I have very thick, wavy hair, and this iron did NOT work on it at all. It doesn't open very wide, the combs pulled my hair, and the steam option just made my hair frizz. I gave it to Good Will. On the recommendation of my stylist, I found a much better iron for much cheaper -- the Hot Tools Professional 170 Watt iron works great and does my hair quickly. I can iron all my hair in only a few minutes, it gets really straight, and it doesn't damage my hair.

I found that this product was average, but not the best I've ever used. It did heat up very fast, in 2 or 3 minutes like it says, so that was good. I found the mist to be somewhat helpful, but I didn't really see what difference it did. The downside was that it has a limited opening so it was hard to fit large amounts of hair in it, therefore the process took a lot longer. It also didn't completely straighten my hair (the ends were still wavy) but I was happy with the results. If you're looking for a cheap straightener, this one's for you. If you'd like better results though and are willing to put down the money, I'd go for a more expensive one.

I straighten my hair a lot, so this was the perfect time to try something other than a blow dryer which took me about 45 minutes. I didn't use the steam, beacuase moisture makes my hair friz. I enjoyed the comb that combed out my hair while straightening, and it helped to curl under the ends of my hair, which always looks nice. It heated up quickly, and did an excellent job. It seems to be better on my hair than the blow-drying was. The only problem was that the combs got stuck in my hair because it didn't open up enough, but after a while i got the hand of it. This is an excellent product for people with curly, or wavy hair.

I was so disappointed in this clipper set. The combs that attach to the clipper had really rough edges that scratch the scalp of the person getting the haircut. I've always used Conair before, so I am going back to the Conair clippers. Their combs have smooth, rounded edges that are much more comfortable.

but unless you are really motivated in learning how to use it...and that you have plenty of volunteers, this kit will remain in the closet forever!! The instructions are pathetic; and the video is even worse.

The AccurEdge straight-edge for cutting bangs and longer hair (that came with this haircutting kit) is incredible and has saved me a lot of money. I am now able to give my daughters a precision trim at home, MYSELF, without the cost of a professional stylist.

When I ordered this, I had hoped it would produce "big waves". It works more like a crimper, and my hair came out frizzier than I had wanted. If you're looking for a smaller, crimped look, then you will like this product. If you are looking for a larger, wave look, then look for something else!

This was what I had expected, and gave my hair a really cool crimped style! I would recommend this item for teenagers or younger peeps!

I am 6 months pregnant and my husband bought this for me because my feet have been hurting. I was so excited to use it. When I did use it I was very disappointed. First of all, the picture on the box does not show a cord to plug in the spa. To me, that is one major downfall. You have to be close enough to a plug in order to use it. Second, since I am pregnant it is very heavy carrying the spa from the sink to a plug. When I used it, it did make my feet feel good, but definiately not what I was expecting. It just wasn't worth the effort. My husband massages my feet and that feels 10 times better than this foot spa. Also, it did not keep my warm water warm. After about 10 min. I could feel the water was not as hot as it was when I put it in there. Overall, I would say to buy a different one or have your husband massage your feet.

If you are looking for a simple spa then this is the one for you. Its nice to come home after a long days work and soak your feet is this! I have used other more expenise spas and this one is just as nice as the pricey ones.

Although wax units are messy and time consumning they make your hands feel great. This unit is really too small. You have to almost stand up and place one hand in to cover the whole hand. If you are sitting down you can't bend your wrist enough to cover it. Large units may cost abit more but you can cover up to your wrist and use on your feet as well.

This product HAD a great design idea but it was lost when the power cord ended at the paraffin spa, only to leave the nail dryer with 4 AA batteries. OOOOPS my mistake I meant nail blower,considering the instructions state 10-15 minute drying time per hand WHY BOTHER? Well maybe if you own a battery company. My advice is buy it for the spa.

This is just an awful product. Don't waste your time or money. The lack of power with this styler is almost comical it is so weak. I turned it on and had to laugh. It sounds like a toy fan is powering it. If you have hair longer than 2 inches and any thickness to it, DO NOT BUY THIS! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Vidal Sassoon should go back to the drawing board on this one. Stick with Conair products if you want a drying brush.

I have used this hot air styler for over a year and I wonder what I ever did without it. My hair has been short to medium length this year and I wash it every day. This is easy to use and gives me the height, body and bounce that I like. My local drug store has changed to Riteaid and no longer carries it so I am so glad to find it here. I'm going to order three so I can have one in each bathroom. You will love this product!
(If I turn it off after using it for a while I sometimes have to wait a few minutes for it to cool down so I can use it again so it must be time to buy a new one.)

I have extremely thick hair, even though this curling iron has different temperature settings, I don't think even the hottest is hot enough. Maybe it's impatience or maybe my hair is hard to curl, but I think hotter equals faster. Other than that I have not complaints.

Shaver has a great powerful motor and strong solid sharp blade. All that, though, is reduced because the darn beard guard is so cheap. It is not attached, so if you take it off, it's a pain to get it back on again! I just leave it on always.

I thought Amazon.com was a discount online store. You guys are selling these things at regular price. Sorry, but that is not cost effective for me. I will keep looking for a less expensive version.

The way it is described, you'd think one pass of the brush would eliminate all odors, but that is not the case. I was hoping that I could brush off any "smell-signs" of daily wear... the faint odor of soaps, body lotions, and/or light perspiration that gets into all clothes before they show any real signs of being "dirty". But I had to "bush" the clothes for several minutes (long after any lint was removed) to observe any decrease in what I would call "daily-wear" odor, and it never did disapear completely.

The lint brush itself works well, but can be awkward to brush clothes while wearing them (if you are right-handed) or on the hanger (if you are left-handed). The head of the lint-brush is not reversable to solve this problem, as it is on some lint brushes, and the cover for the batery in the handle often comes loose in your hand while you are brushing.

With any luck, someone else will have experimented with hanging an ionizer next to their clothes so that I can get an idea if long-term contact with an ionizer does any good. But it may be that the whole "ionizer-to-freshen-clothes" is just a bunch of hooey. Ionizers on the whole give off a smell like an electrical short, but this is what neutralizes other oders, and it is not a bad smell to some. The "electrical-short" smell dissipates quickly, and does not cling like other oders can. I look forward to reading other reviews on simmilar products.
