycle the plastic, metal and batteries in the brushes and the handle.

Other than the recycling issue for the brush heads, on performance - I would highly recommend this toothbrush. It is expensive - but it does deliver the promised results!

This is more a question than a review
I just receive this scale today. So far I would say it is rather easy to setup and the weight is at least consistent and I hope it is accurate. However, it is only allowed to store up to two people's personal data which is kind of annoying when there are three people in my household. And there is no short-cut way to use the scale without entering personal data.
Now my biggest question is how the body fat is calculated. Even though the reading is consistent each time, when I switch my personal data from male to female, just to play around with the scale, my body fat suddenly jump from 14.5% to 26% even though my weight reading, height and age remain the same. Either the calculation is way off or the formula it used is gender-dependent, hopefully it is the latter. Anyone has an idea?

Great product for a great value!
I bought this scale eight months ago, switching from a medium-priced digital model available at many department stores. To fully explain why I love this scale, I have to explain the old scale. Every morning, I would step on the old scale at least three times, and then take the weight I got most often. Sometimes, it took six or seven readings, to get the same weight twice, and the number would vary by up to four pounds! I got fed up and bought my Tanita.

Whew! What a relief! I can step on it twenty-seven times in a row (okay, I haven't done it that many times, but I have stepped on and off up to five times), and get the exact same weight, down to the decimal point! That alone is worth the price.

Then, there's the body fat monitor. I've found it extremely accurate for me (unfortunately, the reading is higher than I'd like, but...). Be SURE to read and follow the directions, which call for taking the bf% reading in the evening, when you're fully hydrated. There is fat, and then lean body mass (LBM), which is made up of your bones, organs, muscle, and water, so if you're slightly dehydrated, as we usually are in the morning, the reading will be off, making your fat percentage higher than it really is. Yet another incentive to drink that water!

I keep charts for my weight and my bf%, so I weigh once in the morning for my weight chart, and once in the evening for the bf%. Of course, my evening weight is slightly higher as well, due to food and water intake, but I can at least see the lovely downward trend of my fat weight, and the relatively steady number of my LBM.

This scale is easy to use, has a nice memory feature, plus one for guests, which is nice. The memory feature means you don't have to enter your height, gender and age every time you step on it, and the guest feature is nice for very occassional users, so they won't have to take up a spot in the memory.

It takes easy to find AA batteries, and let's you know when their getting low, but I pushed mine to the limit, to see how long they would go once the "LO" started flashing, and I've been pleasantly surprised.

    Works real well
This scale is good. Weight is accurate, Body fat % is accurate, easy to use. You can store two peoples profiles and it has a guest option if other want to use it.

The only downside is that it does not start up automatically when you step on it. But it is fast, easy and accurate to use. The packaging and product quality are far superior to similar priced models from Taylor.

I can breathe clearly now.. The hair is gone..
I never thought I had a need for a hair trimmer of any sort.. I've never seen hair in my ears and I have a full mustache that blends in right up to my nostrils.. However, after shaving my mustache off, I noticed my nose hair was a little longer than I'd expect..

I read the review for this product on Amazon and wondered how so many customers could speak so highly of a nose hair trimmer.. That was until I received mine today and put a single AA battery into it, turned it on and began to use it in less than two minutes from its arrival..

This has to be the most effective means of getting rid of your unwanted nose/ear hair that's actually fun, safe and semi-enjoyable (for the tickling effect)..

If you're hairs are going astray and if you're having a bit more of a difficult time breathing than normal, try this product out.. You will NOT be dissatisfied..

Finally, an ideal Christmas gift for your Uncle Walter
Everyone has an Uncle Walter. Great sense of humor, helps you fix things, wears Aqua-Velva. You just love him to death, but he's got twigs growing out of his nose, and more hair IN his ears than around them.

Well, now you can help get that fella on the road to suave. Get him a Panasonic brand Nose and Ear Hair Groomer.

You see, I too had that problem. To solve it I tried the small, blunt scissors--Nope, too many nosebleeds. I even tried that German Spring Clamp thing--imagine an Epilady for your nose, yanking the hairs out by the roots! In desperation I nabbed a Panasonic (frankly, it was Panasonic's prior version). And I am VERY pleased with the results. Helpful Hint: Always use a battery with some juice left in it. (If you use a tired, half-drained one, the blades grind slower and the result is more like the Pinch-Nez/Epilady thing).

The Panasonic is also very easy to clean. It has a nose-friendly design, works well to trim those eyebrows and it evens out your mustasche very nicely.

It may cost a few more bucks than those 'designer' groomers you see around, but in the long run you'll be happy with a well-designed tool that simply does the job well.

    Buy It NOW!
If your looking at the reviews for this product then you or someone you know needs this product!

It tickles a little but does a fantastic job (I can put up with that).

As a female who wants to look nice, I don't want stray nose hairs taking someones attention away from the topic at hand. I also wouldn't want to be known for my nose hairs in somes conversation about me, so "off with the little beasties!"

    USE A TOWEL!!
Upon first use, I was very dissapointed. There was very little steam generated by this machine. I decided later give it a second chance. After all, if there was any more steam being created, it would burn the skin!! After using a towel to cover my head I was more pleased with this spa. Keeping the steam contained with the towel helped me to feel the steam. I am happy with this purchase and I will be using it every night.

Won't regret on buying this product!
I received this about a week ago and just used it for the very first time. I have never purchased a facial spa or facial sauna before. I chose this is because Conair's quality never disappoint me and this has the smaller cone for sinus relief. I have bad allegies during winter and spring seasons. Now, I don't need to jump into the shower to relief my sinus problems. It is easy to use, easy to clean and it heats up fast.

After using the facial sauna for 8 minutes, I put on the mask. I found it a lot better than just using the mask on cleansed face only. By using the facial sauna, it opened up the pores.

I didn't regret on purchasing this product and I highly recommend it!

    I'm a believer
Okay, truth be told, this is not the exact model I have. I received the model 3701AXA for Christmas. I guess you would say that I have the baseline model of this machine. No frills, no added features, just the plain steam spouting conical facial spa.

I was skeptical about how effective this little machine would be. I washed my face with biore warming facial cleanser as I waited for the steam to begin. I placed a towel over my head to keep as much steam in as possible. Immediately, I could feel my pores opening up and my face feeling that numb, clean, tingly feeling. After a while sweat began to fall off of the tip of my nose. Normally, this would be an uncomfortable thing, but it was almost like I could feel the impurities leaving my face.

About half way through the container of water, I went to the bathroom to look in the mirror. What do you know? I could hardly see any impurities in my pores! Even the little dark pores in the crevice between my bottom lip and my chin were gone. (I have been trying to get rid of those for some time now.)

I decided to wash my face again with biore since my pores were so completely opened up. Then I went back to the spa to let the steam remove any remaining residue from the cleanser. Once all the water had left the container, I decided I was finished. I went back to the bathroom and splashed cold water on my face to close my pores while they were so refreshingly clean.

Overall, I would rate this experience as a 9 out of 10. I feel so clean and relaxed. I never write reviews, but I am just in awe of this little machine. My face looks and feels so soft! I would guess that I will be using this machine at least once a week.

    I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEVICE!

(Again, I am using just the basic model, but I would think that any other model would be at least this great, if not better. Steam is steam, right?)
