It has powerful suction, but I can't find replacement bags anywhere. You shouldn't have to go to so much trouble locating bags. They should be offered with the vaccuum cleaner. The cleaner easily tips over when using, and all the attachments fall out. The hose doesn't seem to be long enough, and there should be a better handle to hold on to.

What a nice surprise for me to find this great vacuum from Panasonic. I've been spoiled with central vac for years til it finally gave out. I researched and decided to go with this little number -- and does it have suction. I actually think it works better than my central vac. It's a great lightweight machines the handles with ease. I am pleasantly surprised with this cannister machine and only wish it had come with more than one bag! Okay, so I've got to have one complaint, right? It's a keeper

We have mostly harwood in our house, but the upstairs living area is all carpet. finding a vacuum that is accomidating to both is not a fun task, however this little sucker really sucks it up! It's great with stairs and VERY lite.

this cleaner is based on the classic eureka models made since the fifties and the current sanitaire commercial heavy-duty vacs. these offer some of the best deep-cleaning action available with easy to get parts if service should be necessary. if you have heavy traffic with dense carpet nap this is what is needed to get it clean. much lighter than most all tools-on-board machines and certainly more effective! cleaners of this type can provide daily service for decades!

This is a great little machine and it is a go getter. It is light and easy to move around. I have a bad back and I can handle this machine. It cleans my light colored rug like a champ. I have a black lab and it sucks up her hair from everything. The only problem is that I can't find Bags or belts for it. Even the store I bought it at don't have them.

This unit is not 1,000 watts as listed in the online advertisement. I purchased this unit at a store near my house, and the box that it came in states it is an 800 watt unit.

It will still suck a grape through a garden hose (okay, maybe not THAT powerful), but it's not 1,000 watts.

We call my wife the Vacuum Lady.All she does is Vacuum .When she gets home from work the first thing she does is grab the vacuum. We've had our 5 amp professional Eureka Vacuum since 1977. Although it's pretty beaten up it is still running fine.I wanted to buy her a new one. We bought a new Eureka lightweight and brought it back the next day. The sound was too high pitched and it felt like a toy vacuum.The brush is made out of plastic. In fact with all my research I found out that most are plastic not metal like the Eureka C2094G .The metal ones last forever. Now we finally found the exact replacement the Eureka Heavy Duty Commercial Series . It has a 50 foot cord and that's the longest you will find.Instead of putting all extras and accessories into the vacuum it is just pure raw power .If you want a vacuum that lasts 25 years this is it.

This "Shark" thing comes with only one filter, so when I thought I'd misplaced it, I had to order this "combo pack."

Rather than "Shark," it should be called "Tasmanian Devil," because it howls and shrieks and twists in your hand to get away. It grows alarmingly hot in about 10 seconds. It only incidentally manages to clean things, while struggling mightily with you. Its existence is born of furor and chaos.

The new filter seem to work fine, but I clean it after every 30 seconds of use, because I am afraid that if it gets even a little clogged with dust, this "Shark" will explode.

The only time this machine seemed happy was when I accidentally vacuumed up about a pint of water.

The filters work great, I guess. But boy is this one scary nerve-wracking machine.

Works well and keeps coffee hot for a reasonable amount of time. As with all french presses, simple is best and this is a straight forward and sturdy unit.

I guess I was a little hesitant on reviewing about vacuum bags, but these are pretty good.

Though I know it may not be necessary for those without a Hoover Upright vacuum cleaner, and that they must be bought for a Hoover user, these are still good bags. If you are thinking of buying a vacuum cleaner, you should consider not only the power and quality of its cleaning power, but how easy it is to clean it's container or change its bags. And Hoover makes changing bags easy, plus the bags are quite strong. Did you ever see those garbage bag commercials where they test bags by rolling them down a hill? Well, these bags are stronger.

A great dirt bag shouldn't be a reason to buy the Hoover Vacuum, which is a great vacuum by the way, but it should be one of the considerations you make.
