Great -- if it worked
This was offered during the Friday Sale for an unbelievably low price, and so I bought one to try it out. It worked great for the first bag -- and then the vacuum mechanism immediately stopped working.

We had bought a ton of food to store in these bags, and so we completed the storage process using my friend's more advanced model. From using my friend's version, I realized that this is a great concept (and product). But given the immediate failure of this entry-level version, I would give some pause before buying a reconditioned one.

You gotta get one at this price
I paid full price for mine and love it everytime I seal that extra steak or pork chop for later eats. The other day I was smelling some of the bars of soap I bought, so I vacuum packed five bars and they are smell proof now. You can take the air out of wine and keep it good for another night - why drink it all in one night? You can also keep your peanuts fresh for weeks. You know how they begin to turn on you as soon as you open the can. Thousands of uses. Get one - especially at this price.

Versatility abounds!
We love this gadget! We buy in bulk and use this to put the chicken, salmon, shrimp, cheese, etc. in meal-sized portions in the freezer or fridge. I prep the food and store it in the bags, which means I'm prepping veggies and meats only once per week (max), making mealtime a snap! I even put my meats in a marinade and then seal and freeze them - so delicious! We also store our flours and sugar in the containers. The containers are great for crushables like strawberries and lettuce, both of which go bad quickly if not sealed. The great thing about the bags is that we can go directly from fridge or freezer to microwave or boil right in the bag. These will be great for prepping food for camping, or even for sealing first-aid supplies, toiletries, etc. Now I'm even following suggestions on the bags: I cut the bags to a generally-usable size so that I can clean them out and re-use them! Definitely worth the investment!!!

Mr. Nozzle 100N Vac Tool Set
I bought this to replace my hose/tools on my Sears W/D vac. The hose is excellent, but the the tools are limited, as they don't want to stay seated in the hose. Sears tools won't fit the hose, but I only needed to add the brush attachment, which was easily adapted by a couple wraps of electrical tape on the hose itself.

This is the kind of vacuum hose you want!
I bought the hose for a Craftsman to replace a hose that pinched and clogged. Compared to the Sears hose, there is no comparison. This hose is infinitely more flexible and strong. The Sears (and any others I investigated) were cheap and a nuisance to handle.

If there were a downside, it would be that the inside diameter of the hose is smaller and therefore, the hose storage Sears engineered won't work. But I plan to engineer my own and even if that didn't work, it's still worth it.

In addition to its flexibility, this hose is also stronger and six feet longer than the one that came with the vacuum. So now, when you vacuum the inside of a car, you can open one door and do the whole car instead of moving from one side of the car to the other because the hose is too short or inflexible.

Bottom line, this hose is as good as you would hope it would be and is worth every penny.

Good hose, used for several months.
Very good hose overall. We use it most commonly with an older Sears large wet/dry shop vac. It is a far more practical hose than those provided with most vacuums; it has a far better combination of flexibility, length and resistance to crush (including under vacuum load) than the other OEM or replacement hoses available from Sears and several other manufactures. Be aware though that it has a smaller hose diameter than typical 2-1/2 vac hoses and that it does not come with an adapter to directly fit the female intake ports on 2-1/2" hose vacuums. You will probably need at least a male to male adapter.

Didn't last.
I only had this vacume cleaner for six months when it began emitting a horrible burning noise and wouldn't work. I have no pets and did not place this vacume cleaner under an undue strain.

This is the best Vaccum cleaner!
I totally agree with Karen. If you have pets, this is the machine for you. We have 1 long haired dog, and 4 cats. We vacuum 2-3x a day. This machine has lasted almost 2 years with NO PROBLEMS. Not even a broken belt. NO CLOGGING! This machine is powerful! It really does the job. Prior, we were going through vacuum cleaners 2x a year. They'd blow up, the motors would fry, and we'd have to use a wire hanger to unclog the machines at least every other day.

Not this machine. It's super! We think it's the double hose system. If you're a pet person, buy this machine!

Panasonic MC-V7581 Dual-Sweep Bagless Upright Vacuum Cleaner
This is a great vacuum. I have two long-haired, indoor cats and one alley cat that comes and goes as he pleases. In need of a GOOD vacuum to pick up the cat fur and after reading the previous reviews regarding this vacuum, I decided to purchase it. It picked up a whole bunch of hair and my area carpet looked good as new, saving it from the garbage. I liked how it left the vacuum lines and adjusts to many levels of carpet automatically.

Yo-oh-heave-ho
Bagless is a great idea (although you'll empty the tube more than change the bag in a conventional vacuum) and I love good design (which this promised to be), but am very disappointed with the Bosch Cyclone. Works fine over hard floors but drags so much on carpet (the wheels are NOT powered- this is all push and pull) that I switch to an ancient Hoover which does the job much better and doesn't leave me exhausted and my back aching. Contrary to claims, this is a real heavyweight. The retractable cord mechanism also broke within three months (wants to suck the cord back in, won't leave it out). So much for German design. Go American or Japanese.

Great vacuum cleaner
I have this cleaner for 1 month and I love it. It's the best vacuum I ever had, and I had a few. It really gets all the dust from the floor. I highly recommend this one.

This is the best vacuum I've ever owned!
This is the best vacuum I've ever owned and I've had a lot of makes the Sharps, Samsung and Panasonic were very good, Hoover and Dirt Devil were well.... junk. This vacuum is really amazing it has the best suction of any vacuum and can it ever clean a carpet or bare floor like no other vacuum I've ever owned(Isn't that the main reason what make a good vacuum it's cleaning ability???). And also is very easy to operate not very hard to push, can get in small spaces, under tables and chairs very easily, and it not to noisy. At first when I bought this vacuum I wasn't sure what to expect, but after several month of ownership I am totally sold that this is the best!(why pay more?). I also love the bagless feature.

Anyone who owns a dog, needs this
we were at a friends house for dinner and I was bragging about this rubber broom I had bought that picks up dog and cat hair. It takes a lot of hard brushing to do. Our friends pulled out their dirt devil vacuum and proceeded to out due me. It was like a magic show, they showed me inside how clean it was and then turned it on and away they vacuumed. We own Labs, so anyone who has a lab knows how much hair they shed just standing still.
After a few minutes of vacuuming a small area, they turned it off and opened the compartment where the debris is collected. I could not believe my eyes when I saw the amount of dog hair that was removed from this. The shocking part of this was they had already used a "regular" vacuum before their presentation!

Best Ever
I purchased one of these and I have really enjoyed it. It picks up BETTER than our KIRBY did. I have recommended this vaccum to many people and I still will. If you have any kind of back problems this is the vaccum for you. Its not heavy and does an excellent job. I use it everyday because we have 3 cats that shed alot. Can't beat it for price and performance. Buy one today and enjoy it. I also bought my mom one, she can't lift anything heavy.

Excellent for dorm rooms!!
For X-mas, Santa gave me this for school. I've had it for almost ten months now. I've never had problems with it. The vacuum is convienent to store. The hook at the top allows me hang it in my closet. This is a nice feature especially since I have very limited space living in a college dorm room. Clean up doesn't take very long. Just pop out the trap and shake out the dust and dirt. I highly, highly recommend this vacuum for every college student. It's a life saver!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT
This is the worst piece of equipment I have ever purchased. Mine is now in pieces at the bottom of our steps. I have only used it 5 times and it has never cleaned anything, gets glogged up when you look at it and I ended up on my hands and knees with my Bissel Little Green Machine trying to soak up the water it spewed all over my carpet. NEVER BUY THIS HOOVER PRODUCT.

Love it!!!!!!!!!
I have pets and a messy husband, was tired of renting steam cleaners. You never finish before it is time to return them. I tried a canister first, but found it difficult to drag around. So I bought the Hoover Steam vac Deluxe. I love it. I am careful with it as it has many plastic parts, but I am very satisfied with how it cleans, for the money. Now I can take it out whenever I have the time..this will save you time and money. Won't be without one anymore.....

Great product and we got a GREAT deal by shopping around!
We took an afternoon and went shopping for steam vacs..... It is easy to use, very easy to clean, and we did a large room with only 3 changes of water. Neither of us had ever used a steam vac before, and we had no problems. From start to finish (including removing the vac from the box, assembling, moving the furniture from the room, and cleaning up afterward) it only took 2 hours to do a large room. We were very impressed with the quality of the cleaning, and couldn't be happier with our purchase. We can highly recommend this product.

my mom is a clean freak and she is 53 she hates this one she says its bad becase it does not clean that well and it is a mess to empety.

Easy-to-assemble and use
This was the first appliance I have ever ordered online and I was able to put it together myself from the directions. I am not very mechanical, so this worked well for me. The product is very easy to use and it's lightweight. I'm very satisfied with it.

Works great!
Works great and well built. Highly recommend it. Was easy to put together, nice and light.

no bags!
Don't buy this vacuum cleaner! It's impossible to find replacement bags for it -- I've tried everywhere. Even the online Panasonic store doesn't sell them. Plus it doesn't come with a dust-brush attachment.

Little simple one, but no bags around.
This vacuum is small and light, so unlike those heavy, unflexible upright cleaners, it's really easy to take this out from my bloom closet for quick cleaning.
It doesn't have any fancy features --- no brush/upholstery attachment, no multi-power switches -- there's only one switch to use; on/off. But it vacuums powerfully, so does enough job for my hardwood floors (for whom with carpeted floors, this maybe is not a right choice).
The biggest downside is, it is not easy to find replacement bags. I searched and searched, and finally found them in a Japanese store. I definetely think that Amazon.com should carry that replacement bags if they continue to sell this item.

You can get the bags
Don't search for C-13, but instead search for AMC-S5EP on the internet. Then the bags will show up. I found them at theallergyreliefcenter

This vacuum sucks--and not in a good way!
I bought this vacuum for use in my garage. I do little DIY jobs here and there, and I'm trying to get into woodworking, so I needed a vac to clean up the sawdust and miscellaneous mess. I looked at reviews on vacuums in woodworking magazines, but couldn't justify paying for the super high dollar vacs. Also, my father had a Shop-Vac while I was growing up that worked fine, so I didn't think I could go too wrong.
But I was mistaken. This is an expensive unit, and one of its draws is the auto function that allows you to plug a power tool into it and have the vac turn on when you fire up the tool. That part works. But it doesn't shut itself off when you turn off the sander, saw, etc. When you have to fumble for the vac power switch after using the tool, I'm not sure you've saved yourself a whole lot by not having to fumble for it right before using it. But this is not my biggest gripe.
The biggest problem with this vac is it has little power and is easily clogged up. The other day I spilled some granulated lawn fertilizer on my garage floor. When I went to vacuum it up, this Shop-Vac sucked it up--but only as far as the hose; the fertilizer never made it to the vacuum. I had to detach the hose and empty the fertilizer out into a gargage can. Afterwards I went around my shop vacuuming up sawdust and small debris. I could go about two minutes between having to pull apart the hose extensions or pull the hose straight to dislodge small (about 3/4") wood chips that had plugged up the vac. This Shop-Vac has only worked for me when I was vacuuming up dry sawdust containing absolutely no woodchips, no matter how small. Even then the attachments seem more suited for cleaning out the crevices in the seats of a car than for vacuuming up sawdust coating a garage floor.
The vacuum's power cord is long, which could be a benefit, but I find it too long for use in my 1-1/2 car garage; the vac just trips up over its own cord. The vacuum hose also is long, but readily coils up, pinching off the vacuum and killing off the suction. The hose is also inconvenient to store on the vac itself. Also, I think a larger diameter hose might be a big improvement, but then I would think the vac would need more power to accommodate.
This has been a big disappointment, unlike some other tools I have obtained for my shop, such as my Porter-Cable circular saw and DeWalt router combo kit. It's bad enough that this tool doesn't work very well; it's made only worse that it cost so much to boot.

Best Damn Shop Vac
I purchased one of the Model 925-63 "On Demand" Shop Vac's about 4 years ago,and the only problem I'm having is getting a replacment 12' foot hose like the one that came with the unit. I originally purchased it from Lowes Center, and the replacment hoses they stock, won't work on my planer or sanders. Would someone please tell me where I can get one. The repair center in my home town can't get one for me either. The only other problem I've had, is with an on demand switch that went bad early on, but the repair center replaced it under warranty, and all is well. I would highly recommend to any woodworker the purchase of this Shop Vac Unit,as it does a very good job, when using it with a sander/planer thru the vac hose system, and the vac unit being controlled via hand tools on/off switch. It does a very good job when in normal Shop Vac usage, sweeping the floors, walls, etc, etc.Vacuuming operations is very compariable to the High Dollar Vac units that sell for 2-3 times the amount of the Model 925-63. P.S. add a Dry Wall Filter Bag,and a secondary Hepa Filter to the unit, and you there isn't another Shop Vac Unit to compare for the Monies invested.

Awsome vac
This vac sucks down almost anything I point at it. Easy to assemble and manuever.

Not a good vacuum for carpet
This vacuum sucks, but not very well. It doesn't pick up anything on our bad-quality apartment carpet. It's hard to push and messy to empty. We purchased it because it looked easy to store. However, our carpets are a mess and my husbands begging for a new vacuum.

This is a light-weight machine...
...and meant only for light-weight tasks. If you think of it as a very powerful, rechargeable-type vacuum, you won't be disappointed. Of course, as it's corded, it doesn't suffer from the limitations of those battery operated machines. However, it will work adequately well only on small areas of carpet (spot cleaning) or on hardwood, vinyl or tile floors.

Best [$$] spent this year!!
This item was in my goldbox and I ordered it on a whim..I love it!! It's just what we needed with 2 kids under 2 and 2 long haired cats. It picks up cheerios and cat hair like a pro! It's easy to maneuver and picks up great along the edges of trim and under dishwasher, fridge and stove since it's so low. It's only so-so on carpet, but it will pick up lint and crumbs, if they're not deep into the pile.
Don't get me wrong, I love my Rainbow vacuum, but this is sooo much easier in a hurry and with kids around and half the house being linoleum or tile, that's what matters!
